Gulf Village 416, located at 1027 West Beach Boulevard, is a large three bedroom, two bathroom , master walk in shower, this unit is calling your family’s name! Come stay in this beautiful beach front condo and celebrate your vacation in style. With a king bed in the master suite, a queen size bed in one guest room, two twin beds in the other guest suite, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, this unit is able to accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Two flat screen TVs, two blue ray DVD players, a CD player stern system and WiFi are sure to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay! This unique unit features access to the balcony from every bedroom!

Gulf Village is a classic beach front property with true gulf vacation style! There is a beach side outdoor pool as well as an outdoor pool across the street from the beach. Guests have access to a fishing pier located on the Lagoon. There is covered parking and an elevator for ease of access within the building. There is one BBQ grill on this property. This location features prime access to all of the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer!

We rented two condos for our family of 16. Number 316, and number 416 right above it. The condos were great with the most beautiful and unobstructed views of the ocean, perfect for mornings on the balcony. It was literally just a few yards from the building to where we put up our tent right on the beach.
So convenient for the grandkids who were constantly running in and out to grab snacks or beach toys. And the building is only four floors so it was easy taking the stairs if you didn’t want to wait for the elevator. The grandkids also loved the pool. The condo themselves were very roomy with three bedrooms and two baths and a large dining and living room area. Everything we needed in the kitchen for making all of our meals including huge pasta pots for spaghetti night and shrimp boil night. The condos were clean and well-maintained and located in walking distance to a convenience mart and very short drives to restaurants and surf shops.
We would recommend to any families looking for a condo right on the beach

The condo we stayed in was new to us this year because the one we were in it for years was not available through Bender. We stayed in the condo next to that one and it had been upgraded and remodeled-it was gorgeous panoramic views of the beach and just an overall fabulous stay!

So, we were told going into the stay that the building was under construction and there was a chance that the elevators would not work but we would be receiving a discount at the end of our stay. The building was indeed under construction, there were actually nails and acres left in the sand along the walkway to the beach, the elevator did not work half the time we were there, but we did not receive a discount. The tv in the double room didn’t work. I think the building must have just sprayed because we found a few dead cockroaches. Overall the unit itself was nice. Building was not as expected.

The conveniently located. I liked it because it was a small complex so the beach area was not overcrowded. The only complaint or suggestion is that the condo was not super clean and did not smell as though it had been cleaned. Especially during these times, i thought extra or at least routine sanitation would be obvious. The ceiling fan in the twin room is off balance and very loud.

We love this condo. Have stayed here before. We have few issue with the property those took a few days to resolve. I would recommend replacing shower head in the master bath. We had VERY little water pressure. Took forever to rinse hair and body you had to stand right under it and still very little pressure

We came to the beach with our family for my husbands birthday. Rental was very clean and well decorated. We have a family of 8 and there was plenty of room. It was close to everything. We will definitely be back!!!

I would recommend this unit to someone looking to stay in Gulf Shores. It was clean, great location and covered parking. It does need updating and the two guest rooms do not have cable tv so unless you bring cords and a gaming system, dvd or computer your out of luck.
Overall my family and I are extremely happy with choosing this unit.

The selection of Gulf Village 416 was perfect for our long weekend in Gulf Shores. I was in the condo most of the time and enjoyed the view from not only the balcony, but even from the recliner and my bedroom. Will surely want to rent this condo again on a return trip.

This condo was very much like the pictures. Very tropical feel with amazing views. Direct access to the beach was very nice. We could walk out on the beach or just watch from our balcony. We weren't about to open the front sliding door but had all the other doors to use. Everything was nice and clean with plenty of towels and dishes for the kitchen. Much nicer than being in a high rise. Shaded parking right at the building. No waiting on the elevator. Very nice.

We stay here every year and always have a great week. There is nothing fancy about the unit, but its clean and offers us all we need. Fabulous views and can't beat the few steps to the beach. We will be back for sure! Everyone at Bender is super friendly!

This condo is awesome! The wrap around balcony that overlooks the beach is the best I have seen. Also, every bedroom had access to the balcony. I will definitely stay at this condo next time we are in Gulf Shores.

My stay at the beach in this condo was a week to remember. The kitchen needs some repairs and could have been a little bet cleaner. The AC went out on Tuesday , Bender was right on it. They Called a repair man but the Ac was in bad shape. Thursday Bender offered to move us to a condo with AC , we stayed because we were leaving Saturday. Had a new AC installed by Friday afternoon. We Loved this condo and will rent it again.Thank you Ladies at Bender Realty for being so nice.!

We spent a week here for our annual family vacation. We have stayed several years in a row at the same place. There are no fancy bells/whistles, but it has everything we need! The pool is great and the location on the beach is fabulous. Can't beat the view (from every room) in this 3 BR unit!

The cabinets in the kitchen need to be worked on. Some doors wouldn't close all of the way. The trash can in the kitchen was really dirty with black all in the bottom of it. The kitchen table needs to be cleaned. The gap between the glass and the trim of the table has food, sand, etc. in it. The location was great and the condo had a lot of space in it. There was also only one of the three bedrooms that had a tv with cable. I think it would have been nicer if all of the rooms would have had tv available for the guests.

