Description

Nicely furnished and maintained. This condo is located across the street from the beach. It has dedicated beach access(sand path). A short walk will have you enjoying the pristine white sandy beach and watching the Gulf waves roll in within minutes.

This sweet condo has lots of accessories, including: Keurig coffee maker, beach wagon, umbrella and chairs, phone chargers, etc. The complex has a very tropical setting and is nicely landscaped. There is a great swimming pool and gazebo area with BBQ grills. This property is conveniently located to shopping areas, restaurants and entertainment.

Two elevators and dedicated parking adds to the convenience of this great property.

Beautiful decor and overall a wonderful across the street from the beach experience. Price was excellent for all its amenities. Everything you need. The one negative was the master bedroom sheets. Rough. I should have called for someone to replace them but didn’t think about it until I left.
I definitely would book it again. Very homey.

We enjoyed staying in Sea Breeze 311. Check in was a breeze. The lady calling with check info (I think her name was Misty), she was very friendly & provided detailed but easy to follow check in instructions. It was very clean & plenty of towels for all 3 of us. The Restroom in the master bedroom was a little snug. All of the appliances worked well, beds were very comfy, bathrooms & showers were clean. The pool was closed part of the morning one day. I also wish pool would have been cleaner. Seemed a little murky. Probably why it was closed one morning. Glad beach chairs & toys were available as we neglected to pack any. Grounds crew seemed to work hard cleaning each morning (including scrubbing the charcoal grill). Overall we had a great experience.

The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, we were looking for a nice place to rent for the winter , I gave them our budget and they had a place right across from the Gulf

We enjoyed staying in our unit. All of the appliances worked well, beds were comfortable, showers were clean and lots of towels. Planning to stay again. I wish the pool would have been cleaner. Seemed foggy and probably needs chemicals checked and added more often.

Overall is was a great stay they couch in the living room could be updated. And the only other thing was the hand towel hanger in the hall bathroom came apart when we arrived and the tub and shower could have been cleaner. Everything else was great the kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of bathroom towels.

Loved the place neighbor was extremely nice! Real estate was awesome beautiful and very homey condo met lots of awesome people. Real estate let us go in the pool till the condo was ready. Cleaners where very nice. We definitely will rent again

We had a wonderful time at 311 condo, it is nice and cozy, the view from there is gorgeous, the people there is very good people, it feels like family, so nice to meet everyone there. The staff at bender was very helpful and trying there best to acomodate us in Co do 311 since the first one 119 a pipe broke and we flooded and some of our clothes got wet. I really recommend this place we definitely are coming back next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze in Gulf Shores. The condo had everything we needed. It was very comfortable. The location was great and the beach wagon provided was a great help for our treks to the beach across the street.

Room was an excellent 2br arrangement.

Visit started off shaky as we were NOT given the code for the door. It was unlocked when we got there. We thought we were setting the code to our personal number. We left for dinner and when we returned at 11:45 pm, we were locked out. Didn’t have the phone number to call as all our paperwork was inside the room. So had to go back over to the office and borrow one of the packets from one of the two guests who had not checked in.

When we took our shower the next morning, stood in 3” of dirty water. Went by Lowes and bought a drain cleaner hook. Pulled out a wad of hair jyst smaller than my fist. How does the cleaning crew miss that?!

Please know our maintenance department is open daily to assist guests with any issue they may experience, such as the slow running tub drain, which is a common occurrence on the beach.
