I have absolutely no complaints about this condo. We have stayed here in the EXACT same condo for 2years straight. And it’s always been clean and communication is always great. The ladies in the office are Wonderful!!!! Will definitely stay from here on out and will definitely recommend

The condo was exactly what I wanted. The view was beautiful. Bender Reality is my favorite place to book when we come to Gulf Shores. Everything about our trip went smoothly with no problems. The office staff is so kind and welcoming!

Great location, older property, could have been cleaner, washed the floor after our socks were dirty. Dishes were dirty, ice maker did not work. Property manager did replace 2 burned out light bulbs after we called.

Missy was fantastic and so kind to me the whole experience. We asked if we could check in early on arrival day since no one had rented the unit since 2 days before. She told me we would be able to check in early if no one was checking out that day. We drove 10+ hours overnight (we have 3 small kids) and I walked into Bender at 1040 and asked to check in early. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy and Julie spoke up and said someone was just checking out this morning so we wouldn’t be able to check in early. I told her according to the website there was no one in the unit since Friday morning (this was Sunday). She gave me a dirty look and said “well the unit wasn’t cleaned Friday or yesterday so it has to be cleaned” She said someone would call me when it’s ready. I disappointedly walked out and back to my van full of tired people. At 1330 I called the office (knowing they closed at 2) and said I just wanted to check on the status of our condo. Julie answered the phone and rudely interrupted me and said “we won’t leave until you are in your condo” I asked if she had any idea how much longer it would take and she said “it’s being cleaned right now”. I asked how long that process took and she said “I don’t know.” Missy ended up calling me at 1500 and told me the room was ready (check in was supposed to be at 1700) and was very kind to me. I just wish they would’ve upheld the promise of an early check in. I also think it’s irresponsible to let a condo sit dirty for 2 days and not get it cleaned in a timely manner. My condo review was posted on VRBO but the unit was amazing and perfect for a family. We will be back for sure!

We loved this location if this property. Close to the main strip, and east access in and out. We did not like that we never received emailed instructions like they said we would. They called and gave us the door code verbally and it wasn’t on anything else. Also the property was not very clean. Red spaghetti sauce on cabinets, utensils in the drawers were very dirty along with cups. Check out instructions say for whomever is in the unit to clean and put away all dirt dishes and that should be part of the cleaning fee we pay such a high price for. Or they should atleast go back and check. Floors were very sandy and turned my 2 year olds feet black. Would love to stay again but not in a dirty unit.

Quick walk to the beach and pool. The unit had some updates completed, but there are several pieces of furniture that are broken and/or stained. The pots and pans and spatulas need to be replaced badly. Small master bathroom that reeked of urine. The beds were comfy and that was a plus. The unit as a whole is old but served its purpose for our vacation. The grounds were clean and security is always present. Bender offered great customer service!

Bender Vacation Rentals was great to work with. From booking to checking in the entire process was easy. Staff kept us up-to-date on the impeding tropical storm. The condo unit could use a lot of TLC. The bifold doors on the closets wouldn't stay on track, towel racks and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms had been removed (purposely because they screws had been painted over), and knobs on the furniture were missing. Also there were no overhead lights/ceiling fans in the bedrooms only table lamps.

Door had to be slammed to shut. Kitchen sink is stopped up and would not drain. Garbage disposal didnt work. Need to have instructions for how to empty dryer vent. There was lots of lint and could have caused fire. Dishwasher was holding dirty water. We didnt know we had an assigned parking spot until the last night. Kitchen dishes were lacking.

We enjoyed Seacrest 601. The Bender Realty ladies were so nice and professional. One of the best rental experiences we have had in Gulf Shores. The unit was a little dated , but it was very clean and comfortable. Suggestions to owner would be to spend a little money to update by new wall decor and curtains. The master bedroom could use darker curtains over sliding door. The back sliding door was really hard to use. A Keruig would have been a nice option. Overall a nice place to vacation.

The appliances were in good condition, but the laundry door was hard to open/close and the utensil drawer was as well. We only stayed a few days; the kitchen should be better stocked for guests who like to cook. The view from the balcony was great, and the location was great. Bender Realty was awesome to work with again this year.

601 was somewhat dated compared to several of the other units we saw that friends were staying in . Although it had a lovely view from the balcony it was poorly furnished . It was very clean and Bender reality was wonderful to work with . Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Bender to others .

A channel guide for the TV would be helpful. A little painting here and there would be good. Location is great. The hot tub is always perfect. Wish the pool was heated.

Condo was spacious and generally overall a great condo. Only complaint was that the internet service as not very good but resetting modem seemed to work. Had issue with toilet but response from maintenance crew was great. Maintenance and cleaning crew kept the grounds very clean and good security.

my stay was mostly good. but i was disappointed in the living room tv the cable cord was broke and the station kept going in and out.elevator doors closed on 1 side to quick and my grandchild got caught in them and the sliding doors in the room did not work and i had 2 grandchildren who could open the dorrs easy.

