Description

If you are looking for that economical stay, you have found the right one. This walk-up condo is located on the beach. The common area walkway has seating outside your front door. Take advantage of the side view of the Gulf or walk downstairs to relax and enjoy the beach. The outdoor swimming area and adjacent spa tub is quite nice. You will be near area restaurants, shopping and entertainment areas.

Basic furnishings in this condo include a queen-sized bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. A fully-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer enable you to attend to your family's vacation needs while still saving money!

The condo was clean and smelled like it had been cleaned. It was smaller than i was expecting and the pool was smaller than the pictures make it seem. We did notice a few bugs(roaches). If you don't like climbing stairs I would not recommend, they have no elevator. Parking is not great if you have more than one vehicle that is coming. I paid $36 for additional parking, but it was not guaranteed parking. They have visitor parking and if you luck up and get in a spot you are ok, but if not you will have to park down the street in a lot and have someone from your party come and pick you up which is very inconvenient. They will have your car towed if you do not have your parking pass in the car. Bender Reality did offer to let me pay $20 to park in there lot, but it is to far away. Overall we had a good time and the location is great for the private beach. It is located in a good area for eating and shopping. We would stay here again if we could get on the bottom floor of the condo and if only traveling with one vehicle.

We loved our vacation here. Cute little condo. The unit could use a deep clean more often but the beds and bathroom were clean. Close to the beach. Not far from a store with necessities.

Nice; quaint two bedroom, one bath with LR, dining area, kitchen, stacked small washer/dryer. All we needed was beds and a bathroom as we were most of the day and every evening. The three flights of stairs was tough on the elderly but we all made it. �� The only negative was the commode was black under the rim (which was rather nasty) and there was dust everywhere and having allergies didn’t help.

We loved the location of Sunchase. It was right on the beach. Unit 310 needs some updates (mostly decor). The clothes hanging bar in the main closet was rusted and the shelf looked moldy. The furniture was also quiet sandy (a quick vacuum would have fixed this). The rental management was extremely nice and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I filled out the questioneer that was left in the room and returned it to Bender. The room was just fine but we will probably not stay there again because of the steps. The property for the most part was clean. It appeared that outsiders used the pool frequently, they would walk through the property to get to the beach and then go into the pool. One evening during are stay the Police were there when we came back from dinner, we assumed they were running someone out of the pool because it was a mess when we looked at it, we picked up all the beer cans and put back the rescue devices.If we return to Gulf Shores I will devanatly look at Bender as an option.

Wonderful Family Experience. Lots of Sun and Sand. Easy to get around to shops. Wal-Mart is hard to find so we used Rouse's to get most of what we needed. I do prefer Rouse's. 100% used Flip Flop Deli and Ice Cream!

IT WAS A GREAT LITTLE SPOT. ALTHOUGH I WISH THERE WERE ELEVATORS. NOT VERY PLEASANT HAULING EVERYTHING UP IN MORE THAN ONE TRIP ESPECIALLY CLIMBING 3 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS

Overall, we had a fantastic vacation! The staff were so kind and helpful! However, our condo needed some serious updating. The TVs in both rooms were out of date and our room wasn't on the beach like the picture looked when we booked our rooms. We loved having a condo, but we would like to be in a more updated room next time that is actually in the first building facing the ocean. We will definitely use Bender Resorts again!

Nice COndo did not climbing 3 flights of stairs but if your going to stay there I suggest going to the stairs by the pool they area easier to climb not a steep. But has an awesome view of the ocean, staff was freindly that took care of the facility.

It was difficult and a little inconvenient not having an elevator. That should be specified on rental information. It was difficult for us because I have a special needs child that does not walk yet.
