This standout corner unit features two private balconies, perfect for watching the waves roll in or catching a colorful sunset with your favorite drink in hand. With a layout ideal for families or a small group of friends, it’s the kind of place that turns a beach trip into a memory maker.

Surf Side Shores 1506:
Step inside to a bright living space where floor to ceiling windows frame the shoreline. The living room includes a pair of wingback chairs, a comfy sofa that converts into a queen sized bed, and easy access to the balcony for breezy mornings or evening chats with the Gulf as your backdrop. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need including a microwave, coffee maker, and a full sized refrigerator to keep meals simple and satisfying. Gather around the dining table for four or take it outside to dine with a view.

Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged for comfort and privacy while three full bathrooms make getting ready a breeze. A washer and dryer are included, making longer stays more convenient.

This beachfront condo is not only about the view, it’s about the experience. Step outside and you’re just a few strides from the sand or take a short drive to explore Gulf Shores’ local eateries, fishing spots, and family friendly attractions. About Surf Side Shores:
Surf Side Shores is situated directly on the beach, with no distance between the unit and the shoreline. Just a mile from the main intersection in Gulf Shores, this location offers easy access to the best of the area. Local seafood favorites, live music venues, and coastal shops are all within walking distance. Whether you're grabbing a bite at a beachfront eatery or exploring the charm of small-town Gulf culture, everything feels close and easy here.

During your stay, enjoy the convenience of beach chair and umbrella rentals through Ike’s Beach Service. Outdoor barbecue grills are located by the flagpole between Buildings 1 and 2, perfect for casual cookouts.

Guests have access to both an outdoor pool and a kiddie pool, ideal for relaxing after a day by the Gulf. From November through March, the HOA heats one of the two pools on a rotating schedule, providing a comfortable swim option during cooler months.

Check-in was as easy as it can be thanks to the people at Bender Rental Office.
The condo was as described with a few exceptions (missing light bulbs and lights as well as outlet plates, AC in one of the 3 bedroom seemed to keep the temperature at a lower level than in the rest of the condo).
The kitchen was adequate and all appliances worked at the level expected.
The balconies are wonderful and are where we spent a lot of our time. In a three bedroom condo it would be nice to have 6 (or more) chairs on the balcony so everyone would have a seat. The picture shows a table--when we went there wasn't a table on the balcony.
There were plenty of carts and fast elevators in order to get items in and out of the condo.
I am not sure this condo is a great value for what it is, but we went during the last week of June right before the 4th of July and that is the "high rate" season.

It was great once we were able to check in. We did not get checked into our rooms until 6:30pm. That’s quite the gap from the posted 3-5pm. Frustrating. Other than that, our vacation was really relaxing.

Rental was a breeze. Staff at bender were very friendly and welcoming. Our condo wasn’t very clean upon arrival, I called they came right over to clean out the fridge. The last renter had let food drip and mold in the fridge causing a toxic smell. The housekeeper who came over to clean was excellent. But did t stop us from enjoying our time. This unit is a bit out dated and need updating but the view is exceptional!

The people at Bender are great to work with! They are friendly, responsive, prompt and efficient. The unit itself needs some updating, but it was clean and ready for us. The location is terrific.

Our vacation was good. There are a few things that need to be updated. For example, the knob in the master bathroom shower was loose. And it could be cleaned a little more. But overall it was great, we ate supper on the balcony over looking the beach. It was nice! I would definitely stay again.

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We had a big group come with us and this rental was just what we needed. Spacious, right on the beach, close/walking distance to restaurants, swimming pool, Wi-Fi, etc. The rental could use some cosmetic updates to the bedrooms, bathrooms, and patio. The patio was a huge letdown. There were chairs but no table and some of the chairs were broken. Most of our time was spent out here watching the beach activity and enjoying the view. It should have been an extension of the living space instead of an afterthought of chairs. The other rental balconies were well equiped with updated comfy looking patio furniture. Overall the rental met our needs. I think with an updated bathroom, bedroom, and patio will put this unit over the top.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Side Shores 1506. The unit was very clean and in good condition. We could have used a TV in the 2nd bedroom and the pantry cabinet in the kitchen was falling apart. Other than that....fantastic!!! We will probably try to get a unit in this building again.

Staff was very pleasant. Room could use a little updating but overall I was very happy with the location and the pool. Pool was always clean and pool area was tidy. Right on the beach with a great view. It was a little smaller than I expected but I didn't really mind because we were hardly indoors. Beach is very beautiful and well kept. This was a great location and facility. Our family had such a great time and the kids loved the beach. It was perfect that we were able to access the beach right from the building. This unit was "OK". The master curtain rod was falling off the wall. The gout in the master was falling out. The kitchen doors (2) were falling off. Was very clean and comfortable. Also quiet, just a little run down. Would give it a try again though!

