Nice space and location. Beach is just across the street. Furniture is a bit uncomfortable, but you really won’t be in the house much. Coffee shop and pizza place within walking distance. The manager was so nice and helpful, great communication. Would stay work with this company again.

We enjoyed the location of this place and the pool outside but the furniture inside is very dirty and stained. The couch and chairs both had visible stains that hadn't even been attempted to be cleaned all over it. However, it was very spacious and the kitchen was nice and had many things for us to use to cook. I would like to be able to stay here again if the cleanliness improved.

The condo 119 from the reservation they told me that the dryer wasn't working, by the tie we got there still not working, we have to wait on Monday for the technician to check out, on our vacation, they did fix it. Then on Wednesday we came back to it and a pipe burst and all out clothes and shoes and suitcases got wet, they move us immediately to 311 with was nicely decorated and more roomy but the light on the kitchen for some reason wasn't working and I saw the girl changing the bulb that night, one bathroom door was missing also. In general the unit 311 was little better and more comfortable than 119, the kitchen well equipped. In general we have a very good time since our neighbors are so very nice and make us feel at home even with all those hiccups. The office refound one night back to our card which is nice too. In general I would recommend this place, I know this things don't happen often and for a reasonable price I think is worth the stay.

Day 2 we found out the dryer was not working, and the bed sheets had sand in them first night when we turned them down. I realize it is the beach and there is sand but already in the sheets before you sleep in them?
We had to take our clothes to the dryer everyday at the office which was a little inconvenient considering it had to be during their business hours.
Condo could use some updating.
I would recommend Sea Breeze condos to others, but not this particular condo! Others were very nice and updates.

My family and I arrived in Gulf Shores around 10, knowing our room wouldn’t be ready until at least 3. We went ahead and picked up our guest packet and went to lunch. By the time we finished eating, our condo was ready for us. The dryer in the unit was out, but the Bender staff let me know when I checked in and offered to dry all of our laundry. Condo was clean and comfortable. Air worked great. Great location right across from the beach with walkway access. Pool was clean and refreshing. We also loved the grilling area out front. I would recommend this property for sure. If we ever return to GS, I would book again.

We had a great stay at Seabreeze. It was perfect for the five of us. The beds were very comfortable. It was very close to all the shops and restaurants and a very short walk to the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, nice property and very affordable! Only complaint i have is that upon arrival getting everything ready to settle in for the night, we pulled out the couch sofa and it hadn't been cleaned nor sheets changed. Other than that issue everything else was pretty clean. Last but not least, easy access to the beach!

Sea Breeze is a terrific condo for the family wanting an affordable place from which to enjoy the beach and surrounding activities, such as the World Series. We regret the sheets being left on the sleeper sofa and would have readily come to remove them and clean the couch.

Bender realty were great to work with. They managed the unit we stayed in. The unit had little pride of ownership. The master bed was like sleeping in a cereal bowl with creaking springs. The unit was clean but the dishes and cooking pots and utensils were sub standard. The decor was a little beat up and the furniture, while comfy, was dated. The Seabreeze building was great and had a very comfortable layout. I would stay with Bender again, I would stay in Seabreeze again. I would stay in this unit again if they replace the bed and update the cooking stuff.

We all had an excellent time at this area. The ladies accommodated us well at the front desk. We were headed to PCB then decided with hurricane Irma swerving back and forth we would go West! Last minute decision and we so appreciate having a place to go. Did not get a refund back from our rental in PCB so it was nice to find a place that would work with us in such short notice! Definitely would recommend Bender Rentals!

It was across the street from the beach and there was easy access to get to the beach. The rental was very nicely furnished and the pool was an adequate size. The only two negatives of the rental is that the kitchen is really small and the floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes because our feet would be as black as a rubber tire. We called someone about this issue and they never came to clean the floors. We ended up mopping the floor three times. There is also mold under the sink. Overall it was a good place to stay the negative issues can be easily fixed.

My daughter and I wanted to take a few days to go to the beach before she leaves for college. Of course, every condo wants you to rent for a week but because she is in summer school, we couldn't be gone that long. My husband searched all up and down the Gulf Coast until he found this condo thru Bender Rentals. It was a perfect spot. This is not a luxury condo but it was clean and comfortable and reasonably priced. While not on the beach, it was less than a five minute walk. Plus, the ladies in the office were the sweetest, friendliest people I've ever worked with on one of these condo vacations.

Decorated well, very comfortable beds, very clean, only problem was lighting. Kitchen light went out middle of the week, owner wanted to replace the light unit so they brought in a table lamp. Back bedroom the light nor ceiling fan worked. Master bedroom the light wouldn't turn off unless you turned off the unit.

This condo worked well for our son and his two boys. We found it attractive and overall well equipped. The boys enjoyed the pool and the easy beach access. Our family had a great experience vacationing at the beach and staying at Sea Breeze Condo. The private beach access was close and nightlife was within walking distance from souvenir shops to ice cream, snow cone stands, even the famous Hangout. We dove to Orange Beach and Pensacola Beach but found it did not compare to Gulf Shores for activity and night life. There was more to do then we had time staying for 7 days! The unit was comfortable and as close to home as we could have asked to care for our family. It was cool and comfortable on very hot and humid days and items we never imagined we would need were provided in the unit. The pool was great for the kids on days not at the beach. The only small suggestion would be the pull out couch was not very comfortable but rarely are with the middle bar discomfort on this type of sleeper and a small leak in the refrigerator. It was a vacation full of memories and fun and we thank you for the experience and will return in the future and highly recommend Sea Breeze!

