Super little condo with lots of charm. The bathroom is small but beautiful. Nice space with a great personal library. It had everything we needed to be comfortable. The bed in the bedroom was comfy...we didn't ulitize the bunks in hall so I cannot speak to their comfort level. The beach was a little narrow in front of the unit which made it seem more crowded than it actually was. There is a nice spot in the pull under parking where people leave beach things for public use. It's neat because I always end up throwing cheaper floats and boogie boards away when we leave vacation...and you may find somehthing you or your children could use. We did not utilize the pool but it looked nice.

Staying in Seacrest is absolutely ideal. The location is terrific, close enough to walk to a restaurant and a mini mart, as well as on the beach.
The condo is clean, updated, and so comfortable. Waking up to coffee on the patio and retiring after watching the sun go down over the gulf is a wonderful experience.
I am a repeat renter and have made plans to return next year. This condo fits all our needs.

This condo was perfect! It was clean and updated, my kids loved the bunk beds, the beach was so close and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. The Bender employees were very kind and helpful and even had our room ready early!

Staying the Seacrest building along the western stretch of the beach in Gulf Shores is the perfect place to escape from the winter up north. The building is exceptionally clean and well taken care of. Two elevators keep the occupants of the 9 story building moving without interruption.
Our unit was recently painted and upgraded with a step in shower and granite countertops in the kitchen and bath. Flooring throughout has also been upgraded. The unit is well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The management at Bender Realty were quite responsive to every question and concern we had. There is always ample parking in the buildings parking lot and the walkway to the beach is very convenient. We have stayed here 2 years in a row and hope to return again.

Bender was great to work with! Seacrest 604 was absolutely beautiful and comfortable with all you could possibly need for a "home" away from home. Beautifully decorated, great furniture, very clean, and very well maintained. All kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Loved being "on the beach". Enjoyed the balcony, pool, hot tub. Just a short walk down to the beach. Can't wait to stay in Seacrest 604 again and will definitely recommend to friends and family! Did not want to leave!

The one bedroom condo in Gulf Shores is ideally located, nicely furnished, and perfect for an extended stay. The layout of the unit allows for beautiful views from the balcony from the living room, kitchen and the open balcony, while the bedroom allows a comfortable, quiet escape. The complex offers much appreciated amenities, such as; an elevator, pool and hot tub and bbq grills.
The location is on the beach and very close to a convenience store and highly recommended restaurant with outdoor seating. I hope to be renting this unit again, when we return.

For my husband and I, it was a perfect stay in the room we were in at Seacrest Condominiums. We had easy access to the beach and pool. We were able to cook in our room. We were also walking distance from a seafood market and some other stores, including an ice cream shop, which was nice.

I was disappointed in the king size bed in a small room. No space to make or get out of the bed on one side.

Unit clean, cozy, & comfortable with the exception of King mattress in bedroom - which needs replacement. One side of mattress has completely collapsed, which caused sleeping problems. Would definitely stay in this unit again if mattress is replaced. Love the Gulf-front view, cleanliness of this unit.

We had a great stay. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. My daughters loves the bunk beds! The only suggestion I would make for the owner is to replace the master bedroom mattress...you sink in on one side and it is not very comfortable.

We enjoyed our first time visit to Gulf Shores area for golf with many courses to choose from and price range.
Bender Staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating.
The Seacrest property was very nice, and convenient quiet location.
The location is away from most of the busy tourists areas, big plus! The furnishings were adequate but the sofa was not comfortable.
Kitchen items were fine, however the cook wear was poor.
The laundry was convenient, bedroom comfortable and decor was cheerful and beach themed. The exterior property is older and pool area was kept clean and neat. We would rent here again.