Condo was in a great Location!! Awesome views and beach not crowded infront of the place. Only thing wrong with the place was the patio doors are hard to open and one of the door windows was cracked but not to the point where it was gonna break. Overall great stay! Can't wait to go back

My family vacation was very nice. The condo was perfect for our family of 7 and we never ran out of hot water. The balcony has a perfect ocean view and we even saw dolphins swimming in the morning. Many grocery stores are nearby including Wal-mart. A few things could be improved such as the shower curtains were ripped, the bath tub could use a scrub, and the carpet needed a shampoo. Overall we enjoyed staying here.

I love staying at Gulf Shores and I love Bender Realty.I would never go with another rental company.They are the friendliest,the best priced and always take care of anything you need.Our condo was not bad,we had three bedrooms and three baths which was great.I think the condo could be a little updated and it was not the cleanest and also they could of offered better utensils in the kitchen and maybe add another TV in the second bedroom.I would recommend this property to other people and I would stay again.

This was an ideal place for our group. Everyone got to do their own thing, beach,pool,sunrises, and sunsets. Everything was right there at 1506 Surf Side Shores. Bender was one of the nicest,and easiest Gulf Shores Realtors to work with. You have got to try Slacky Jacks to eat it was great. to our family Gulf Shores is our second home. Will use Bender again. The staff was wonderful,and so was Alice.

We enjoyed our vacation! The condo was great for us, our 2 children and their families. Each family enjoyed their private bedroom & bath. The beach was beautiful, and the kids enjoyed the pool. My only complaint is some of the bedding was worn and I thought it was outrageous to pay $13.50 to replace a lost parking pass we needed for the last 2 days of our stay. TUPELO is the correct spelling of our hometown.

This condo was a great rental at a great price. This was a girls trip and it was very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. I will advise anyone that is renting this property to bring extra toilet paper as only 1 roll per bathroom is provided. Overall we had a great time and would stay here again. Also, this property did not have DVD players...only VHS players.

Great price for a 3bdrm 3 bath condo-plenty of room for everyone. The bedrooms could use ceiling fans to circulate the air better--it got a little stuffy. Also, closet door in back bdrm broken, and way too much mold in the master bath. The living room was pretty dark--the lampshades are red so it was hard to read in the evening. Otherwise, the location, pool, and everything else was great.

The condo was mostly clean.Actually the carpet was the only dirty really needs replacing--allthe vacuuming inthe world (which was befor e we arrived) would not help the carpet. Any problem we encountered was dealt with and solved mmediately kudos to Bender Realty who were patient and very accomodating.There is SPECIAL personell there

I was over all very pleased with our condo. I do however feel that EVERY single room absolutely needs a ceiling fan, or atleast access to box fans- we went and purchased two ourselves. The stay would have been more pleasant had we had one. I read in an ealier post about the Master bedroom closet door not working-- it is still broken. If it has been mentioned before- then measures to fix it should be taken- its a door- not exspensive piece to replace at all. I also noticed that the floors were not very clean. There were peices of paper and such in the carpet in the Master bedroom. Again--pride in your work equals a happy guest. The door in the fridge was broken-- didnt realize how important that was until there wasnt one-- there is a piece of duck tape taped where that bar should be-- not really that helpful. The Grill area is nice a big-- there should be some sort of a canopied area where guest and get under away from the heat of grill and sun, with maybe a picknic table area to eat or help prepare foods. The pool area was nice. We went at a time when the beach wasnt very crowded! It was great!!

We rented this 3br/ 3 bth condo so that everyone traveling with us would have their own bedroom and bathroom. This was the greatest convenience of all. The condo itself is older however the owners have done a great job decorating it to help make it look more modern. The master bathroom tub could use more grout work. Overall, we were pleased with the condo and location. Bender Realty were very nice and helpful. If I don't stay at this exact condo again in the future I will definately use Bender Realty for my next booking.

Great condo right on the beach. My family loved it and can't wait to return next year.

I think that u need to tell people that you only accept one credit card. I did read everything but it isnt clear, I didnt take it as that you can only use 1 credit card so that needs to be told up front by the person that is taking the reservation. I would not recommend using your realty office to reserve any property because of the fact that you only accept one credit card. I didnt understand why your credit card company won't allow you to accept more than one credit card because you finish paying the amount when you check in. It just didn't make any sense and I almost had to cancel my reservation due to this.

We really enjoyed our stay at Surf Side. Only one complaint...the elevator. It didn't work properly two of the days we were there. Five flights of stairs can really get you in shape!

I would recommend Surf Side Shores. It was quiet and well-located. Since it was less than a mile from Hwy 59, it was easy to access restaurants and shopping.

We enjoyed our stay and felt that the unit was very clean and well cared for. Our only recommendation would be to purchase new mattresses for the beds in the bedrooms with the queen and twin beds.

Be sure to keep the elevator checked out. It was not fun toting 2 children and all of there stuff up and down the stairs all day long on Friday.
