Recently renovated! Welcome to Caribbean unit 402 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard! This one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo is dog friendly (one small dog allowed, additional fee required) can sleep up to 4 people with the extra hallway bunk beds and sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has two TVs and WiFi for your entertainment needs. A fully-renovated kitchen and washer and dryer give the basic yet comforting amenities of home. The Caribbean complex is in a prime locations to experience the wonderful dining and shopping options that Gulf Shores has to offer as well as close proximity to great recreational options!

This property not only has incredibly easy beach front access but it also provides both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally), sauna, steam room, exercise room, and BBQ grills. There is an elevator for was of access. Please, No Smoking!

We had a beautiful view and were happy to find pet friendly directly on the beach. I appreciated the messages from Bender keeping us updated. It was an easy, pleasant experience.
I did have an issue with the fact there was only one garbage can liner for the small kitchen garbage can. The first thing I noticed about the unit was the stained rug in front of the kitchen sink. I was disappointed your company would allow that. It did not give me a very good first impression of the overall cleanliness.Also, i am not sue if there are maintenance staff for the hallways. We were greeted by a pile of dog food outside our door.
I ennded up sweeping it away, but our unit did not havecazdust pan so the pile was still there when we left On the positive side, being right on the Gulf is the best. We enjoyed the outdoor space very much.

Comfortable condo with good decor and of course the view is what makes it above average! Clean unit as described with current pictures, well maintained, did not have any pet odors. Great communication with the Bender staff. Always completely satisified with Bender Realty and the Caribbean complex. We have stayed in this low density condo in multiple units over the last 20 years and always have a great stay. No issues ever. This is one of the few condos that allows dogs, so be aware there will be lots of dogs! We did bring our dog and he loved the balcony! We like to shop at Rouse's for groceries and love all the local restaurants and fresh gulf seafood.

My favorite relaxing time was on the balcony watching the Dolphins, I loved listening to the Ocean so peaceful. Favorite place to eat was Lulu,s. Being able to bring my small poodle with us meant so much. I will definitely stay here again going through Bender V R . I will also make sure it has a King size bed, which was my fault for not asking.

The Condo is a great place to stay right on the beach. We loved the easy access to the pool and being steps from the beach. our family was able to sit on balcony and enjoy the view. I was able to take full advantage of the sauna and steam room, which was a nice break on rainy days. It was clean and plenty room for family of 4. I would recommend to a friend and stay again.

First let me say, this is the first time I and my husband have stayed here and I love this condo building because it only has 32 total units. We have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach for 25+ years and I enjoy a low-density condo building. Plus it is pet friendly and I had to have my 9lb Yorkie with us! The condo was adequate for me and my husband. We are used to newer and larger condos, but again, it was just us. I prefer king-size beds, this has a queen- which it clearly states they provide a queen size in this condo, my bad for not checking. There was no ice maker, but ice trays were provided. There is no drawer in the kitchen cabinets at all. Silverware sat out on the countertop. And there were only 4 dinner knives. The steak knives and some of the other utensils were rusty. I tried cleaning them off but to no avail. I just used ones that were not rusty. The washer and dryer looked like it was new and they worked great! Beach service /chairs and umbrellas are available on the beach. Not many chairs around the pool, but at times we were the only ones there. We stayed here before Memorial day, so the condo building wasn't fully booked. The parking lot is small, but I noticed there is a lot across the street. If the building is full of guests, I can imagine many guests would have to park across the street. We were there for 11 days and the elevator went down 3 times. All three times it seemed like the elevator was repaired within 2 hours or less. And one time it was on a Sunday, so great emergency service! If you can't walk up the stairs, be aware. There is only 1 elevator in the building. Most likely I will stay in this building again, but I may try and get a lower floor (just in case of elevator issues). Bender Realty was awesome to work with. I will certainly use them again to book a vacation stay!

We did not know that the pool would be unavailable until a week before we arrived or that the hotel was being painted. The painting caused parking difficulty. There were not even enough spots in the overflow to accommodate everyone staying at the resort. The condo really needs a broom and dustpan! The floors were sandy the whole time and the vacuum was inadequate to remove all of the sand on the tile floors. Bender is always a pleasure to work with besides the broom we understand the other maintenance was necessary.

Our stay in Caribbean 402 was the first time we had traveled with our dog so we weren’t sure what to expect about the condo. It was small, but clean, except for the bedspread and matching pillows. It could be that they are just older but I didn’t give it the “sniff test” I do at home. The kitchen was adequate, but we didn’t try to cook a 3 course dinner. The living room was a good size and the furniture was comfortable but stained.

Amazing location right on the beach, the Rental was nice and clean. We had a couple of issues with the elevator and sliding door not working, however, after informing Bender these were fixed fairly quickly. Overall I would rent from them again.

We,including our dog enjoyed our week in this condo. The balcony was nice and so relaxing for us. Very nice view as well.Everything was so very clean & the condo has everything you need to cook if needed. Easy beach access too! Parking is a little scarce. If the lot is full, you have to park across the road.

