"Gulf Tower 7D, located at 1051 West Beach Boulevard, is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo that has incredibly vast beach front views. Both the master suite and the guest suite have queen size beds. When you include the sleeper sofa in the living room and the twin sleeper sofa on the enclosed balcony, this unit can accommodate up to 6 comfortably. Two TVs, two DVD players and WiFi ares sure to keep you connected and entertained during yours stay. There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The enclosed balcony can open up to let in that wonderful gulf breeze and calm you with the sound of the waves!

Gulf Tower is in a prime Gulf Shores location. 1.5 miles from the popular Hangout and public beaches and 3 miles to the Gulf State Park & Pier. Not to mention the proximity to all the best dining and shopping this island has to offer! With its amazing beach front location access to the our white sandy beaches is a breeze! Aside from the fantastic coastal views, there is also an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, exercise room and free WiFi in the Club Room for your use and pleasure. This location does have an elevator for ease of access throughout the building.

We were satisfied however the garbage disposal was stopped up and the shower drain was slow. A lot of construction noise was happening but still we enjoyed our stay. Thank You

Easy check in and check out. The unit was clean and as expected from the photos. We were very happy with how easy and close it was to get to the beach - no long walkways. The fob system for the pool/beach was a little annoying with two families(5 people) sharing one fob - but we dealt with it. Our only other criticism is the amenities in the kitchen. The skillets were very old and needed to be replaced. The non-stick surfaces were wearing off and were coming off on the food (due to many people using metal cooking utensils on them). The pans should be replaced and plenty of non-metal cooking utensils should be made available if the replacement pans are non-stick.

The condo rental was wonderful. Bender personnel were wonderful & have been in past years also. Everything was clean and ready. The pool was nice. Great place to relax and vacation. Extra blankets and pillows in the closet. NEGATIVE part was 1FOB for pool access per condo. Negative and Very aggravating having to access every time in or out the gate.

Overall the rental was a good value. The unit is a bit dated but very adequate. The beach view was great and the beach around the complex was very nice and not crowded. One thing to consider when renting in this complex is that the porches are enclosed and you can access the open air by doors. This could be a negative to some. We would stay here again.

All of the basics were there and well maintained. We just wish that there had been a bit more soap, coffee filters ready to go ( we left the ones that we bought for the next people) and new skillets to use. Other pans and dishes were okay. Maybe a few more plastic dishes would be useful.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves while we were there. Great view with wonderful access to the beach from the boardwalk. The unit could use some updates and it would be nice if the furniture on the balcony was more comfortable for relaxing.

Nice unit overlooking the beach. Takes a number to get into the door which is better than a key. Credenza next to front door that blocked coming in with a cart of luggage, groceries, etc. pool was closed 1 day, open the rest. Liked the kitchen layout and extra doors overlooking the beach. Appliances worked great. Had to get plumber to remove hair from 2 tub drains. Shower diverter needs fixed in both tubs. Nice place to stay overall.

Our refrigerator reeked of raw fish! We had to buy some white vinegar, wash out the freezer & refrigerator, left 2 bowls of vinegar sit in the frig for 2 days before we could stand to put any food in it. Obviously whoever cleaned the condo before our arrival, did not check the frig.

We always enjoy our winter stay in Gulf Shores. It's totally worth it to have an enclosed balcony, so we can enjoy the waves even when it's cold & rainy. We'd like to see a recycling program or at least a notice posted telling where you can take things, especially the plastic. When our TV literally started smoking & died, we called the office & they installed a new one the next day. Perhaps Bender could get some help with their computer program/booking program. Not sure why they can only book one month at a time, rather than the two or more that most snowbirds chose to stay. It's always a hassle to have to go thru every line to make sure they've got things correct, as far as the dates & charges that apply. It took 3 trips to the office to get things corrected. All in all, we had a good time in Gulf Shores. Looking forward to no construction next year, a completed Gulf Place & our favorite place to eat - Hog Wild BBQ.

Having an enclosed balcony with all the cooler weather we've had was wonderful. We sit out in that sunroom every single day & enjoy the ocean view. Now if they'd only get some deep sheets to fit the deep mattress (instead of the old style ones), we'd be all comfy when we sleep. We have tons of dishes in the roomy kitchen & plenty of seating to watch our new TV. Have new carpeting too.

This condo had everything we needed. It was clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable. The location is just west of the busiest areas so the beach was a little quieter. All of the shops and restaurants were a quick drive.

The only downsides to this condo were that the balcony only opens up part way (makes it hard for more than two people to sit in front of the opening) and the pool has no ground floor washroom (meaning a trudge up to the 7th floor when necessary.)

Good older unit. I thought it was small for the price. I also thought the cleaning crew could have emptied the dishwasher for the $155 cleaning fee for a 2 BR unit.

