Description

Edgewater 62, located on West Beach Boulevard, is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit with a pull out sofa for a little added sleeping space. This nicely decorated unit contains a king size bed in both the master suite as well as the guest bedroom! With three TVs, two DVD players and WiFi you will be kept connected and entertained throughout your stay. The beautiful beach front view will not disappoint! Make sure to take some time to relax on the glass enclosed balcony that is perfect for watching the lovely gulf breeze or watching a storm roll in off the coast in comfort. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen as well as washer and dryer to give you all the comforts and amenities of home while you are away.

Edgewater is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

Beautiful beach, bright condo

This is exactly the beach view everyone would want. The condo was clean, well equipped (kitchen items, beach chairs and umbrella) with comfortable beds. Elevator is fast. Boardwalk to beach access easy and secure. Pool area clean. 32 unit building is smaller than most, and this meant fewer people on the beach directly in front of the building. The beach is clean and had a long shallow area into the water. Big waves as you are on the Gulf side. Easy parking.
The unit had a deadbolt thrown so we had to ask Bender to let us in. They came very quickly. If you plan to arrive after business hours,perhaps ask Bender management to ensure the bolt is not thrown as apparently the condo management often does this.

This is our preferred place to stay when we visit the Gulf coast!! It’s quiet, not crowded, convenient to our favorite eating places, and just steps away from the water!! Plus the condo is beautifully decorated!!! Wish we could stay longer each time we visit!!

We had a wonderful time. The view was amazing. Condo was very roomy an comfortable. we had an issue with door access as the unit needed batteries. When I called they immediately sent a tech to let us in an installed new batteries. That was as excellent service.

We had a wonderful stay at Edgewater 62 in Gulf Shores, Al. The condo was comfortable and clean, the view was fantastic. We loved the sunroom which allowed us to sit on the balcony even on the coolest and windiest days. There were a couple of minor things we needed help with and Bender Realty was extremely quick to respond and take charge. We were very, very pleased with them! I would not hesitate to rent from Bender Realty again or to rent this particular condo.

Check in was painless with no delays. Property was very clean and in order. Balcony doors were open to the beautiful ocean views when we walked into front door and very inviting. I would highly recommend Edgewater 62 for a family vacation and we will definitely be booking same property soon for next family vacation back to gulf shores Coast!!

We have stayed at the Edgewater previously. This unit, (62) was the nicest unit we have stayed in. Nicely furnished, good kitchen, general feel was homey and a place that’s maintained by the owner.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was clean and well-maintained. The sliding doors on the balcony were great on rainy days. Sunny days we would have liked to open the doors, but that shuts off the a/c. The master bedroom could use more light for reading in bed. The other bedroom needs a nightstand on each side of the bed. Other than that, it was a great stay.

The location and amenities of the condo were just what we needed. A lot of our family was staying at a house up the beach, but we wanted a little quiet retreat at night. This worked out perfectly! The ladies in the Bender office are all SO nice, professional and helpful. Also, we had a little AC glitch when we got there, which was taken care of by a wonderful man very quickly. I definitely recommend Bender for future vacation rentals.

Overall, we had a great time. The only problem that we had was that most of the electrical outlets would not hold our computer and phone chargers. We did find two of them that would work and all was well.

We loved how close this condo was to the water. It was nice to have a fridge with an ice maker. The kitchen was big enough to cook in and provided everything we needed. The condo was clean and we loved the closed in balcony. The view was amazing!

My only negative was the sink in the master bathroom did not drain very well. Other than that, we loved our stay and would definitely choose this place again.

There is some mold/mildew around the air vents. Could use more towels/was cloths. Need a bigger washer and dryer that you can use at the same time. WiFi didn’t work on our last day.

Our sister trip was a huge success! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Beautiful condo. It served our needs wonderfully. Very clean. The condo was exactly as the pictures online. The view of the gulf is breathtaking. Would definitely rent again.
