Fernhill By The Sea: Gulf Front Comfort with private walkway to the beach!

A stay where Gulf views meet the warmth and ease of a thoughtfully designed home. Fernhill By The Sea is a Gulf-front favorite, offering space for up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, perfect for families or groups seeking shared moments by the water.

Wake up to the sound of waves and enjoy direct access to the sand via your own private boardwalk. Whether you're savoring coffee on the balcony, grilling fresh catch on the charcoal grill, or gathering around the dining table after a day of shelling and sun, every moment here feels like part of something worth remembering.

Inside, the main level is designed for easy living. The primary king suite to the left features a double vanity and walk-in shower, ideal for refreshing after the beach. A half bath and laundry area add to the convenience. The open living area offers comfortable sofas, a TV, and panoramic Gulf views that draw you out onto the balcony for al fresco dining or sunset watching.

The kitchen is fully stocked for everything from pancake breakfasts to seafood dinners, equipped with a standard coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, blender, and more. Downstairs, the grill area invites laid-back cookouts after a day exploring the coast.

Upstairs, you'll find a mix of sleeping options that work well for different guest groups. On one side, a bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds and another room with a double bed, twin-over-twin bunk, and trundle. These rooms share a nearby bathroom. On the other side, a second king bedroom includes a private bathroom and its own balcony, ideal for those wanting a quiet spot to unwind with a view.

Sleeping Arrangement:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed, wardrobe closet, and private bathroom with walk in shower and TV.
Bedroom 2: 1 King bed, TV, and private bathroom.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin-over-Twin bunk beds and TV.
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin over Twin bunk bed, 1 Twin trundle, and TV.

The house was beautiful and had a great time , the only issues we had with the house was the master bedroom door would stick when shut all the way and when trying to open it became very loud and also the guest room upstairs the tv would go on and off

Well-thought-out house. Clean, comfortable, great amenities. Bender Realty good to work with. Loved the boardwalk access to the beach. Half bath in the carport-level storage shed a great idea. Our stay was great and it is highly likely we'll be back again. Very well maintained. Very kid friendly. I would suggest an ice machine for the kitchen, but that certainly isn't a complaint about this property. Our whole family loved the house and all it offered.

I’m a hands on person, and do not feel comfortable doing things on the computer. Myself and a friend went to gulf shores to several real estate companies. We felt very comfortable with bender realty and working with I believe her name was Missy. She went over and beyond to help me meet my families needs.