We had a great time staying at Caribbean I in unit 402. Direct ocean view, equipped kitchen, deck with furniture to relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the waves, birds, sunrise and sunset. Negatives were a queen size bed instead of a king, patio furniture was rusted and broke but management promptly replaced it, there are a few places where paint is worn, peeling or chipping, the ceramic tile could use a good scrubbing, kitchen cabinets are somewhat worn, random stains here and there, and a toilet paper holder is coming off the wall. It’s about time for a good makeover but it’s adequate and enjoyable nonetheless.

This was one of the best places we have stayed as far as being pet friendly. The staff is the best of anywhere we have ever stayed and we have traveled a lot of places but they are the nicest by far. The only issue was the parking but the parking is awful anywhere you go during the busy times of the years

First Time in Gulf Shores

I am sorry to say that we were vastly disappointed in this unit. First of all, there is a double bed in the bedroom and I haven't seen a double bed in a rental unit for 30 years. Also, the wicker furniture was dingy and the upholstered furniture in the living room was dirty and old. The owner could at least shampoo the fabric. There were no drawers in the kitchen so the silverware just sits out in an uncovered container. There were only two cereal type bowls in the cupboards. Also, it was almost impossible to read in the unit as I believe all of the light bulbs were 40 watts. I was recovering from back surgery so all I wanted was a balcony overlooking the Gulf and I wanted to be able to swim so I got that. But I would not rent this particular unit again. They need to update it badly.

Some helpful hints for owner/manager: The bedroom could use a small blackout curtain to keep out the elevator area light at night. Living room sofa/chair in need of replacement (sofa seems broken in middle). Bed mattress needs replacement. The rest of the property was excellent! Great location, grounds immaculate, management excellent!!

This vacation rental was great!! It was perfect for my daughter and I just having a week getaway. The only thing that I would say negative about it is the patio table!! It was so gross and was not really able to enjoy eating on the balcony.

My husband & I arrived at another rental property at 11pm on a Thursday night & were very unhappy with it. So I stayed up late that night looking online at other rentals & found Bender's Carribean Condos. I called the next morning & they had us checked in by noon! The condo was very clean, spacious, had a beautiful view of the beach! The complex was well done & had an awesome location! My only complaint was the parking was limited & very awkward. We will definitely use Bender to book another stay at The Caribbean!

Bender was very responsive and professional. Great location of unit. View to the beach was awesome. Unit was very dated and semi-clean. For what we paid for it was expecting a little more. Bed and pillows were bad, furniture dated, floors felt cheap, etc.
Unit would have been good for around $13000-$1400 week, not $2000 ( which was hiked for 4th of July weekend. )

Condo was older and had several appliances that didn't function properly. Price was high over Memorial Day weekend. I expected everything to work for that kind of money. But overall it was a nice place to stay.

We had a great stay. It was very pleasant and relaxing. The only complaint is that the sofa needs to be replaced, it is torn and really worn.

We had a great time and the condo was in a great location. The condo was stocked very well (towels, wash cloths, toilet paper, paper towels, iron, kitchen utensils, etc). The staff at Bender Realty was very helpful and friendly; great customer service. The condo could've been cleaner in particular the floors and the bathrooms. There was hair all over the bathroom floor that wasn't from us. The grout in the tile floors need attention ASAP!! The tub drained extremely
slow, need some Drain-O or plumber. The sofa and swivel chair needs replacing.

We had a great time just like we do every year! My family loves this place that they don't wanna leave. We love BBQ out by the pool. We love the short distant to the beach. Nothing like waking up to coffee and the beautiful view while the kids sleep in. We have such a fun and relaxing time. The local food restaurants are so delishes. Can not express enough love!!!!

Beach is killer. Proximityp to everything Gulf Shores is good. Floors need mopped but it's a beach side condo. Pools were nice. Twins slept on pullout, girls on bunk beds. Happy Dad in private bedroom. Internet service is poor but you should be on the beach anyway. Eat at Ribs and Reds if you like a casual seafood experience and leftovers. The. Beach crowd around the condo was family-ish.

We had a lovely time at Caribbean 402 We felt like the staff was very helpful and friendly. The furnishings were a bit old, and the refrigerator ice maker did not work, but we did not find these things terribly important. We enjoyed are stay and would come back again.

We had such a wonderful time. The kids loved the bunk beds. My husband and I loved waking up and having coffee on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves crash in the morning. Out days was spent on the beach and at the pool which was so much fun and relaxing at the same time. The one day we had rain the kids enjoyed the indoor pool. We made friends with other families and their kids and they played everyday which also kept them out of our hair for entertainment. Our bed was so comfortable that I missed it when I got home. Lol. It was just perfect for our family. We will for sure be back I believe every year. It was bittersweet to leave. Thank you so much.

We had a great weeek. The weather was great. Our only complaint was that the mattress in the bedroom was very old and we did not get a good night's sleep the entire time. The beds should be queen with a newer firmer mattress. The screen door to the patio needs to be fixed. It kept falling on the floor.

