This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo comfortably sleeps up to six guests and sits directly on the soft white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. From the master bedroom and living room, you can watch the waves roll in, then step out to your private balcony for a sunset dinner or morning coffee with family and friends. You'll appreciate being just a quick drive from the renowned Flora-Bama, Cobalt restaurant, and plenty of excellent local eateries and live music venues that truly reflect the vibrant atmosphere of Orange Beach.

Inside, you’ll find an open layout filled with natural light and magnificent Gulf views from nearly every angle. The living room offers comfortable seating, a TV for movie nights, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. The dining area seats six, and the adjoining kitchen includes a breakfast bar with four additional chairs, perfect for casual meals. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a full-sized refrigerator, so you can prepare your favorite meals with ease. A washer and dryer are also provided to make your stay even more convenient.

The Tower building is located directly on the beach and features an outdoor pool and indoor pool exclusively on the beachfront side of the property. Additional separate amenities are located across the street and include another outdoor pool, tennis courts, a fishing pier, and a picnic area with charcoal grills. A traffic light at the pedestrian crosswalk ensures safe and easy movement between both sides of the property.
