"Newly renovated! Caribbean unit 401 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is waiting for you and your family to come and enjoy the beautiful beach vacation you've been dreaming of! It is dog friendly (one small dog, w/additional fee). This two bedroom, 2 bathroom unit has queen beds in both master and guest rooms. The master suite features a large garden tub. The unit can accommodate up to 6 with the additional space of the sleeper sofa. Enjoy your beach front view right off the private balcony. With three TVs and WiFi you can keep up with all your entertainment needs. With a full kitchen, you will be able to cook your meals and eat in whenever you like. The Caribbean property location is prime for getting out and experiencing all that Gulf Shores has to offer in way of dining, shopping, family recreation, and more!

Aside from being beachfront with easy access to the beach, this complex provides amazing amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally), steam room, sauna, exercise room, and BBQ grills. The location of this condo was perfect for us. Not only was it within steps of the beach, it was close to shops and restaurants too. There were 2 heated pools, which turned out to be necessary as our weather was a bit chilly in early April. The designated parking spot was helpful. The residences could have used more carts as they were never available. Our balcony had a table and chairs, but it wasn't big enough for lounge chairs.

Always a nice stay at Carribean Condos managed by Bender Reality, we use them exclusively. Facility clean and spacious, kitchen well supplied, dryer a little noisy but other than that will utilize this condo again. Close to activities but far enough to have quietness

The room it’s self isn’t bad at all for it to be pet friendly. The views from the balcony can not be replaced. Stunning. The floor was very dirty though, as our feet were black when walking on it. The front door had some damage due to pets chewing, biting, and scratching that area. Also, the counters tops in the kitchen wouldn’t clean easily.
If you got anything at all on them, they would stain. We ended up having to spend some money on cleaning products while there. The master bathroom was great! All in all, for a pet friendly resort, it wasn’t bad at all. We would consider staying here again.

The Bender Rental Company is Wonderful to work with!! They make everything exceptionally easy and straightforward when renting. I would recommend that the owners invest in a larger TV set for the main living area. Older folks who enjoy the beach from the balcony but aren't able to actually go on to the beach would greatly enjoy a larger TV.
Just small things would elevate the, "cozy Feel" of the place, such as a utensil holder in the kitchen rather than a glass with all of the plastic utensil it, new coasters, maybe some placemats for the table and / or counter, a full set of wine glasses, some serving pieces (Only a platter and a cracked bowl).

The floors were in need of a good scrubbing. Our feet were black from the first day. Kitchen could use more supplies. Sprayer was broken. My husband and son were trapped in the men's room at the beach and we had to call to get them out. Still was obviously not fixed when we left as observed from the door not closing and locking like it should. Elevator didn't work a couple times and we had to take out dog out using the 4 flights of stairs. The view is nice but would've been nice to know they were closing the pool and painting before I paid my money. Pretty disappointed. The staff at Bender was nice when I called twice to book it and when my husband was stuck.

We truly enjoyed using your condo! It was on the beach and just steps from the ocean and that made it great! The only problem we had was the WiFi is pretty weak and we had a hard time downloading etc. Other than that we had a great time!!

The location was amazing! We were literally steps to the beach. The wagon I usually use...not necessary this time. If it rained, we came up to the covered parking garage for a few minutes until it passed. Very convenient! The folks at Bender...terrific. They made check-in and check-out super easy. Extremely friendly folks throughout the process. Special thanks go out to Betty. It was an easy walk to restaurants, The Hangout, etc. The parking situation for this unit could not be beaten. It had a covered parking spot right by the elevator. The pool was simple, but very nice, and we made use of the charcoal grills on-site. The layout of the condo was good, and the furniture was nice. The 32" television in the main living area is too small for a two-bedroom condo right on the beach. Didn't watch too much television because the beach is right there, but at night, it would be nice to watch a larger television. Nothing too big, but a 32" is too small in the main living area. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms and showers were sufficient. General cleanliness could have been better. I had to remind myself that it would be extremely difficult to keep such a place clean all the time if guests are using the beach and pool the way you'd hope they are. It's just not going to be perfect, and we were fine with that. I also know, too, that turnaround time between guest stays probably makes it difficult to give the attention to cleaning details that one would really like to give. That person is pressed for time. I would say, though, that when there are days when the unit is vacant, it would be good to get in there and do a deep cleaning. We tried to do as much as we could toward such on the front end of this stay (ceiling fans, baseboards, top of fridge, cabinet fronts, etc.), but I think if someone could get in there and try to scrub the grout and floors, it would help the unit a lot. Overall, I come back to location. You can't beat it!

We enjoyed our second stay at this bender vac rental. Our specific condo could use some updates and maintenance as a door from the laundry closet was missing, there were some areas of patching on walls that was not painted and stood out, and what looked like to be possible mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom by the tub. While our overall stay was great, we just felt that these things should be maintained for all renters.

