Sunset Place is a breathtaking 3-story beachfront retreat. This spacious haven features 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 3 twin beds, and a sleeper sofa, ensuring comfortable accommodation for up to 13 people. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone can enjoy their own space and privacy. There is also a private charcoal grill located under the house carport, perfect for enjoying meals with a view.

The second floor hosts the master suite, a true sanctuary with a king bed, private jetted bathroom, double vanity sink, TV, wardrobe closet, and office table. The living area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a half bathroom, smart TV, fireplace, and plush sofa sets. The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary delight, complete with a toaster, blender, standard coffee maker, Keurig, and all of the essentials. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for 8 and 4 counter stools adjacent to the table, or out on the balcony and take in the stunning beach views.

Upstairs on the third floor, you'll find additional sleeping quarters perfect for family and friends. A king bedroom with a TV and wardrobe closet shares a bathroom with a combination tub/shower with a double bed just outside the rooms. Another queen bedroom with a TV and couch shares a combination tub/shower bathroom and double vanity sink with three twin beds, with TV and wardrobe closet.

Sunset Place offers everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation. Whether you're lounging on the balcony, cooking in the gourmet kitchen, or exploring the nearby attractions, this home promises a memorable stay filled with comfort and style.

Sleeping Arrangements:
2nd Floor, Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, TV, office table, private jetted bathroom and a wardrobe closet.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, TV and wardrobe closet and shared bathroom.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 3: 1 Queen bed, 1 Sleeper sofa pulls out into a full-sized bed, TV, and shared bathroom.
3rd Floor, Bedroom 4: 3 Twin beds, TV, wardrobe closet and shared bathroom.
3rd Floor, Hallway: 1 Double bed with shared bathroom.

*Dog Friendly: If bringing a pet, an additional non-refundable pet fee will be added to your booking. Please contact us if you are bringing a dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed at a maximum of 30 lbs. Please see our rental policies for further details.

The house was very clean. There were plenty of towels available. The appliances were all up dated and available. The only complaint I have is that we were not aware that leaving a tent and chairs on the beach at night would result in them being taken during the night by the city.

The City of Gulf Shores does have certain beach requirements in order to protect the sea turtles; as such there is signage on Highway 59 and on the beaches to notify beach guests. Sunset Place has everything we needed for the 7 in our party. The location on the beach was absolutely amazing. You could see for miles and enjoy the waves coming ashore.
The extra Cooler for Sunny D - Hawaiian Punch - Sodas was great. The extra ice maker was great - Beds were amazingly comfortable. The washer & dryer were used regularly & glad we had them. We enjoyed the mornings, afternoon, evenings and nights on the beach. One of our sons doesn't like water BUT he said the place was "Awesome!!" Bender Realty Staff was Great & we had NO issues at all with Sunset Place. Thanks & May God Bless!!!
