Description

Sandpiper is a low density three story complex. Its unique V shape building and shared common area walkway in front of each condo lends to a friendly get to know your neighbor atmosphere. Family reunions, large groups of people traveling together and individual families choose this property often. The tropical courtyard, seasonally-heated swimming pool (The pool is generally heated from March 1 to November 30, weather permitting) and grilling areas give Sandpiper an ambiance all its own. It is a highly requested property and has the most repeat guests.

We had such a wonderful time at the sandpiper. The condo was very clean and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the upgraded linens and bedding were so comfortable. The pool and grounds were very well maintained and one of the highlights for us was the sweet community of the sandpiper guest. My little one had a great time playing at the pool and beach. The beach access was perfect and never overcrowded, always able to find a spot by the water. We already can't wait to come back!

Sandpiper 5C is our home away from home. We've stayed in this unit ten times in the last 15 years. If you love the sun, this unit gets the most. The beach view from the deck is excellent. 5C is very comfortable and well stocked. The new beds and washer/dryer are just a few of the recent updates. We rarely have any issues with 5C. The minor issues experienced have been taken care of immediately by Bender Realty. We would highly recommend this unit.

We loved our place ans the view of the ocean !
The pool has to close one afternoon but wasn’t the rental company fault. The pool has to be shocked.
The only complaint If i had to be picky was the master bedroom mattress was not very comfortable. The spare room beds were great. Nice condo ans beautiful view !

Three beds for three bodies. The kitchen was properly apportioned, and the rooms were clean and clutter-free. We had easy access to the pool and the beach. We were allowed to enjoy ourselves around the pool without being hassled by overbearing security, and we enjoyed the folks who were staying around us.

Our rental was available earlier than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The tub in the first bathroom drained very, very slow, so if people took back to back showers, the second person ended up standing in the shower water of the first. The shower head also fell off, but Bender responded quickly and replaced it. The beds were uncomfortable, so, we all struggled to sleep. The kitchen was well equipped and has nice stainless steel appliances. I would probably not rent 5C again due to the location in the building as you have no shade on the deck in front of your condo.

Love the Sandpiper! Steps from the beach and walking to dining and retail. Units are spacious and updated from my experience. Especially appreciated the convection oven. Only downside was the mattress in the master: extremely uncomfortable and needs replacing.

This condo facility is perfect for large families coming together. Each family can rent their own space yet still be so close and have all the fun on the beach. Absolutely perfect.

This rental property was wonderful, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, beach and pool. A few suggestions - change the mattress in the main room, there is a sink hole in the middle. Also, please consider changing your lock to a combination and not a key. We lost our key on the first day and had to pay the fine. A lot of the other units are by combination, which seems really nice. The bathroom in the hall drained really, REALLY slow, so it was sort of yuck with sand.
The beach sand is really wonderful and the pool was great. This is a great place for families. The condo was great for a family of 4, we had a great time. Thanks

Sandpiper is a great place to stay. The kids loved the pool. The main bedroom suite was great. The kitchen was in good condition. The only issues were specific to this unit. We couldn't find two remote controls for two of the three TVs. One was eventually located under some furniture. The furniture (specifically, the sofa chairs) were uncomfortable. The front door latch does not function properly and needs to be fixed. Speaking of the door, it would be awesome if this unit used a pass code rather than physical keys. It was be a huge convenience for guests and Bender staff.

We always enjoy our stay at the Sandpiper. This was the first time in 5C. Nice location for sitting in the sun. Could use more baking pans, but we found a wonderful bakery so not that big of a deal this year.