our 3rd straight year at Seacrest. 2nd at 604. for starters Seacrest is always clean and fresh smelling. the foyer, the elevator, the pool, the pool bathrooms are always clean and fresh smelling. the location is perfect, be sure and visit Waves(convenience store) across the street. they have everything and they need our support. The BeachHouse, also across the street, has GREAT food. 604 was clean and well kept. the washer and dryer went out but Bender did GREAT by getting a brand new one delivered and installed the next day. my only complaint is there are way to many remote controls for the TV's. lol

Cute decor with a wonderful view of the ocean when sliding door is open. (Enter door glass has film) Luckily, on the last few days we could turn air off and leave door open to both see and hear ocean. Was very impressed with the amount of kitchen supplies. Location was a plus with fast elevators. Only down side was the strict and overly Sargent like security at the pool and hot tub. Bathroom and kitchen needed a good cleaning.

Renting was easy. Keyless entry was handy. Beach, pool and parking were very convenient. Linens were good. King bed was very wiggly. Toilet was not completely clean when we arrived. Bathroom rug was old or needed washing. Washer worked well, but dryer did not ft very well. Ceiling painted poorly. Everything was just a little worn.

We had a great experience at Seacrest #604. The check-in only took a few minutes and when arriving at the condo, we found it clean and inviting. The bedroom, although a little small, had a king bed that was great. The shower and bathroom was nice with plenty of towels. We can't think of anything that was lacking. We are already planning a return trip next year.

This property is the best we have ever had in our many years of traveling to Gulf Shores! The view was breathtaking! The amenities were outstanding and the building and condo, well cared for. Everything worked! All updated electronics, with phone and internet included. The one bedroom condos are a little shy on towels but a new compact washer/dryer combo took care of that. We prepared most of our meals there and the appliances were all updated and clean. Highly recommend this property, will be using it again, thanks.............TLC

We had a short trip but it was easy to find and get into our rental. It was a nice place to stay. The view and the beach was very nice. The only complaint I would have is that the place could have been cleaned better. There were hairballs in the floor when we came into the room, a bowl on the kitchen counter top that was used for decorations and you could put snacks in was not cleaned, and the bathtub (around the knobs and drain) needed to most definitely needed to be clean. Overall the experience was great just housekeeping could use an improvement.

This was are first time to Gulf Shores and the experience was fantastic, the room we stayed in was so absolutely wonderful it felt so warm and inviting. Plenty of room the colors and decoration of the room was just right, the owners where just wonderful to deal with and there where plenty of things to do around where we stayed. It is an experience my family and I will never forget and the room was one of many reasons it was so great, so thank you for making us feel so welcomed and it was a pleasure staying in room 604, just a fantastic experience and we will be doing it again, same time same place. It was everything we wanted and more, Just AWESOME !!!!!

We totally enjoyed our stay. The only small problem was the bathroom was not totally spotless. Their was some hair on the rug and floor and corners were a little dirty. Otherwise everything was great. It was so nice sitting on the balcony and looking and listening to the waves. Walks on the beach were so pleasant even with the spring breakers. Everyone is so friendly.

The condo was just perfect for me and my husband. It had so much charm and was very tastefully decorated. The resort was very nice too. Only complaint was the amount of toilet paper-half a roll w/no replacement. Small complaint really but I thought it should be brought to your attention.

We had a great time in July 2012 at unit 604. The view of the gulf was gorgeous, the weather was wonderful and the convenience of being beach front was fabulous. The only thing that could have been improved was the sofa pull-out bed was sometimes difficult to open and close. Other than that, I was great!

We loved our first visit to Gulf Shores, Alabama and we will definitely return! The property in which we stayed was in a great location. Parking could sometimes be an issue and we would have to park in the overflow lot across the street. Not exactly convenient with four small children. Also, our unit wasn't kid friendly. There were glass table tops and decorations that could break easily in easy-to-reach places for curious, young children. The electrical outlets were loose and seemed to be a safety hazard. Had we not had our children with us, or if they were older, these things may have gone unnoticed. Overall we had a wonderful stay, however, we will not return to this unit.
