"Caribbean 503 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is the ultimate condo for you and your family! This one bedroom, one and a half bathrooms unit can comfortably accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. With a king size bed in the master suite, a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds for the kids, this space is sure to give comfort and space for everyone. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults). You can wake up to a fresh cup of coffee, made in the fully stocked kitchen, and enjoy it out on your private beach front balcony. Along with the full kitchen there is a washer and dryer that can give you all the amenities and comforts of home. Caribbean is conveniently located to access all the best dining, shopping and recreation options that Gulf Shores has to offer. You will be able to stay completely connected with the WiFi, TVs and DVD players.
This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking. This condo is pet friendly for one dog 20 pounds or under. A non-refundable pet fee applies."

Unbelievably nasty disgusting filthy place. The floors were gross like they haven't mopped in years, didn't even smell clean we had to buy air fresheners (we left them for you please use in the future). The pillows hav eyellow disgusting stains on them, there was a Big stain on the sheets in the middle of the bed (looks like from you know what) I dont think you even washed the sheets. The cover around the side of bed is black and has stains is nasty gross. Completely unsanitary! The floor on the deck is filled with sticky blackend stains, you have obvioulst not cleaned it in years. That area should be a staple of the visit to sit on the deck with ocean views should be a memorable experience and I feel like I may need a tetanus shot from being there. Then you ruined my entire last day of vacation as we travel with a small dog and you had the audacity to send a text saying that you were going to send over a pest control man and you had no idea what time and we feared he may let himself in at anytime and possible let our pet out and in addition we don't want people in our rental unit while we are not there so we felt like we couldn't leave the pet alone all day! thanks for ruining my wife's 50th birthday surprise. Some ladies with a code just walked in on us... and acted like they wanted to talk to us! To sum it up its a filthy shithole and not what one would expect when renting a vacation rental. The attitude to let people in whenever you see fit is appalling! I was contacted by Juleee who offered $142 discount in her words" to make this right" Insulting The pictures do not reflect the real nasty condition of the property I have tons of photos showing the real condition. And its un liveable even for a week!

My husband and I stayed in unit #503, Caribbean condos. I loved all the beach decor. Everything was clean and organized. The balcony overlooking the beach was great. We could see porpoises (or dolphins) swimming from our balcony. Everyone was so nice and friendly. We prepared breakfast and lunch in the condo and then ate at local restaurants for dinner. We had a good supply of dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and peaceful. We had a problem with one of the TVs and we called Benber and maintenance came within 30 minutes and fixed it. We had a great vacation.

Great facility to stay in. Easy to get in and out of. This was our second stay at the facility though in a different condo. This particular condo needs some updating and I mentioned it to the managing company. But the facility is clean and well maintained!

The recliner was broken and uncomfortable and well past time to have needed to be replaced. The couch was also quite old and uncomfortable but other than old smaller TV’s, and balcony door very difficult to open/close and needs track slide bearings upgraded or replaced. Overall it was clean and great location. Still had a great time. AND pet deposit should be refunded for those like us that didn’t make anymore mess than without a small non-shedding, house broken dog.

We regret that you found the furniture uncomfortable; the couch was purchased earlier this year. Upon reading your comments, we checked the condition of the living room and found both the recliner and couch to be in good shape. This was the perfect condo with the perfect view !..Everything we needed was in its place. The king sized bed was so comfortable! Close to Flora-Bama and shopping on the strip. We will be back in the spring !!

It was a wonderful stay. The only thing I would change is that it had a lock on the inside to keep small children from opening the door while in the condo. Otherwise the location and pool was great. The beach in front of condo is beautiful and has lots of dolphins!

Great location , right on beach ! Very cute , could use a new mattress fir main room bed , was squeaky . All in all loved it . My kids and I had such a good time , loved going out on balcony and watching waves roll in , nothing better than beachfront ! Reality staff very nice and professional . We loved it enough that we would definitely go back and stay here again !

Condo was perfect other than the elevator had issues at times. Great view, We had great weather. Would definitely recommend. I would recommend a good cleaning of the stairwell and over we’re the grills are but other than that it was a very nice condo

We loved the location of the condo. It was a short walk to the beach, and the grounds were very well kept and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee and having a spectacular view of the gulf. The condo was nice, but the floors were not cleaned well. If you walked on the floor barefooted, your feet were immediately black! We always wore flip flops inside the condo after taking a shower to make sure our feet stayed clean to get into bed. Other than that, we really liked the place!

We stay here because it is pet friendly and on the beach

It was clean and very convenient to the beach. We had a couple of hiccups along the way, like being moved to a different unit and had trouble accessing our place. We were first not given a code and then when we called for assistance, the code provided didn’t work and had to be reset. Overall, a small inconvenience.

So happy we had a condo right on the Gulf again (last yr we did not) Comfortable place to stay with great location - could have been cleaner when we arrived but for the most part it was taken care of. Good response from Bender is any issue cr up or questions needed answered - staying here again next year.��☺️

Overall, this was a nice rental. The condo was very clean with the exception of the floors which were very dirty. Our feet were black within 30 minutes of walking around. Some of the linens should be replaced we had a bath towel that was ripped in 3 places that was folded up and placed out for our use. Some of the sinks fixtures have rust in the basins. Condo is decorated nice and the owners have placed nice touches such as dvds and books for use. The property was nice and quiet. The mattress should definately be replaced. It is an older property but that is expected with a smaller complex which is fine. The pool was nice and very clean. There is also no way to secure the unit from the inside. If someone has the door code then they can get into the unit even if you are in there. There is no separate deadbolt or security latch which felt weird. With some minor attention this unit would be perfect.

Decent place right on the beach. Older building, condo could use some upgrades(bed, microwave, pans to cook with, shower doesn’t drain right). I will say property management is good and efficient. The elevator quit working within hours of being there and they had it fixed by the next morning. Overall for the price, I think it’s worth it.

This was our 1st trip to Gulf Shores and 1st time doing business with Bender Realty. Because of the friendly professionalism of the Bender staff, we will be doing business with them again when we visit Gulf Shores. The condo was very nice and the location was perfect. Every question that I had was answered with warmth and professionalism. Every communication was all made very clear. Overall this was one of the best vacations we have had. We will return!

We were looking to visit the area for the first time. Wanted a pet friendly, ocean front stay and found Bender realty on a search. The arrangements were easy to make, property was as described. Our unit was clean, great view, easy access as we have mobility needs. The folks at Bender were very helpful, made it easy to pay, located close to the property. We didn't have any needs while on property. The property could used some updating but we were aware and it was not an issue as everything was what we needed. The price was reasonable for the property and we would definitely book again or recommend to others.

This makes second time staying here we love it. Rooms are great nicely furnished and CLEAN makes you feel at home we stayed in the Caribbean 503 this time and loved every minute of it Bender is our go to when ever we stay in gulf shores. People in office are friendly and are there to help with anything you could need.
