Description

Sandpiper 10C is a newly updated two bedroom, two bathroom beachside condo on West Beach in Gulf Shores, designed to accommodate up to six guests. Located just 1.4 miles from The Hangout, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for those who want to stay close to local favorites while enjoying a calm coastal atmosphere. Take a short walk along the communal balcony and admire the view of the landscaped pool area and the beautiful Gulf waters. It’s a wonderful spot to pause and take in the rhythm of life on the coast.

Inside, the open layout makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. The living area features comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a queen sized bed, two armchairs, and a flat screen TV that’s perfect for relaxed evenings after a day by the beach. The kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials you’ll need, including a coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, microwave, and full sized refrigerator. Share meals at the dining table for four or start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony as the Gulf breeze drifts in. A washer and dryer are also provided for added convenience during your stay.

Primary Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat-screen TV, private ensuite, and walk-in shower
Guest Bedroom: 1 King bed, flat-screen TV, balcony access, and shared bath with walk-in shower
Living Area: Sofa pulls out to a queen-sized bed.

All in all, super nice condo and very close to beach and beach chair service. Pool was clean and tidy. Condo was also super clean. Would definitely recommend. Only drawbacks is to make sure to bring a couple rolls of TPO as there were only 1 per bathroom and the dryer was not too effective, but other than that it was perfect for our needs.

This is the perfect location steps from the beach. The condo was very clean and nicely updated. Nice they have an elevator as we were on the 3rd floor. Close to the main strip for shopping. Swimming pool was a nice amenity although small with all the guests but still great. Loved the covered parking as it kept vehicle cool in HOT weather. Would stay again!

Our condo was perfect one. Location was on the beach. The unit was clean, but needed some update furniture. We did not use the kitchen, but each bedroom had it's own bathroom. We would definitely ret'd to this condo.

Condo looks just like the pics on the website! Spacious, extremely clean, modern, comfortable. Loved how each room had a King Bed & their own shower/bathroom. Lots of dishes, utensils, etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would highly recommend Bender Realty & the Sandpiper! Super easy to book our stay, found the check-in & check-out process seamless. Amazing customer service.

We really enjoyed the location of the condos. I loved that you could walk to the ocean without having to cross any highways. The condo was clean and well kept. I wish I would have realized that the balcony was public and that this condo doesn't have much of an ocean view. You have to strain to see it. I would have much preferred staying in the end cap condos 8A-C or 16A-C which I believe had a private balcony facing the ocean.

The good: spacious, comfortable, rocker recliner, washer dryer, large kitchen, nice furniture, great working a/c.
The not so good: the dish network box was not plugged in and was no receptacle close so I had to set it on the end of the dresser and it would barely reach one on the opposite wall and had to run it over the top of the chair that was in the corner, a maintenance man was there to check on a shade that he was making sure wasn't broken, I told him about the tv and asked if he had a small extension cord to fix the problem and he said he would see if they had one but never returned. Lights in master BR bath would flicker on and off,toilet handle in master BR was just hanging we fixed it
No major problems. Still had a good stay and would recommend.

We enjoyed our short trip to the Gulf Shores area in the Sandpiper Beach Condo. The rental agency for this condo was very helpful with our questions since this was the first time we stayed in this area. The unit is well furnished and clean, has a good view of the beach and the inlet across the road. The bedrooms were well furnished and comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and roomy, much larger than we are accustomed. This condo is close to everything that you could want to do at the beach. It's also a great place to take a group of families if other units in the unit could be rented. There is a great grilling area and pool in the middle of the complex. The complex is well maintained. We enjoyed our stay here, it just wasn't long enough. We enjoyed the beach and also enjoyed kayaking closeby. The seafood was great at local restaurants. We had a great stay at the Sandpiper condo.

Sandpiper 10c is an awesome unit. Up to date. King beds in both bedrooms. The people who stay there is what makes this place great. The gals at Bender are always more willing to help out. Would recommend to anyone of all ages.

We stayed in Sandpiper 10C during the middle of August and had a blast. The property was well maintained and close to many conveniences. The interior of the condo was very clean and modern. Although our particular room was not beachfront, it was well worth the price we paid. Our only complaint was the trash service picked up trash around 4:00 AM and woke us up, since the dumpster downstairs was near our bedroom window. This was a minor inconvenience, and all in all, this was a wonderful place to stay!

Our condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location (right on the beach) was great! The staff was very helpful and offered tips on where to eat and what to do while at Gulf Shores. The only con is that the unit is stripped of all nonperishables (e.g. salt, pepper, cooking spray...) so if you fly in you need to purchase everything to make a meal.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Sandpiper!! The condo had everything we could possibly need and was beautiful and very clean!! We loved the convenience of the parking and the elevator for unpacking. The beach is beautiful as well. Check in was a breeze. The agents were so informative and helpful which was nice since it was our first time in Gulf Shores. We definitely plan to come back!!!!

The unit we stayed in was very nice and was decorated beautifully. The guys wished they had a recliner to kick back in but they managed just fine without them. Our unit was right by the elevator which was very handy. And we really appreciated the carts available to transport our bags, groceries, etc. back and forth from the car to the condo. Overall a very nice stay.

We stayed at Sandpiper with our two kids and loved it. Our unit was immaculate and nicely furnished. Everything was updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The location is great-close to town for store and restaurant convenience, but far enough down beach that it does feel as crowded. Sandpiper is also a smaller place, so again the beach is not as crowded as it is at larger condo communities. My kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the chair and umbrella rentals available on the beach. Bender was great to work with and we will definitely be back.

Condo was clean & updated. The location was very close to the elevator, which we liked. I like how the Sandpiper is small, allowing you to see who is in the pool from your room, or walk to the car without a hassle. It's also close enough to the beach that you can run up and get a drink instead of having to take everything with you. We will definitely stay there again.

This was our second year in Gulf Shores and first time at the SandPiper, 100% better than where we stay last year, Our unit was update and complete remodel. We used the pool a couple days sat on the Gulf white sand beach the other days, and as usual it was a great vacation. The Bender staff was very accomodating, and the new number codes door lock was great, no keys to loose or key cards..... Hope to have many more!!!!!!!

Very updated condo seconds from the ocean. Amenities were fantastic including 47" flat panel TV hanging on the wall in Living Room, granite counters in fully stocked kitchen, all new furniture and carpeting; a truly beautiful place to stay in the Gulf
Shores. Also loved the BBQ area in the common courtyard. My family and I will definitely return! Highly Recommended!

Kitchen utensils very sparse. Very little pots and pans. Housekeeping should check some appliances. The stove would not work when we arrived and had to reset the breakers to cook. Also there were no chairs outside the door. Do not know if someone removed them or not, another item for housekeeping to identify or someone else.

This was my family's first time to Gulf Shores and had heard about Sandpiper from a friend. We found the property to be very family-friendly and had a fabulous week.