Everything about the rental unit was exceptional. The only thing I would say it needed is a coat of paint on the entry door. Other than that we were 100% satisfied!! It’s a smaller complex, which we liked a lot better because parking was easier and you didn’t have to walk forever to your rental unit. Awesome view overlooking beach. Both indoor and outdoor pools were very clean. Located very close to all restaurants. The staff at Bender was very professional and accommodating!

Overall we were satisfied. It was probably one of the most disappointing properties I have rented. Furniture was sub par. Not very comfortable. The queen size bed in master didn’t seem to be a queen... small and very firm. Does have a pad to try to help it out but very uncomfortable. Maybe if the weather was great and we wouldn’t have had to be inside much we would not have cared. We couldn’t remove our shoes because our socks and feet would turn black. I should have called but I really don’t like to complain and we kept our shoes on the whole time.
Now we were able to have our dog with us so we just sucked it up because it is important for us to have her with us. Overall felt safe in the building !
I really enjoy the employees at bender realty and would use them again on the future.

Our stay at the above referenced condo was not outstanding. I would like to let you know things about room 401. Many of the plates were chipped, baking sheet still had baked food on them and end tables were badly chipped and worn. The floors were not clean. Your feet would be black walking from room to restroom. I think floors should be mopped after each renter leaves.
On a positive note, we love the staff at Bender Reality.
I realize that some guests do not treat their rooms as if they were their own at home. However, I do believe if rooms are to be utilized in the future, they would want to keep furniture looking nice.
We rented a condo at the Caribbean 501 in September and having stayed at their condo, Room 401 was very disappointing. I would not request it.

We have stayed at this location for 3 years! The location is perfect, walk out on the beach, covered assigned parking spaces, close to restaurants and entertainment and we are allowed to have our fur baby with us. Unit just needs a little updating!

We have stayed in this complex the last four years and this particular condo three times. My husband prefers this condo because it has a designated parking spot. We have to pass our vehicle going to the pool or beach. That makes it easy just to throw all of our beach gear in the back of the truck every evening when we leave the beach. The condo itself has all of the conveniences of home and a beautiful view of the gulf. The complex built a new walkway to the beach since we had been here last. That made walking to the beach much easier for my elderly mother who uses a cane and pushing our beach cart. We have adopted this place as a home away from home. I'm sure we will stay here again next year and many more years to come.

The view was beautiful. The sign out by the road was little hard to see at night coming to it. If you have more than 1 couple staying and in 2 vehicles parking is limited. Check Out time could be 11 instead of 10.

The condo was not as nice as the pictures. Lots of things need updating or replaced. We are country folks and like to prepare breakfast . Need new skillets. There were no hangers in closets, therefore we could not hang up our clothes. I chose this because it is pet friendly. Having my fur baby with me made everything perfect.

Location is key to this condo. Right on the beach with a wonderful pool. Nothing fancy here just straight forward two bedroom two bath condo. Needs some updating and a good cleaning. Needs to be checked by staff if sits for awhile as the floors had sand on them and the toilets were stained with rust. Funny smell as you entered the condo made me wonder what was being stored in the owners closet. Actually smelled like old smoke. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Will rent again due to location and staff.

We stayed a month and enjoyed the condo very much. It was well furnished, the beds were very comfortable and the view was beautiful.

The best part was being able to have our sweet little furbaby with us.

The only negative I can think of was poor quality of the balcony chairs, plus there was not a table on the balcony. A quick trip to WalMart solved that - but we took the table and chairs with us when we left.

The ladies at Bender were very, very helpful and nice. We are looking forward to staying again!

My daughter and I took a much needed long 4 day weekend to Gulf Shores with our 2 pets, a small yorkie and shiztuh. Caribbean 401 was PERFECT for us. The condo was ready upon our arrival at 2:15 that Thursday afternoon. Check-in was quick and the staff at Bender were very helpful with area information, guidebooks and coupons. This condo came with reserved covered parking and this particular unit had one RIGHT BY THE elevator. Very handy. The condo was clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately stocked. ( Bring your own corkscrew though ) The master bathroom garden tub was amazing !! And double vanities. Grounds and pool area was clean. Beach access was easy and perfect. The beach chair service staff were awesome!! $30 for two chairs and they come by several times a day to reposition the umbrella for you, if you wish. We will definitely check to see if this unit is available the next time we visit Gulf Shores.

Had great time with family, had other family members rent two other units. Bender Realty is always great to rent from, super friendly, good rental price. Only thing unit needed good sweeping and mopping of floors and sheets for bed did not fit, would not stay on mattresses in either bedroom. Other than those issues great rental

It was very nice except the furniture was extremely uncomfortable in the living room. Also the floor could've been cleaner. My white slippers were dark gray by the end of the month. The view was amazing. Bender Realty was very accommodating. They could not have been nicer. A big thank you to them.

