Contemporary and inviting, this Gulf Shores "right on the beach" condo sleeps six vacationers comfortably and in style. You'll be mere steps away from the beautiful Gulf waters. No navigating roads or parking lots to get to the beach!

This two bedroom/two bath plus youth-sized bunk bed unit features a fully-equipped kitchen, including a 4.2 quart air fryer, free WiFi, a media monitor/TV in the living room and in each bedroom, as well as a DVD player for movie nights. It also has an in-unit washer/dryer and a private balcony with a Gulf Front view to take in the iconic sunrises and sunsets.

When your day is done, relax in the comfortable bedrooms which include: A master suite with a king-sized bed, large closet, and plenty of storage. A second bedroom with a queen-sized bed and closet. And a bonus - a set of twin bunks in the hallway. (Please note that the bunks are not suitable for adults; kids only, please.) Another bonus: A queen-sized air mattress!

Clearwater 5D, 517 East Beach Blvd, Gulf Shores, AL, is a pet-free and smoke-free family and snowbird friendly condo home. Shared amenities include an elevator, community pool, and one parking space per unit.

Great balcony view to the beach in small building. Loved how the beach was not overcrowded!! Great walking distance to the HUB, shopping and tons of activities. We will definitely be back! Great stay for the price. So much AMAZING and affordable seafood joints !! We ate out every night and didn’t break the bank.

Enjoyed it just like the previous stays we've had at Clearwater. Just a couple of minor things. The toaster would not work unless you held the lever down when making toast. Not a big deal but maybe needs looking at. The ice maker does not work but maybe this is by design in case someone would leave without turning it off. Again not a big deal we just used the cube trays. Also there was no vacuum. We like to vacuum before we leave. My husband was taught that when you borrow or use something that belongs to someone else you always leave or return it in the same or better condition than it was when you received it. Again no big deal. We'll definitely be back. You can bet on it. We love the place!!!!!

I’ve been coming to GS for over 10 years. I found this unit to have the best stocked kitchen of any place I stayed. The location is right on the beach, beds were very comfortable, furnishings were very nice. The balcony is small but sufficient. The only thing I would say needs attention is the dishwasher as it isn’t bolted in place and falls forward on you when you open the door. The stove is usable but outdated.

Very nice place located right on the beach and close to many things. We had a group of five stay and there was plenty of room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the sign on the street needed to be bigger or lighted to see the entrance better but we found it. We had a great time!

First, so happy they painted and upgraded this unit. We have stayed at this condo complex 3 times and this unit was the last unit available. We were reluctant because of the decor, but was assured it was improving and it did. The unit was unfortunately not cleaned very well, but I am not one to complain. They have everything you need in a kitchen for your stay. I will say we needed the sofa sleeper and this was not a sofa sleeper. So they need to update the amenities. Over all we were happy as usual with our stay, except we had a stormy week. Location amazing. Bender Reality is amazing!! I just wish the world would get back to normal, it was very hard to eat out and wait times were horrible! We love this place and Gulf Shores!!

Loved the location. Liked the layout of the condo unit but omg the decor was horrendous. Paint job looked like a child had a lot of fun with paint dripping on woodwork. It was unappealing to wake up to every day but at least we were out most of the time. The beach was clean and quiet. Bottom line is I would stay in the building again but never that particular unit. On the questions below if property means the building in general I am giving it a five not the unit. There were dust bunnies in the unit as well. But overall clean. IAgain on last question I am giving the property a five star but not unit.

My family loved the layout of Clearwater5D also the location was awesome. Yes,there are some needs, painting needs touched up although the colors were fine. Biggest issue was the sliding door was hard to manage. One time it rolled ok and the next was a real struggle. I reported it to the agency and asked them to have it serviced before next renter. Could be a real issue for elderly or child. Was not the best condo I have ever stayed in but the beds were comfortable and location, parking and beach access was great. Couch showing wear, but I would stay here again.

