Our stay was remarkable. The condo was very clean and the location was exceptionally accommodating. Just a few steps from pool and beach. Also a spectacular view from our ground level unit. We felt as if our backyard was the beach. Has spoiled us from staying anywhere else! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our check-in was great. The property manager did communicate via text to ensure everything that we had no issues with our stay. The home was just as advertised. Easy access to the beach and a pool a few feet from our unit. I would recommend booking through Bender Realty 100%.

Great location. Only steps to the beach. It was just my wife and I so we only need a one bedroom condo, which worked out great. The condo was very clean and stop with everything since we need. Really enjoyed our state. Looking forward to probably staying there again this time next year. Thanks for having us.

This unit is perfect for a couple. 1-1/2 bath 1 Bdrm. We've stayed at Romar Tower several times and are always pleased. Unit 1B has been repainted and spruced up in the last 3years. Noticed very few scuff marks on walls or baseboards. Newer appliances. Yes, it's close to the door going to the beach, but a strictly enforced quiet time begins at 10pm. We never had to wait on an elevator. Romar Towers is on the west end of Orange Beach on Beach Blvd. However, it is still close to dining, grocery, etc. We would recommend Romar towers, this unit and Bender Realty for an Orange Beach Stay.

The property was quiet, and in the perfect location. All amenities are at your fingertips! Gazebo, beach, pool, grill. The few property staff members we came in contact with were very nice, and friendly. Well kept, and clean location. No complaints whatsoever

My husband and I wanted a beachfront first floor rental and this fit our needs perfectly. The location couldn't be better if you want to be right in the midst of all Orange Beach has to offer. The building is older but this unit has been updated. It's a comfortable space for 2 adults or a small family.Kitchen is well equipped for cooking, but grocery stores and restaurants are all within minutes. The half bath is a nice plus.There was a good mix of couples and families staying in the building while we were there.This unit is right by the building exit to the beach and pool, so it's very convenient, but we could see people come and go during the day. If you want total privacy this unit is not for you, but if you like to people watch and be steps from the beach, it's perfect.Despite the number of guests in the the building it was quiet at night. We had no issues finding the building and parking lot.