Hello! There is no recycling in these huge condominiums? What a waste. I love the Gulf Coast, but will not come here again because I thought, by now, Alabama would be responsible for waste generated and have a recycling system. The dishwasher leaked, and there were no sheets on the bunk beds when we got there. Other than that, we loved our cozy condo. The beach is gorgeous (though littered...shouldn't there be more trash cans near beach or encouragement to clean up after oneself)?

Overall we were very happy with our stay at Carribean. Our neighbors were a little on the noisy side, one night they kept us awake and at another time we could hear them yelling. Behind the bathroom door needed to be cleaned, there was quite a bit of dust buildup, it was as if that small area had been overlooked for a while. But as I said, overall we were very satisfied with our stay. Great location and beautiful view.

We decided to take a last minute trip for the weekend and booked our condo through Bender Realty. We were very pleased with the reservation process and the staff upon arrival was very helpful!!! The check in/out process was very quick and convenient. We were very pleased with the location of the condo as well as the condo accommodations. Very clean! Very nice view!!! Recommend to anyone looking for a condo in Gulf Shores! We plan on returning soon and we will be booking with Bender Realty again....forget the hotels. Bender Realty is the way to stay!!!

The Condo was in a great location, clean and the staff very professional. The only problem was with the shower, it would not drain, fill the whole tub after two showers. The tub took several hours to drain. Told staff about problem after second day, still waiting for plumber to come. That was the only problem...Had a great time otherwise...

I had a good vacation the condo could have been cleaner the dryer vent had not been cleaned their was no dust pan for the broom & the vacuum cleaner roller did not work & more than two pillow cases would be nice. I know these are small things but you asked over all I had a good experience & your staff was very helpful from start to finish. I thank you very much

Just a couple suggestions: please leave instructions for the television and how to work the DVD player.

Also, the dryer vent could not have been cleaned out for months, since the vent is the back, most guests will not know or think about emptying it, again leave visible instructions for them to do so. If it doesn't get cleaned out it will eventually burn up the dryer.

Otherwise everything else was nice - they might want to supply some bigger drinking glasses and we left a peeler for the next guests.

Thank you for the pleasant enjoyable trip, these are not complaints but suggestions we feel it could make the next guests stay that much better. We are super glad the weather held out!!

Loved the beach,rooms were very clean and the outside pool was great.Our 2 complaints...The elavator kept breaking down.Had to bring luggage down from 4th floor.this was 3 familys. in 3 different rooms .Not a very good way to end our vacation,being pack mules.room 402 had a bad smell.Think it came from garbage disposal

Management company was very friendly upon arrival and departure. Great location, just a few steps to the beach! I will be renting from this company again. Beautiful and perfect for the price.
Tips: only a few pots/dishes as well as limited bath towels.
Only complaint: floors seemed very dirty upon arrival and only got worse. Also, we came back from the beach to find a maintenance man in our condo. The owners were installing flat screen TV's. No one called us and he had let himself in. He was very nice and it was not his fault, but it was a little strange to just find someone in your room.

The place was very clean and everything the pictures showed. Well above expectations. Just a few minor comments. There were no trash bags in the kitchen, the tv in the bedroom would not stay on (not sure what was wrong with it, it kept cutting off), and the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. We took the mattresses from the bunkbed and placed them on the pull out sofa. Everything else was great.

Nice place. Convenient location. Very good staff. Had a small maintenance problem and that were quick to com and take care of it. Under the bed was dirty and there was sand on the bed. But based upon the rest of the experience I don't think that is normal
with this place. I would recommend this place to my friends and would stay there again myself.

My satisfaction with my stay was ranked 4 stars instead of 5 as I didn't think that I should be responsible for cleaning all of the dishes upon departure or taking out all of the trash since I was paying $108 for a cleaning fee. These “rules” were provided
upon check-in. I believe they should be explained when renting the property, not after arrival. The staff was great in sending back a left-behind DVD, proving the reliable of the cleaning staff. This was much appreciated, but I still can’t give this experience
a perfect rating.

We loved our stay and plan on going back on our next vacation . We hope that is very soon!

I've stayed in better units. There were some simple things missing such as a large skillet and the pillows lacking, so much so that I bought new pilliows. The pool area was small . The place overall was okay.

I did not expect to hear the gentleman snoring in the next condo. That was a first. I would prefer another property next time. I was happy in dealing with Ms.Betty. She was very helpful and friendly.

We enjoyed our visit very much. I was really worried about the 4th floor because my dad has trouble with stairs but the elevator was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with most things we needed. It would have been nice to have mats at the door to wipe our feet and a pitcher to make tea, along with some containers with lids, not a big deal but bothersome when you are trying to work in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, the balcony was wonderful. The overall experience was outstanding.

We had a great trip and the condo was in great condition. The dryer was a little squeaky but other than that,a perfect long weekend.

We plan on visiting Gulf Shores two more times this summer. It would be very good if Bender Realty gave discounts for visiting again within the year since other rental agencies there do. The condo was really big to be only one bedroom. We stayed in a two bedroom this fall that was even smaller than this one! Elevator is slow but acceptable.
