The dining area, with seating for 6, enhances the comfort and convenience for families or groups. This condo creates the perfect retreat for your coastal getaway.

Step into the open and inviting living space, where you're met with stunning Gulf views. The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for making beach snacks or meals on nights in. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer in the unit, allowing you to pack light and make the most of your beachfront experience. Amenities:
Surf Side Shores offers a range of amenities including beachfront heated pools, kiddie pools, and communal barbecue grills. Guests also have access to the pools in buildings 1 and 2. The heated pools are maintained by the HOA and are available from November to March on an alternating annual schedule. Relax by the pool while your children splash around, or take a short walk to the Gulf. Additionally, you can explore the vibrant local scene with numerous shopping outlets, stores, and local businesses just a short stroll away on the North side of Beach Blvd.

We had a wonderful time during our stay here. Everything was clean and as described. We were within walking distance of The Hangout. The front bathroom was smaller than I'd like, but we made it work. Thanks for everything.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our vacation in this condo.Location is perfect, steps away from the pool and beach. It was spotless, communication with the management company was easy and professional. Appliances all worked without any issues. We did wish for a vacuum instead of a tiny broom and dustpan. There was no way to avoid sand in your bed when you can't sweep it all up. A few hooks in the bathroom would be helpful too. Only a single towel rack in each bathroom. A few minor issues if fixed would make it perfect.
