Step inside and feel the welcoming charm of bright coastal décor and wide Gulf views that set the perfect backdrop for your getaway. Start your morning with a cup of coffee on the covered balcony while watching the waves roll in and feeling the sea breeze. The living area invites you to gather for movie nights, complete with a flat-screen TV and a sofa that converts into a queen-sized bed for extra sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a Keurig, coffee maker, blender, toaster, microwave, and full-size refrigerator. Enjoy home-cooked meals together in the dining area that seats six, with two additional bar stools at the eat-in counter, perfect for casual breakfasts or evening snacks. A washer and dryer are also available for your convenience, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Just one mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, this prime location ensures you're close to the action while still enjoying the beachfront. Beach services are provided by Ike's. Additional amenities include outdoor barbecue grills conveniently located at the flagpole between buildings 1 and 2, as well as access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool. Guests can also use the pools in buildings 1 and 2, which feature heated pools during the winter months from November to March on an alternating annual basis as maintained by the HOA, providing comfort during the cooler months and offering more options for relaxation and fun.

We just returned from an incredible week at this beachfront condo in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stunning, unobstructed views of the Gulf of America.

The condo itself is beautifully decorated, spacious, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with high-quality appliances, plenty of cookware, and a large dining table—perfect for family meals after a day at the beach. All three bedrooms were comfortable with great bedding, and the master suite with its own balcony access was a highlight. The living area felt bright and airy, with comfortable furniture and a large TV for evening wind-downs.

Direct beach access made everything so easy—no roads to cross, just step out of the elevator and a few short steps onto the sugar-white sand. The beach in Gulf Shores is absolutely gorgeous—soft powder, gentle waves, and that incredible emerald water. We spent hours shelling, swimming, and building sandcastles with the kids. The pool and hot tub at the complex were also well-maintained and never overly crowded.

Management and check-in were seamless and responsive. They even provided excellent local recommendations for restaurants (the fresh seafood nearby was outstanding) and activities like mini-golf and parasailing.

This was our first time staying in Gulf Shores, and this condo made it unforgettable. We’ve already begun planning booked next trip back! If you’re looking for a true beachfront experience with comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views, look no further.

Highly recommend—worth every penny!

Overall

From the moment we entered the condo, we were captivated by the breathtaking view. The condo features a tasteful beach theme throughout. All three beds are exceptionally comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there is plenty of seating in the dining and living rooms. The Bender team is certainly amazing, and we will be looking at their site for future bookings in Gulf Shores!
