"Royal Palms 705 is located at 561 East Beach Boulevard in beautiful Gulf Shores, Alabama.

This colorful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is ready for your next family vacation! The master suite features a King bed, the guest room has a Queen bed, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room making this unit comfortable to sleep up to 6 people. 2 TVs, a DVD player and WiFi are all available for your entertainment. You can easily prepare meals in house with the fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Make sure to spend some time soaking up the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico!

Royal Palms is a beautiful property with lots of excellent amenities. With it’s gulf front location, you will have easy access to the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores every day! There are both an indoor and an outdoor pool, exercise room, steam room and sauna. This property is located near the 1540 ft. Gulf State Park Fishing Pier and very close proximity to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that the island has to offer. Please note there is a new BBQ grilling area. The build has 2 elevators for was of access throughout the building.

The place was clean and the grounds and pool kept up. The TV in one of the bedrooms did not work I called Bender and they sent some one out promptly.
The TV could not be fixed so the next day they installed a new one. The only problem we had was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was lumpy and sagging in places and not comfortable at all. The owners need to invest in a new one. Other than we had a great time.

Condo was beautiful, no complaints. Only issue was the elevators were out of use at least twice a day.

Neighbors had a loud party last night of our stay. Music was vey loud and shaking the walls. I'm usually one to not complain but this was worth the complaint. Security came and resolved the issue. Very nice man!

The front door would stick. It was very hard to
Open at times. The master bedroom bed was horrible!!! It was very uncomfortable and we didn’t sleep good at all. THE MASTER BED NEEDS TO BE REPLACED! The pots/pans are a little rough. One of the eyes on the stove doesn’t work and one is uneven/unbalanced. We tried to make a grilled cheese sandwich and it was difficult. Stove also gives off odor. The condo is so cute. It is nicely decorated. The balcony is spacious with beautiful views and has nice furniture. The condo is small but big enough for a family of 4 or 5. The location is great. Some things need attention as mentioned above. If it had a better bed and stove, it would be an awesome place to stay.

Manager's Response

This terrific unit has had some exciting updates! The master bed has been replaced, and a brand new couch and love seat are being installed. Also, the condo has a new stove. The front door has been repaired. Future plans including a new dining table and chairs, so stay on the lookout for new pictures on the website this fall!

This condo is undergoing some exciting updates! In addition to the door being fixed, this great condo has a new master bed and stove and is the process of getting a new couch and love seat. Pros: location! This condo is right next to a state park so we found that the beach was far less crowded than other areas. The view from the balcony is awesome and the balcony itself is very large compared to other places we have stayed. The beach is a very short walk down a wooden boardwalk. Although the beach service seemed a little pricey, we did take advantage of it. We found the location to be good and easy to get to most places we wanted to visit. The condo seemed mostly clean and older. Some areas could use a refresh. The tv had access to Disney plus and other platforms but you needed your own log in (which we used so it wasn’t a problem). We did not have trouble with the elevators being full and taking awhile as other reviews mentioned. Both the indoor and outdoor pool were available, but we preferred the outdoor. It was average size and never seemed to get too crowded. The rooms and condo itself were a good size for a family.

Cons: This condo lacked majorly in the kitchen area. As a family with small kids, we eat the majority of our meals in the condo. The pots/pans were very hard to reach. Some of the silverware was messed up/sharp edges as if it had been messed up in a garbage disposal. There was no sponge left for cleaning of dishes, only a rag, which hardly cleaned dishes. We ended up buying a sponge at Walmart. The stovetop was difficult to use and often would shut off mid-use. We would have appreciated some other options for dishes that were not glass so we were glad we brought some for our kids.

