Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer in this two bedroom/two bath condo. Located just across the street from the beach with dedicated beach access(sand path), you can plan your family's beach getaway at a great, affordable rate!

Sea Breeze has two elevators and dedicated parking. The property's shared balcony wraps around a very nicely landscaped pool area, complete with a gazebo with a picnic table and BBQ grills.

Unit 105 is very well appointed with a wall-mounted TV in the living room and comfy furnishings. You'll enjoy the granite countertops in the fully-equipped kitchen, including both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker. A washer and dryer ensures that you'll have all you need for your family's comfort during your stay.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and a TV. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a wall-mounted TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

The condo was a perfect size for my family of 5. Appliances all worked well. Had beach items we needed so we didn’t have to purchase including 2 umbrellas, 4 beach chairs and beach toys. Stayed nice and cool. Hosts were quick to respond to any needs we had. Beach access was just a short 4 min walk away. Outdoor shower by the pool at the condo cut down on sand tracking back into the condo. The pool was super clean and well maintained everyday. We will definitely be staying here when we come back!

We enjoy our stay. The condo was a good size and had everything we needed. The pool and grounds were well kept. It was in a good location, close to shops, restaurants and the Hangout. I would definitely stay here again!

This unit is in a great location. The beach is accross the street. The elevator is right outside the door. Bed is very comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed staying there.

This vacation rental was located in a great area for restaurants, shopping and the beach. We definitely enjoyed the unit and the activities in this area.Being across from the elevator was a bit noisy but easy access to our unit. The roller carts were definitely a plus for luggage and groceries!

We arrived 1 day earlier than expected and rather than stay in a local hotel and move in on the first day of January, I called the Bender Realtor, Lizzie, and she said our unit was clean and ready for our 2 month stay. So easy to work with this company. Our unit was clean and well furnished and had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Loved the location, close to everything! Condo was clean, had EVERYTHING we needed (fan, beach chairs, beach toys, games) to make our stay at the beach easy! We had an issue with one of the tenants on another floor and the person who was in charge of the HOA for that condo was the one that actually called in the issue, so we felt safe staying there. Bender reality was amazing, some of the nicest people I have worked with and easy to communicate with. 10/10 recommend staying at 105 and working with bender reality!

We loved the condo it was nice and clean and roomy for my family of 6 the kids loved the pool very much we had a great time there there was lots of things to do the beach was just across the street from us it was easy to get to the only issue we had was the parking there wasn’t enough parking for our family to come see us in our condo that we traveled with and the internet was spotty from get go in the condo it would not work signal was awful but when you walked outside it was fine other than we had fun in gulf shores can’t wait to come back next year!!!!

Very nice place in a great location! Super cute place with a fully stocked kitchen!! Wish the pool would’ve been heated, but loved that they have beach chairs for us to use!

Great location and a very comfortable stay! The condo was freshly updated with modern decor, and comfortable beds. Kids loved being right by the pool and short walk across the road to the lovely beach. Plenty of space for our group of 3 adults and 2 kids. Owners included beach umbrella, chairs, and a float which was appreciated. Full sized washer/dryer to keep all those beach towels dry, and a well appointed kitchen. Easy check in and communication from Bender Realty. Will be back!

We had a great time relaxing at the pool and at the beach. The unit really needs some beach chairs and an umbrella to use. It cost too much to rent them daily. We got one and left it in the unit for others as we flew and couldn’t take it back with us.