We liked the condo, nice furniture, good kitchen , stocked( except only 2 dish towels & no dishcloths, ) had to buy some. Frig needed another shelf.the location wAs good, view great. Elevator was not workin 2 different times, but bender did get right on it. Overall it was good!

This was our 3rd yr staying at Gulf Village and have never had any complaints until this year. The room was fairly clean minus the stained sheets on the master bed, food stuck on the dining table, and short, curly hairs all over the floor in both bathrooms. Overall, we had a great time and have even booked for next year. Just hoping that the rooms are cleaner and the elevator is fixed instead of temporally rigged by then!

This was our 3rd yr staying at Gulf Village and have never had any complaints until this year. The room was fairly clean minus the stained sheets on the master bed, food stuck on the dining table, and short, curly hairs all over the floor in both bathrooms. We had a group of 7 (parents, grandparents, and 3 kids) that stayed at Gulf Village 416 for 5 nights. Everything was great! Plenty of space and privacy when needed. Loved the balcony view and general location. Never had any problems with the elevators which we had seen in some older reviews. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware / bakeware. My only complaint, and this is a minor one, is that the Wifi was very spotty.

We had a very good time. I had my family come down to gulf shores. It was my Dads first time to stay in a condo. My parents were very impressed. I have stayed in this unit before and I love the balcony that wraps around the entire unit. We had a problem with the internet. It doesn't allow you to stay logged on to the wifi. That was very annoying to all of us. We spoke with management and also called the company that handles it. We were not able to get any relief. Very frustrating. They had an excuse, but as I explained to him. We travel a
all the time and this is the first time we've stayed in a condo, hotel or cabin and had issues like this. That was the only fly in the soup of an otherwise Great weekend. Thank You!!!

Beautiful view. Couldn't have asked for anything better. The ONLY concern that we encountered was the lack of a latch on the inside of the front door to keep a small child from escaping. I was concerned that she would get disoriented at night and open the front door. Had to stack a ice chest and tote in front of the door.

Loved the location. Loved being right on the beach. Condo needed a better job with cleaning.
Balcony furniture needed to be upgraded. TV in the master bedroom did not work.

We had an amazing time. Place was beautiful. I did have to do a major scrub down. I bleached floors, walls, all ceiling fans, baseboards, appliances, caninets & furniture. I understand it is not the cleaning people fault, bc they only have couple hours to clean, but it did need a major clean. All three ceiling fans were really dirty. I had to scrub them with a scrub brush, it wasn't just dust, it was dirt that had been on for a long time. The curtains had orange cheetoes all over them. I scrubbed them too. I wanted to take them to get them cleaned, but my husband would not let me.
Even with all the cleaning, we loved the place and already booked for next October.
The people at Bender's were very nice and helpful

Overall very satisfied with the rental, a few minor complaints. I would definitely stay there again. We had a pretty large group and it worked out well.

The floor was very dirty, and there was no mop on the property. So keep your shoes on.

Also the drain in the master bath shower was a little slow so water stood in the shower for a while after you were done.

It is a great location, great view, really liked all the glass around the back and side of the condo.

We really enjoyed the condo. We went for 4th of July week, so it was crowded. However, our section of the beach was not too bad since the condo is a low-rise and next door was a house. The areas to the right and left of us were very crowded. We loved the condo and will come back!

We were very happy with the condo. It was very well equipped and furnished. The view from every room was great. I would get rid of some of the plastic plants, some were really dirty. We have stayed at GV before in a different unit and think GV is the best place on the beach. We brought our 18 year old grandaughter as part of her graduation present and she really enjoyed it also.

I love the beach and can not wait to go each year to GUlf Shores. Bender realty has helped on many of my vacations since my son of 18 was a baby. They will help to make your stay as pleasant as possible. As for this unit, my only wish would have been for better seating on deck since that is where I love to have my morning meeting with our Creator and my coffee.

We rented 2 condos and the location was great! We had a blast despite Tropical Storm Lee. However, the condos could use some upgrades in furniture, paint, and appliances. There was sand on all furniture and bedding (I know it is the beach but there is
a cleaning fee which I assume is used for CLEANING). I plan vacations for 10-12 people at least twice per year and usually have no issues checking in for everyone. This process was not as smooth as usual, but the company's staff was very courteous throughout.
Would recommend the property and realty company as long as you are aware of these few issues.

There was a broken latch on one sliding glass door,throw rugs were slick on the backs in the bedrooms and dirty in bathrooms.Kitchen table had glass top and there was food and crumbs between glass and the wood.Pools were nice but cold in Oct.and a nice fishing place across the street.Wonderful view enjoyed it everyday.

We were told about the elevator being out of service on arrival. It certainly would have made loading and unloading our "stuff" much easier to have it available. We needed the exercise but hopefully it will be repaired on our next visit.