Overall it was a good place to stay. Only downside, was the kitchen was not stocked and the dryer did not work properly. Would not heat. No locks on the sliding glass doors. Condo needs attention. Bender Realty people were excellent. Brought us wine glasses since they were not any in condo. Very helpful on places to go and do.

Enjoyed our stay at Seacrest the only complaint we had was the sliding glass doors did not lock and with a two a two year old the railing were a little far apart and she could fit through so we put a rod at both doors to keep them locked at all times. Otherwise everything was great.

The condo was very nice, including the views from the front and back balcony. It was very clean and meet my need. The only thing I did not like was that the tennants in 701 were very loud the whole time I was there and the tv in the living area was not working. Over all I would not personally stay there again unless there is some changes made to make it more comfortable. I would highly recommend Bender Realty for my next stay, they were very professional and quickly helped me with my booking,check in and check out.

We had a great time at 601. In general, very nicely furnished and comfortable. Perhaps needs deep cleaning of floors and new paint and sink drains seemed slow to drain . Balcony tile needed repair especially so children would not get hurt. These things can be easily fixed and quickly done. I would rent it again and recommend Bender and 601 to others. Thanks for a great vacation!

We had a great time being at this location. I do wish the master bed was a little more comfortable and the water pressure, along with hot water, would of been better. Overall, my friends and I had a great time.

Minus the wash clothes we did not have and did not get after calling the office and our closet door came off and would not go back on. We had mold on the ceiling in the master bed room and the second bedroom the mini blinds feel down do to the bracket that holds them on was brocken. Other than those the condo was ok.

I always enjoy coming down to Gulf Shores. Bender Realty has always been fantastic, and i would recommend them to ANYONE. However, the unit we rented this visit appears to have just been worn out. Scratched walls, and endless broken trim, to sagged out couch cushions, to old stained patio chairs. Not the usual from Bender, but Gulf Shores is more than just the condo, and we enjoyed our stay. We will not stay at the Seacrest 601 again.

Floors were dirty / sandy. The place was in desperate need of a paint job. Shower in hall drained V E R Y slowly. Shower in master trickled. Otherwise all was ok.

Extremely Satisfied and would definately return to this location/property if we visit Gulf Shores again.

This was a family trip to the beach. Our 1st time to Gulf Shores & the 1st time to the beach for my 2 4 yr old granddaughers. The bunk beds were a big hit with them. Everyone in my party was very happy with the accomadations. Nicely decorated & pleased with the quanity of kitchen dishes, etc and appliances. I wasn't sure what to expect. The only down side was the balcony chairs. Very plain & uncomfortable. A table for the chairs would have helped and more of a lounge type chair to relax in would have been wonderful. Thank you so much for your assistance in making the reservations and the trip possible.

The unit 601 we had stayed at before.....felt it was not as nice as it was when we previously stayed. no water glasses......door fell off the master closet first hour of our stay.....extra pillow..but no cases for them.

Had a wonderful time. This condo was in the perfect location and the views were spectacular. The rental co. was so easy to work with. The only problem with the complex is the elevators. They close too quickly catching people unaware. other than that we would stay here again

The only criticism I have is that the Security Officer was very harassing. We understood that people may have trespassed in the past but there was no reason to harass paying guests. Beware...

The condo was in great condition and there was plenty of room for the five of us who stayed. It was in a great location from shops and restaurants. The beach was a few steps away and the pool was very nice. I would recommend this condo to families and groups of friends seeking a nice relaxing vacation.

The property we stayed in had serveral problems. The ice maker did not work, refrigerator did not properly defrost, dish washer was imporperly installed and therefore hard to use, the paint job in the kitchen was VERY poor -didn't even pull the stove out to paint behind it. There were many spots that were not well cleaned - window sills, behind night stands. We have stayed at Sea Crest many time - this was by far the least appropriately maintained unit. The Sea Crest common areas were however VERY clean and well maintained.

the staff was friendly, very helpful at the Realty building. I was disappointed in the condo's cleanliness. they did not clean very well so it made me unsure about the bedding, towels etc. I washed everything the first night we were there.

bought some cleaning supplies. Food was on the trash can, fire crackers, wads of hair on the floor, items of swimming plugs on the TV stand. the mop was so dirty It wasn't worth using itself. the trash truck every morning under our window woke us up daily, very noisy.
We did like the beach view and being right on the beach for views and close proximatity. the pool was nice to have due to jelly fish.

Since we were beachfront I expected more comfortable outdoor furniture. Two of the plastic chairs were broken. Overall we thought the condo was nice. The hall bunks were great for additional sleeping area.

We loved our rental unit at Seacrest on beautiful Gulf Shores beach. It was beautifully decorated and with lots of little extras. Bender Realty was also MOST helpful when we decided we just couldn't go home as originally planned.
