This unit has a fantastic location and the view is gorgeous. We saw dolphins daily. It is a very short walk to the beach from the condo. We also really enjoy takeout from S&S Seafood. This made for a very comfortable vacation since everything was right there. The only real issue we had was cleanliness. There was food on the plates in the cabinet, crumbs in the silverware drawer organizer, and crumbs in the microwave when we got there. The kitchen was most definitely not cleaned with any sort of precision. The unit is older and needs updating and a good cleaning. There were cobwebs in the corner of one of the twin bedrooms. Overall we had a great stay, but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.

Overall we had an absolutely amazing time and it was beautiful. The beach, the pool and the sleeping arrangements were as described. Our biggest disappointment was in the lack of cleanliness of the condominium. From the moment we arrive, we noted in multiple areas there was a lack of cleanliness with respect to the floors and despite the fact that there are no pets allowed, the rugs and carpets smell this though animals have been sleeping there. The washer and dryer struggled to meet our needs. Multiple pots and pans were either broken or cracked, but there were still plenty of them for us to make do. This is our sixth time staying in the specific unit, and we are probably not going to return unless assured these issues are addressed.

Overall it was good. Was not happy that there was not much beach that caused over crowding and not so good fishing. Not a fan of not being able to see the whole beach for sunrises and sunsets. Condo was not in the best shape and cleanliness could have been better in the bathroom. I had to fix the shower door because it was missing a fastener and could have fallen off the track.

The unit needs some updating inside and out. There was mold on the outside of the door and the inside of the unit needs painting. There was almost no beach.

Working with the Bender staff was a good experience. Very professional in all dealings. Rental unit is in a good location with a nice beach front. Furniture in the unit is worn (to be expected in a rental) but not much time is spent indoors anyway. It was a great week overall and we hope to do it again.

Very good experience! The people at Bender were very friendly! My only suggestion for the condo would be getting better twin mattresses in the bedroom where the bathroom adjoins it. Those mattresses were VERY HARD and uncomfortable. Otherwise, great experience!!!

We have stayed at this location on two occasions. Each time we were very pleased with the condo. We will be staying again. My only compaint is I wish I had known the ramp out to the beach had been damaged by hurricane because my son cannot walk in sand due to injury and it would have made it easier for him to get to the water. Hopefully it will be repaired before our next visit.

This rental property was an excellent choice for us. It is conveniently located and perfect for us as we wanted to be as close to the beach as possible. When we arrived we noticed a problem with one of the bathrooms and called to get it fixed. The staff were very kind and professional while fixing the problem. They even went out of their way to ensure there was nothing else in the condo that needed thier attention. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Overall the condo was very functional and comfortable. I do however have some simple suggestions for more convenience. A chair, bench or luggage rack in each bedroom to place things on, and over the door hooks in the bathrooms for towels, swimsuits, etc. My family enjoyed their stay and I would recommend this condo to others.

When we arrive it appeared everything was clean but not so as you looked closer....window dirty, roaches every where (at leased they were dead) went to use dishes everyone we pull out to use was dirty. Floor in master bedroom was wet. For what you are charged for cleanup for the next person to enjoy then you should have the same consideration.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean. We watched Dolphins every morning from the balcony. Very well equipt. Just remember to go to dollar store down the road and get your own toilet paper and paper towels and even dish soap as these things are not supplied or limited quantities. Loved gulf shores will definitely come back. Also enjoyed a day in New Orleans since it's a short scenic drive away. Highly recommend the ferry ride at fort Morgan . The waves are a little rough so I suggest getting a tube for the kids minus the boogie boards unfortunatly we were a little upset it was too rough to snorkel . Overall experience was AMAZING!!!

We enjoyed a full week in June 2016 at Tropical Winds 104. The view from the patio was outstanding, and the accessibility to the beach was terrific. Linens, washer & dryer, kitchen cooking utensils, and pots-and-pans were all included. Late hour and early
hour noise from the pool and patio was minimal. The local grocery store, liquor store, and pizza restaurant is just down the street. Most importantly, my family felt secure. We will stay here again, and recommend this location.

Everything was clean and ready to go when we arrived 5 hours early, which was a great bonus. The staff was friendly and very helpful making sure everything was covered.

The room was great with plenty of room for everyone and all utensils we would need were already furnished. We had a wonderful patio to relax on every day we were there.

I will be using this room again if it's available.

The condo was in a great spot for the beach. The pool was enjoined by all adults and kids. The bedrooms were all good except the back bedroom, there was a hot water heater in the closet which made the room very HOT. I would recommend the condo and Bender to a friend.