We stayed in a different Clearwater condo last year and loved it so wanted to book another one this year. It was NOT like the other, granted they are all individually owner. 5D is completely dated with very old and worn out furnishings. I will not stay in this unit again. When sitting on the couch you can feel the bars from the foldout bed beneath it. The stove, coffee maker, and toaster oven are all older than me. The decor is so 80s and nothing matches or goes together. This entire unit looks/feels as if it was completely furnished with thrift store finds. It was really nauseating. But, the layout is the same which is good, and beds were comfortable. Perfect view. Nice new chairs on balcony. Interior paint job looks to have been done by a 5 year old. Lots of Jerry rigged things inside as well. I would stay at Clearwater again but not this unit. Bender Realty is awesome though and we love booking through them.

I was very happy with everything except the location. I was very disappointed to see that people was allowed on the beach with all their open containers. beer bottles etc. some people was even smoking pot which was very disturbing. I planned a vacation with my family and this was not what I wanted my grandbabies to experience. I will not pick Gulf Shores again. I will look at different locations Orange Beach or somewhere. I have always loved coming here but this last experience was a disappointment for that reason.

The only the we had a problem with was the hallway was narrow, but the furniture on the balcony old and some was broken or dry rotted it was just plain cheap plastic. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and had a really good time we hadn't been to Gulf Shores in about 10 years so it was good overall.

We loved our stay in this condo. With a family of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 6 year olds) it was a perfect size. The location was nice and the beach was not crowded at all. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a perfect view. Only compliant would be the back king size bedroom was warmer than the rest of the condo. If you plan to sleep there, be sure to take a fan. Otherwise, PERFECT vacation location!

We've used Bender Realty several times and have always been pleased. The staff are very helpful, attentive and concerned about our needs. We've also stayed at Clearwater several times. We love that it is a small building so not as many people to contend with and there is always plenty of room on the beach. This year our condo was ok. It was comfortable as usual. The decor was not appealing; bright colors and it seemed like every available wall space had something hanging on it. You could tell the owners have been a little lax on the upkeep. We will definitely stay here again but will try to get a condo we've used in the past as opposed to this one.

This property is in a great location and had an excellent view. The condo was very spacious and clean. My only complaint would be the quality of some of the kitchen equipment. The nonstick pan needed to be replaced, we purchased one for our use during our stay. The microwave wouldn't rotate which made us unable to make popcorn because it would burn but it would still heat food. The inner section of the toaster was not functional so you had to rotate your bread to toast both sides. Other than the minor updates needed in the kitchen we had a great stay and would recommend this property.

My Stay was great. The unit was clean and had all of the necessities. In the photos it looked a little overwhelming with the bright colors but when we got there we found that it was more of a pastel color. The view was amazing and the beach was neat and clean. I would stay there again.

This was our first time to vacation in Gulf Shores. We had a wonderful time and ready to get back to the gulf coast. Clearwater 5D was somewhat dated in the furnishings but overall was a great place to stay. The major issues we had were 1) the advertised Wi-Fi only worked if you were standing at the front door. We had to use our air cards most of the time to get good internet service. 2) the air conditioning was very unbalanced. We had to keep the thermostat on 70 just to keep it cool enough in the master bedroom to sleep and 3) there was no grill available at the complex to cook on. All in all, once again, a good value for what you get.

HAD A GREAT TIME AND DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE...UNFORTUNATELY, THE ELEVATOR WAS STUCK BETWEEN FLOOR WHEN WE ARRIVED, AND CARRYING LUGGAGE AND GROCERIES UP 5 FLOORS WAS AN AWE FULL WAY TO START, HOWEVER, WITHIN A FEW HOURS THE ELEVATOR WAS FIXED. THE ONLY OTHER THING, WAS THE SHOWER COMING UP FROM THE HOSE, AND THE WATER PRESSURE WAS VERY WEAK, ALSO, THE DECK DIDN'T ALLOW THE SAND AND WATER TO DROP THRU; SO IT WAS HARD TO REALLY RINSE THE SAND OFF. OTHER THEN THAT, THE CONDO WAS VERY CLEAN, GREAT VIEW OF THE OCEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS AND WELL LAID OUT KITCHEN. REALLY WAS SAD WHEN WE HAD TO LEAVE...THE WEEK JUST FLEW BY!