It was a wonderful stay in 7d. We had a huge family vacation and my brothers and sister all had condos. Our 7d was the nicest updated condo of 4 others I seen. It was very clean and had everything you would need to stay. Our vacation was not pleasant as tropical storm Cindy came in the day after we arrived. We left early because the beach was closed and basically ruined our trip. It did not affect our condo. We loved it and would definitely stay at gulf tower again, of course specifically in 7d.

It was a wonderful vacation. The only issues we had was the fire alarm going off. An the unaware crane issue that caused the fire alarm to be pulled again to get everyone off the parking lot.

Best thing about Gulf Towers is the sunroom balcony. As far as I know only one I've ever seen. Unit needs new king bed in Master. Carpets replaced. Bender took care of all our needs. Great Rental agency.

The enclosed balconies of Gulf Tower are a wonderful place to sit & relax, in any kind of weather & enjoy a full view of the sunrise,sunset, waves & watch dolphins passing by. We ate a lot of our meals out there listening to the calm of nature.

The condo was wonderful. It had everything we needed and more. The location was great,right on the beach. The only issue we had was with parking. If you have two cars, only one is allowed on the property. The other one has to stay at the parking lot at Bender Realty. Very inconvenient! They are very strict about this.

By far the nicest condo out of the 3 I was in while we stayed in Gulf Shores.. We were there with 2 other families who stayed at Gulf Towers, family loved everything about our condo, from the TVs in the bedrooms to the view from the balcony. Very well done!

This was our second year at Gulf Tower. We love it! It's away from Orange Beach just far enough where it doesn't seem to be completely busy and crowded. Staying in 7A gave us a LOT more room than the previous year. It was just a really great week for us. Thanks!!

First of all, the staff at Bender Realty are the best to work with. If there is anything you need, they will take care of it. Couldn't ask for better, friendlier folks.

Unit 7D is great. Loved everything about it. Only knocks were the folks that did the cleaning after the previous rental. They need to spend a bit more time and TLC on their cleaning. Also, the Tower management needs to do some serious elevator work. Seems like one or the other is mostly out of service.

It was a fabulous long weekend. Want to come back and stay in 7D. It was AWESOME! And my husband LOVED the recliner! I loved the covered porch because it allowed us to listen and watch the beach even on the day it rained!

As much as I travel, this place was great. I would and we plan to stay there again on an annual basis. Clean, Updated and the location was perfect. The view was awesome and right on the beach.

Bender staff was helpful and courteous as always. The property (7D) was nice and clean. Pool deck could use a coat of sealer but is great considering its age. Beach was great. We've stayed at Gulf Tower many times and will return on our next trip. We've tried several newer properties over the years but were disappointed because of crowding and noise. In my opinion, the Gulf Tower is the best value for a week on th beach.

The condo was nice and very convenient. I feel like it was overpriced for the age and condition of the property. I paid considerably less last year for a condo that was much more updated. We did have a great time, and the condo was comfortable.

Everything was great. Nice unit, the rec room on the first floor was not used by our party, I tried the tread mill and it did not work, parking was a little tight for a 4 door truck but liked out stay.

In general the property was very nice. Clean condo and plenty of room for the wife, three kids and myself. The only complaint I would have is the commode that was running over in the condo above 7D. The water leaked through the floor which is the ceiling
of 7D. I cleaned up water for two evenings. I contacted Bender on the emergency number and a man I thought was a maintenance man called that night around midnite and said he would be there the next morning by 10am. He didn't show. At 1pm I was cleaning up
water the second time catching what I could in coolers and towels. I called the second time. No one knew about the problem. (???) Finally someone came who informed me I had been living in toilet water!!! Bender did offer a refund...... $84.00 whole dollars!
Are you kidding me????? $200.00 a night and that's it?? The second offer was $164.00...... At this point I was so mad I just quit trying. Will I be back?? Very very doubtful.

Everything was very nice, except all the dead fish at the beach. Mattress on pull out needs to be replaced soon.

We were very surprised at the area. It was very nice, very clean and well taken care of. We really enjoyed ourselves. The view of the beach was overwhelming each morning and evening. Yes, we would recommend staying there. Very relaxing. The Bender people were very helpful and polite. This was our first trip to this area, and we will definitely we back. thanks.

We enjoyed the facilities and the location very much, the only problem we had is the condo we rented had a bug issue which the property manager took care of by putting us in another condo, but it wasn't quite as nice as the one we rented.

This place is GREAT!!! The people are the best. Whenever we think of getting away and just resting and relaxing for a while we automaticly think Gulf Shores and Gulf Tower. We stated there with our three children, nine, three and six month old. Everything was convienient, and extremely clean!!

Great Time....I do think checkout time was early. We could'nt get in room early yet we had to check out by 10 A.M.

My mom had justlost her dad, that she cared for, for 3 years so this was a much needed vacation for her and it was great! we all had a great time, the condo was very nice, the people at bender was very helpful and nice. thanks for a great time.