This condo with its great location and stunning views is undergoing some great updates. The owners have replaced the master bed and stove. The couch and love seat are currently being replaced, and plans are made for a new dining table and chairs. We were very pleased with the location of the condo and how clean it was when we arrived. It was great having the ease to get on the beach and the area we were located wasn’t over crowded with people. We definitely would recommend any one to stay at this location. We love Royal Palms!! This unit is by far the best we have ever rented. The balcony is great with lots of room and lots of comfortable chairs. Our friends all vacationed at different condos and motor homes and alll ended up on our balcony for a really great get together just about every night! The TVs were large and very nice. The kitchen was well equipped! I loved the bathroom surprise bag of gifts! We REALLY had a great time in this condo. We do plan on renting this unit again!!

So my family and I go to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach twice a year. This was my first time using Bender realty and right off the bat I was very impressed with the communication all the way from upcoming weather to local activities and news. I really appreciated that but best of all was on the day of check in I got a call early that morning letting me know my condo was ready. The people at Bender are Great! As for the Royal Palms the only bad thing I can say is that the outdoor pool is located on the side of the building and half the day there’s no sun. Other than that I was happy with my stay but really happy with the people at Bender Realty.

Clean and comfortable condo with great furnishings (we actually thought the queen mattress that others have mentioned was very comfortable and slept like babies!), nice TVs, awesome balcony furniture and beautiful view. The twin beds in the second bedroom were perfect for our young kids. The beach spot in front of Royal Palms can’t be beat! Plenty of room to spread out towards the Pier. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools, too. Kitchen is well stocked, but I couldn’t find oven mitts or measuring cups. We would definitely stay at Royal Palms again and in this particular unit! And we will definitely go through Bender again; their customer service was superb.

Bender Realty was wonderful, appreciate the kind assist from Betty and Alice. Condo was clean, facilities had hand sanitizer and elevator was bleached each morning. Outdoor pool was open. Would ask owner to consider updating master queen mattress, and adding additional bowls to pantry (only 3 cereal-type bowls), and chip clips to pantry. Really liked the balcony furniture. Truly enjoyed the stay.

Very happy with this condo. Location was great, balcony a great place to relax. Condo exactly as pictured and very clean. New blinds for master bedroom and patio doors were added while we were there. Nice beachy feel.

Check in experience was perfect. Everything in unit was great including dependable WiFi. I had the unhappy experience of breaking the shower knob in the master bath with resulting cascade of water where it pulled out of wall. Bender responded heroically sending Lawrence and then a plumber to fix the problem. Bender was equally responsive when sink faucet in second bathroom was malfunctioning. Got to see Lawrence again and a plumber who replaced the faucet. After that, no problems. Everyone was gracious and extremely helpful. A+.

From the start Bender was great, they called to let us know they received our reservation. The condo was nice and spacious and the balcony view was fantastic. The know tchen had all the appliances we needed. Plenty of seating in the living room and balcony. The staff only downside was the master bedroom mattress needed to be replaced.

I am happy to review this property as I enjoyed the condo very much. Aside from an initial problem with getting wifi (not the property's fault and the problem was addressed as efficiently as possible), there are a couple of things I would like to mention. (1) Given that the unit sleeps 8 (based on number of beds) there weren't even 8 full size plates in the cupboard and I think only 7 bowls of a size to use for cereal, soup, or the like. More plates and bowls would be good.
(2) The several skillets with teflon were in pretty bad condition, scratched and peeling. I suggest some new ones. Also I couldn't find a funnel but that may not be a staple item included in the usual equipment. There were ample saucepans. I couldn't find a measuring cup but then did find one hidden inside a saucepan with a lid! I was surprised there was a charge for linen when staying a month. I had never encountered that in previous rentals in any GS or OB properties over the past ten years. Perhaps it is now common.

The unit was nicely decorated and everything functioned well. A deficient shower stream in one bathroom was quickly fixed by one of your crew. Another unfortunate occurrence was having to have 2 giant fans in the unit for 3 days due to a water leak on another floor. Inconvenient, but again no fault of the unit itself.

Overall, I had a wonderful time in 705. Very nice 2 bedroom unit, well maintained, nicely decorated and comfortable. Royal Palms is my favorite building in GS, and this unit was a winner.

Over all we were pleased with this condo. I did buy cheap rugs to step on beside the beds and in the bathrooms. The large eye on the stove did not work.

