With approximately 1,100 square feet, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo comfortably sleeps six while maintaining an open, airy feel. The layout flows easily from kitchen to dining to living area, all positioned to take full advantage of the view.

One of the standout features is the enclosed sunroom, wrapped in windows and overlooking the Gulf. It becomes your morning coffee corner, your midday recharge space, or the place where conversations linger long after sunset.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for meals at home, including a coffee maker and toaster. A full-size washer and dryer add everyday convenience, especially after long beach days.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed, TV, en suite bathroom.
Guest Bedroom: 1 Queen bed, TV, shared bathroom.

Beachfront Living at Edgewater West
This building sits directly on the sand, so the shoreline is just steps away. A private boardwalk leads straight to the beach, making it easy to move between the pool and the Gulf throughout the day.

The large outdoor pool overlooks the water, giving you space to cool off while still enjoying open coastal views. Partially covered picnic areas with grills provide a convenient setting for relaxed outdoor meals.

Mornings here begin with quiet walks along the shoreline and the sound of waves just outside your door. Afternoons are spent alternating between the beach and the pool, and evenings invite you to explore nearby seafood restaurants and local favorites. With parking available for up to two vehicles, everything is set up for an easy, well-paced coastal stay.

Located along Alabama’s Gulf Coast, Gulf Shores is known for its white-sand beaches, warm waters, and year-round energy. Spend your time swimming, fishing, boating, or exploring the trails of Gulf State Park. From waterfront dining and golf courses to seasonal festivals and family attractions, there’s always something happening along the coast.
