From there, step out onto the balcony with partial Gulf views, complete with a table and chairs for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The kitchen has a Keurig/Standard combo coffee maker for your convenience. Both bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while the second floor is dedicated to an extra hangout space. For your convenience, the condo is equipped with a washer and dryer.

When it's time for some poolside relaxation, you'll enjoy access to a gated pool for refreshing dips, complete with convenient charcoal grills in the pool area for those perfect barbecue days.