This was my 1st visit to Royal Palms and i will stay here again!. The room was nice and clean and the view of the gulf was wonderful! There were workers around that are painting the building but as promised by Bender Realty, the workers did not interfere with my stay (or my view)

This rental unit is exactly as described. The unit was very comfortable and clean. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The property is next to the state park which provides a more private feel. Bender realty was easy to deal with and I enjoyed the phone app with all info and area suggestions.

The location of the condo is great! The beach isn't quit as crowed as it is in other locations. Clean condo, everything was as to be expected in the unit. Awesome balcony with a great, straight on view of the ocean! This is our second stay in this condominium and will always stay here when we come to Gulf Shores!

Our stay at the Royal Palms was everything we were expecting. The beds could be updated, but otherwise the condo was perfect for my wife and our 3 grandsons. Perfect location, awesome beachfront view. This was the best accommodations we have had yet in Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. Can't wait till next year!!!!

Property had great view both sides of beach and in a good location next to State Park as this keeps the people traffic down quite a bit if you like peace and quiet, etc. Property and nice layout as well - would definitely stay there again.

WE have had an enjoyable time at the beach. The weather has been much nicer this year. This extra week in March has been outstanding.
The condo was clean and pleasant when we arrived. I don't understand the king sheet on the twin bed but, we managed. I believe that both the washer and the stove may need some attention. The right front burner does not always heat and the washer is making a lot of noise. it would be nice to have a flat skillet (griddle style} to make pancakes, french toast etc. New couches are comfortable. A guest wondered where the cute big lipped fish decorations were purchased. It would be nice to have a meeting room where new friends could meet. Too many for one condo. Thanks, Jacky Remington

Since Royal Palm is located next to the State Park the beach is not crowded. We were looking for a quiet time. However families with children were there and were enjoying themselves equally. The indoor pool is a great advantage.

This condo was in a great location with a state park on one side of it. The condo was very clean and well stocked in the kitchen. The white sandy beach was great and this condo is very close to many great places to eat! We had a great time and would stay there again.

I brought my mom and daughters here for some girl time! We enjoyed this beautiful condo. Nicely decorated and furnished. Pool was always cool and clean and the beach was fantastic!!

Great location, very comfortable and functional unit, wonderful balcony, very nice beachy décor. Vent fans in bathrooms and a/c a bit noisey. Bathroom sinks did not have a stopper and mattresses really need to be replaced. Had to use elevator to access public restrooms from the beach and pool. Loved the swing by the boardwalk.

Husband and I stayed at Royal Palms on our first visit to Gulf Shores. The beachfront condo was very clean and the décor was beautiful. It has a full kitchen, two bedrooms and bathrooms with twin beds in one room and a queen bed in the other. The couch also makes a bed. We only used the queen master bedroom/bathroom. The mattress was not great but was o.k. We didn't use the kitchen at all except for the refrigerator for soft drinks. We loved Gulf Shores and plan on a return trip. I will be calling the friendly employees at Bender Realty for reservations to Royal Palms. We had a fantastic time.

We have had an enjoyable time in Gulf Shores. It is our ninth year in Al. First for this unit. It is in a great location. We would have liked a firmer mattress and a gueen instead of twins in the second bedroom but, that is just personal preference. The unit was clean and brightly decorated. We especially enjoyed the Had a great view. Thanks.

We loved being able to come and go on Mondays. The traffic was not bad on those days. The condo was spacious and clean. Didn't like having to come get a key. Wish it was a key less entry where we were given a code. Didn't like having to pay for the second parking pass.That was not explained on info. Didn't like maintenance man from condo coming into our condo to check out disposal not working without knocking or calling us before he came in.Bender had our cell number and we asked that we be called.

Nice unit and loved the size of the balcony.
Pools was always clean.
The beds need to be replaced.
We stayed 4 nights in June 2013.
Everyone was friendly from security guard to young man that rented chairs and umbrellas to the quest. We would stay again.
