Your Space
Inside, the open living area connects seamlessly to a private balcony, creating a comfortable space to gather, watch TV, or step outside for fresh air and unobstructed Gulf views. Whether it’s coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening, the balcony offers a true front-row beachfront setting overlooking the water. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for home-style meals, with a Keurig, standard coffee maker, toaster, and full-size refrigerator. The dining area seats four, with additional seating for four at the breakfast bar, making it easy to share meals or plan out your day together. A washer and dryer are also included for added convenience during your stay.

Overall it was top notch. Its truly 5 stars all across the board. I only had one problem which was that you only get one parking space Bender did provide overflow parking but is was over 1 mile away. I probably should have asked that or maybe it was somewhere in the fine print. I have been beach going from gulf shores to Panama City for 30 years, it was a first for me. Again I will say its was really great, and a super easy experience overall.

A great place for a small family getaway, beachfront location, pool, and close to plenty restaurants and attractions.Had one minor issue and it was resolved very quickly. Host was very responsive and friendly.

Our family enjoyed our stay here! Access to the beach was excellent. This location also is easily walkable to multiple restaurants and shops. The unit itself was mostly well maintained and had comfortable beds and furniture. Parking is plentiful for the building.
