This is a GREAT place to stay.. We have stayed in #307 for 2 years now on our weekly family vacation and have loved it!! Last year was our Grandson’s 1st vacation and he loved every minute of staying here.. in fact it was his favorite time of the trip.. He was 3!! We all enjoyed our time there and if available next year.. and affordable- we will definitely try to be back!! It’s super nice and just like home away from home!!

I have to give Bender Realty 5 stars for communication. From the time I booked the property to the time we left they were available to answer any questions. The condo was great, exactly as described. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked although we didn't cook. The beach access is tricky to find. There is no sign which I informed Bender so hopefully there will be one in the future. Without it it's almost impossible to find. I called Bender asking where the beach access was located and was given excellent directions. It is directly across the street and to the left, between condos Ocean IV (I think) and Westwind. It's a narrow path that actually takes you through Westwinds parking lot. We did use the public west beach access which is also to the left of the condo. The parking payment machine was broken so free parking ��. But a beach wagon could easily handle the access path. Check in and out procedures were simple and easy. There are carts for packing and unpacking your car. The elevators were working. At the time we were there the pool deck was being resurfaced. Bender actually gave me a credit since we couldn't use the pool. This was something they did. I did not ask. Nice. I'll stay here again.

The location was nice . Had to wait to check in & the place was not properly cleaned apon arrival. The fans were dusty. There were dishes in the sink . Hand prints all over the mirrors . Sand in the dressers so I didn't even unpack any of my clothes . The kids enjoyed the pool but it could have been cleaner. Over all we had a great time just wish I wouldn't have had to clean before I felt comfortable.

From pictures and description in listing, I was to believe this rental had easy access to the beach which is across the street. The high rise condo complexes have signage of private property, no public beach access, therefore to access the beach, one must walk with chairs, coolers, etc a distance to public beach access which is much farther than I was told. We ended up driving each day and paying to park, which is a minimum of $5. Construction noise thru the week with the new development next door. Our condo was not dusted at arrival and the couch was uncomfortable and stained. Seabreeze was decorated nice and I loved having a washer/dryer in unit just which the description was more accurate.

We stayed for a total of 5 days. The condo we had was the perfect amount space! We were far enough away from the downtown area that it was super peaceful. Condo was very warm and inviting. We will definitely be staying again, hopefully sooner than later! ��
