Lovely location steps from the beach. Can watch the sun rise from inside the unit! This year we saw dolphins from the deck and even got a glimpse of the teo whales in the vicinity! The unit is comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated having a deadbolt on the door. Had an issue with the washer and it was resolved very efficiently. We love the location, the exterior is well maintaned and tidy, we received excellent customer service. We have recommended this property to others and are returnig next year. Great location for a stroll along the beach or a walk on the walking trail a block away. We enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper!

We prefer a small complex rather than a large high rise It makes the entire stay much more relaxing Sandpiper has only 3 levels with 16 units each There is a nice pool and BBQ area which is kept very clean Also a plus, it's very easy to navigate the beach access

The vacation was fantastic, there were 22 family members in 5 units, 15 C is where my husband n I stayed with my brother n his wife,15C was very clean, the living room rug was awful, need new one, had no bowls with lids to put things in the fridge, need bigger towels for bigger people please, kitchen island is very big and round table very big, makes no room to get around. Loved our view. So far we have stayed in 4 units and because of the furniture it was the smallest.

Loved the location right on the beach! The pool was great, clean and plenty of seating. Overall, the unit was great. Had all the little things you needed in the kitchen. All furniture was comfortable. Having two bathrooms is a necessity for us with kiddos. Would recommend this location and Bender Realty! Would stay again! thanks

Everything was awesome! So close to the beach and a perfect view! The weather was perfect and me enjoyed our stay!! The only downside was that we had to buy everything including salt ect for cooking & there was only 4 towels. With that being said it wouldn’t stop me from booking again & we already plan on it for next year

3rd time here. Each condo has been clean and ready go to. Called about an appliance and it was fixed same day. Staff at Bender Realty always prompt, helpful and kind. We will reserve for next year for sure. Direct beach views and access is the best. Highly recommended.