We had a good stay. The condo was clean and roomy. Everything was in good condition and close to all areas.
Really thought it might be nice to update the decorations and such. everything is a bit dated but this did not affect the use or enjoyment of our stay.
One suggestion would be to provide a few basic cleaning supplies, something to clean the counter tops and glass surfaces and stove top. We actually cooked most of our meals and dishwater works OK but a better spay cleaner would be nice.

Our vacation was great this year. The weather was perfect and our condo was very nice. It is very roomy and perfect for a large family. The only complaints i heard from my family was about the mattress's. They said every room had very uncomfortable beds.

The unit was great and spacious, furniture was nice and well looked after and overall was ideal for our family of 7.
Minor housekeeping issues such as cobwebs in corners of Bathrooms and dirt on the fold out sleeper sofa. The interior of the Unit is very nice the balcony does feel a little older and the door frames are starting to wear away/ rusted.
The Bender office staff are amazing and all wonderful!!!!
The pool is a little small when there are more than 10 people in there and lounge chairs are limited.

The staff were very nice and professional. The air conditioning wasn't working and they sent someone over right away. Was even fixed on a Sunday. We had a great time. Only thing I would recommend is the condo have chairs on the beach. That was the only thing we missed having. Will definitely be back and stay at this condo!!

Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The reason we did not continue our reservation had to do with communication. We were not informed about the renovation work that was ongoing. The condo apparently is being sold and we were not informed. Rather we were told that realtors would be showing the condo--our privacy was not considered. On both occasions no one arrived. The wait for individuals that did not come took place after we gave a less than A rating for the condo in February

I believe Bender Realty staff to be very professional and prompt with help. The property is to sleep 8 yet there may be 8 spoons total, if more than two use the property, bring silverware. There are three baths but only three hand towels provided. I had to buy a broom, and floor sweep just to maintain.The floor runner was so dirty that even after vacuuming, one could discern the pattern. I would recommend that the owner invest in washable rugs. I purchased two rugs for our use while here.

Vacation at Gulf Shores was great. Property is older than most and is showing wear and tear but overall perfect accommodations for me and my five friends.

once again we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at in Gulf Shores, Tropical Winds is a very nice condo and we love staying there, our experience with the ladies at Bender Realty is always a pleasant experience, they are so kind and helpful we have stayed at various condos they rent and have never had a bad one yet but I do wish the "Tropical Winds Condo Assoc. would allow the chair rental in front it would be so much more convenient than having to drag your chairs down to the beach all the time" but as I said our stay was over and done with to soon, so until we meet again!!

I felt that the condo could have been a little
cleaner the floors look like they were not moped. The couch and love seat looks like it
needs to be cleaned.

We booked Tropical Winds through Bender Realty. It was just as amazing as I was told it would be. Great location. Room was very clean. Agents were great at answering any questions we had and suggesting things to do. This will be our next look when we get ready to book again!!!!!

We were very pleased with our stay at Tropical Winds. Bender Realty was very nice and accommodating since we were running a little late for check in. The unit is nice and located only one flight of stairs up so the elevator could be bypassed. The beach was nice, only issue was there was no beach chair service in front of the condo, but a quick trip to the store solved the problem.

The location was great just a short distance to
the grocery stores. I would highly recommend this condo to any one. However it was rather
noisy the week of the Music Fest at the hang
out several couples partied most of the night
and kept people awake.

Overall our stay at Tropical Winds was very enjoyable. The location and view are great...staff at the management company very professional and friendly. A resident's continally yapping dog made the pool less than enjoyable and was even audible at times
from the beach. Could use a few more kitchen items but we made do with what we had. I would book this place is a great value for the price.

Overall good experience. Internet was slow and didn't work for one day, pool out for one day (pump went bad), and sliding doors are loud b/c they are worn out. Good location although the beach is not Destin (sharp shells all over).

Stayed in this unit for a quick 2 night shopping trip after Christmas. The unit was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The people at Bender were very courteous and helpful. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so. Best rates!!!

The only issues were the oil of course...not benders fault but when we called you kept telling use they were cleaning the beaches and our beaches were not cleaned until Thursday of the week we stayed. Starting on Tuesday of our vacation they were mounding sand in front of our condo so from 8-5 everyday we had to listen to bull dozers and dump trucks. We brought our elderly parents and by Friday the mound was to large and they could not get to the beach. If everything goes okay with the oil I will rent that condo next year.

Overall the 4 nights at the tropical winds condo. was a great experience. The condo was very clean, and nicely layed out. It had a beautiful view of the beach, that we enjoyed everyday.