Location was great! Property was pretty well maintained and had very adequate amenities. Some of the furnishings could stand to be replaced. Indoor pool was great for the infants. They were able to enjoy the water and not have to be out in the sun. We would recommend this property and will probably return ourselves.

My wife and I, along with her father, enjoyed a quick trip to Gulf Shores over Memorial Day Weekend. We arrived late, but Bender Realty made it easy to check in after-hours. We loved the location of the Caribbean condo, right on the beach and close to everything off the beach. The rooms were nice and everything was clean. Don't expect it to be a five-star accommodation, but it was definitely comfortable for us. I would recommend staying here and using Bender Realty for your booking.

Beautiful located on the beach in gulf shores, this condo had almost everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. The pool area was well maintained. The only negatives are the furniture was not well maintained. The recliner was broken and the couch had stains and holes. I did wish there were more rugs in the condo as the tile floor was cold on little feet. There was sand everywhere before we ever got to the beach. Once we swept up that was not a problem. Over all the condo was excellent and not far from great restaurants and grocery stores. We were there over spring break and while it was busy the beach was not crowded and there weren't a lot of crazy college kids everywhere which was great. At only 3 hours from New Orleans, it's a great home base to explore the gulf coast!

We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, but there was a little odor when we first got there. A mildew smell, but the condo may have been closed up for a while before we got there.

A few small maintenance issues that did not effect our stay and we didn't even report to management. The chair in the living room had a loose arm, the patio screen door was off the track and there were small tears in the couch cushions. No big deal.

Access to the beach is wonderful and the view was wonderful. Saw dolphins several times.

We had a great time and love Gulf Shores. Condo size was great and location/view very nice. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning, maintenance and updates. There was an odor in one bathroom that was unpleasant. Floor had not been cleaned thoroughly. Chair in living room was wobbly and towel rack in bathroom was loose. Subjectively, I think furnishings and decor could use an update with more of a "beach" feel rather than "safari". In retrospect, we should have called Bender Realty immediately for a re-clean of the space which probably would have improved our experience. The folks at Bender were very nice and professional.

Was very clean and had everthing we needed down to a kitchen with every cooking utensil and cookware you would need. The clothes washer leaked but someone was there within an hour and fixed it. The view is beautiful.

It was pretty good and mostly what we expected.
The pool was nice as well as the outdoor grills and the view from our room was spectacular. Our airconditioner was broken for the first three days and we had asked for a reduction but no luck there. BTW they did fix the air right away when notified and were very pleasant to deal with.

We stayed 7 nights and had a GREAT time! I love being right on the beach. I also love a low-density complex. I don't want a crowded beach or pool, so Caribbean was perfect for us. The condo was big enough for our family of 4, and the Bender staff was very helpful. Thanks!

the condo floors could of been mop a little better, they also need some rugs by the doors to help keep the sand out, they also need a broom in the condo so the floors can be sweep. towel rack in big bathroom needed to be fixed. condo was in a nice location

Condo needs to be ready at 3:00pm the Day of check in.

Pool did not have enough chairs. Condo needed rugs. No pot holder in any of the 5 condos my family had rented. Large skillet in 401 could not be used. Rusted and loose handle.

The stay at the condo was great. I was un happy about the $110.00 Departure Clean fee and the $48.57 Reservation Booking Fee. This was not told to me when i called in and i was completely un aware of these additional cost. You should fully dis close the total cost on phone orders. This was the only bad experiance i had with Bender Realty.

The only problem we had was there was a leak in the indoor pool and couldn't use it which is the primary reason for staying here. Also we picked this condo because the outdoor pool was heated and the heater didn't seem to be working either. Talked with Bender Reality about checking the heater and don't believe anyone actually checked into it for me. A little disappointed in that but now realize I can't believe when people tell me the pool is actually heated. Otherwise nice condo and nice location. Also it wasn't hard to get to the room from your car and to the beach.

I rented 5 condos for my family. 2 of the families had little ones. 401 and 404 they complained the floors were not very clean when they got there. Otherwise we loved the place and one of my son-in-laws wants to plan a vacation with some of their neighbors that travel together. They went to Myrtle Beach last year but they liked this a lot better.

Under the beds were not swept and the floor was sandy. I tried to sweep but had no dust pan. Some pans need replacing and pot holders were needed. Next time would prefer a room with double beds in the extra room. Otherwise we love the location.

I think 10:00am is too early to check out. It used ot be 11:00am and that works much better. Especially when traveling wit children and senior citizens.

I was disappointed with the over all the cleanliness of the condo. The floor was filthy to the point if you didnt wear shoes your feet were black! The knobs on the cabinets in the kitchen were falling off. The condo had VERY bare essentionals in the kitchen.