Our stay at the Sea Breeze was a good one in many ways. The condo was clean, though a little dated. We enjoyed the people that stay there. Everyone was very friendly. There was a lot of noise with the construction going on while we were there. We have stayed here in the past and the noise was not a problem so we will try again next year. The Real Estate staff was courteous and helpful. When we needed anything fixed, they were usually there the same day. The location was great. We were just about 150 yd.s from the Gulf of Mexico. We could walk to the beach access areas from our condo. All in all, we were pleased with out stay.

This was our second experience with renting at the Sea Breeze. We love the pool area where we were sheltered from cool breezes that sometimes occur in winter, here. The renters and property owners are very friendly. The condos are a little dated but were comfortable and clean. When we had a need or problem, the Bender people were very accommodating. When we had a broken towel bar and it was fixed quickly. The main problem that we faced, this year, was the noise from contractors working on the condos and on the common walkways. The workers worked night and day. We know that, in order to improve the site, this needed to be done but it was not a good experience.

Condo is nice, clean, cozy and DOES have Wi-Fi internet service. Has designated parking for your unit, which is next to the elevator. Is in walking distance to a convience store (Pier 33) and across street from beach. Neighbors We're friendly. Would definitely recommend it.

We were very pleased with our vacation rental! It wasn't fancy, but it was perfect for what we needed! It was only a short walk to the beach and we made it easily with canopy, an 18 month old, and all neccessities that go along with a baby on the beach! Staff was friendly and helpful! We had read reviews recommending to bring extra trash bags and such because you only get the initial supply so we were prepared! We would definitely stay here again!

This was our first family vacation. It was great working with Bender Realty. They were very helpful in the booking process and giving us information about the area. The condo complex was in a good location. I will use Bender Realty again for future vacations.

We stayed in Sea Breeze 119 for Hangout Fest. It was fantastic! The unit was very clean when we arrived. It had a fully stocked kitchen with pretty much any pot, pan, or utensil we needed. The condo was a 20 minute walk to the festival with convenience stores and restaurants along the way. The beach access right across the street was easily accessible and beautiful. The other guests and residents at the condo were very polite and friendly. We never had a problem with noise or anything. The Bender staff was also very kind and helpful. We are hoping to stay at this complex again next year!

Staff were very professional. The Room was clean and well furbished. Just across the road to the beach. Condo is located a short distance from everything. Thanks for a pleasant stay. I would stay there again and reccomend it to others.

We were impressed with location, a small walk to the beach. We arrived very late one evening. A twenty four hour answer service was available to provide lock key codes. I would suggest posting direct phone numbers with the condo listing online. I had several questions to answer before I was comfortable booking. There were four of us. The bedroom with full bath had a surprisingly small queen. I looked more like a full. We were not able to sleep two to this bed as originally expected. However, I must say the sleeper sofa is large enough to fit two.

Everything was shown well on the advertisements, and when we arrived it was an easy check in. When we went in our condo we were happy that the ads were right, the place was clean and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! The only negative thing I have to say is regarding one of the full-time residents who was a little obnoxious, loud, and repeatedly used inappropriate language in front of my wife and young children, around the gazebo and pool areas. May have been the result of too many beers. We enjoy Gulf Shores because it is more family-oriented than other beach destinations. Our experience with this full-time resident would deter us from visiting this property again. I would not recommend this property to my friends with young children for this reason.

Great place and very clean! Only complaint is that we were only given 2 trash bags and when we asked for more, we were told by Alice they didn't provide those. We didn't bring the first 2 so I'm not sure why I couldn't get more. Ended up getting some from neighbors. Other than that it was a nice stay.

We had a wonderful vacation. Gulf Shores is beautiful and Bender Realty management was very professional and supportive, however the unit itself needed a little updating...a better mattress on the sofa bed (there are barely enough springs holding it in
the frame that you find yourself practically falling out the bottom), new t.v.'s in livingroom and bedrooms would be nice and new ceiling fans in livingroom and guest bedroom is needed as well, the livingroom carpet could use a cleaning also (there are a few
stains). The access to the beach is not the best (a tight squeeze between shrubs and a wall) makes you feel like you are trespassing.

Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Gulf Shores!

Great location for the baseball tournament we came for and the attractions for the kids! The sofa couch was broken at the bottom, but two little boys were sleeping on it, so they were ok. Also, the ceiling fan in the master stopped working after a couple of days. Overall, this unit very much met our needs as far as functionality, location, and cost. Thanks so much!

Had a wonderful time and the condo was perfect for our family. The only complaint I would have is that the door frame around the front door was split and had to lock the deadbolt to get the door to stay locked. It looks as though it was kicked in and someone had tried to fix it by nailing it togeter. That is the only complaint we had. We will definitely use Bender Realty again and would stay at the Sea Breeze again if possible.

We had a very nice experience. There were 3 adults 2 nights, 5 on the last,We all fit comfortably, used the pool, the grills, saw the fireworks. Walked in the gulf; no oil slick visible, no smell. We probably would have stayed an extra day if it hadn't rained. I have given your name to other people. I will probably do this again.

Overall the unit was clean; however, the refrigerator leaked and the carpet had black tar or grease on it. The floor tiles were broken, especially in the kitchen. If the deadbolt was not locked the door would open even though the door was locked. The carpet and refrigerator were reported while we were there and we were told they would be fixed and cleaned while we were out for the day, but they weren't. We didn't discover the problem with the door until Sunday evening. It was reported upon check-out on Monday. If all the above were repaired I would recommend this unit.

Sea Breeze is a great place to stay. I love the location, and everyone who stays at Sea Breeze are very friendly and easy to get along with.

The only comment is that it would very nice if Sea Breeze had an easier acess to the beach; but the walk was not bad at all sometimes the traffic was at times crazy. But overall very enjoyable stay. And have highly recommended Sea Breeze.
