Leave your car parked and walk to several area restaurants. This one bedroom, one bath condo sleeps 4 people. It has a king bed and a sofa bed. There is a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. No dishwasher
The building is a walk-up and has a washer and dryer on-site. Nice Gulf view from your balcony. Area entertainment, restaurants and shopping are within close proximity. This building does not have a swimming pool. Must be 25 years of age to rent. No Smoking, No pets.

The condo was up to date,decorated very nicely. The people next to me liked to play loud music on the deck. The people above me were so loud and vulgar with language (you could tell it was spring break kids without adults). Absolutely nothing you could do but so thankful the bedroom was on other side so I didn't have to deal with it all night. The parking was an issue but you couldn't control the city paving a sidewalk and blocking your parking lot. Apparently no one was staying in the room in which I used the parking space bc I was able to use the whole time. So,any issues I had were beyond your control. Your office was always available and accommodating. I love that!!! I felt the condo itself was very comfortable and I'm thankful it was somewhat within my budget (moreover than other places for sure).

First, we had a great experience, the place was convenient to every thing we wanted and needed.
However, some little issues:
The air handling unit in the bedroom rattled every time the AC kicked on.
The toilet ran constantly unless you manually set the flapper
Exterior window,on the breezeway was cracked.

Our vacation was great thanks to this place! Great price for a great stay!! Very short walk across the street from the beach and other food places. It actually has a small market/grocery store right beside it as well for things we forgot to bring! Bed was comfortable, appliance were great to use, and everything was in good working condition and very clean!

The location of the condo was perfect for our stay with beach access right across from the building and at a stoplight for easy crossing. Restaurants were an easy 1 - 2 block away. However the condo itself was was out of date and had worn out furniture. The couch sagged and the king bed had two well worn groves in. The room darkening shade was paper and did not stay in place. The floors were uneven and difficult to navigate at night. Bender Realty was very easy to work with and were very responsive to our questions.

Last minute trip to Gulf Shores for me and my daughter. Picking up our unit packet was very easy and the employees were all very nice! Found the unit to be very clean and comfortable and loved the location! Lots to do within walking distance and local food was great! Already looking forward to another mother daughter trip and will definitely be requesting the same unit!!

My husband and I were looking for some downtime at a great price. This unit was perfect for us. We normally stay right on the beach but this time chose not to. This unit had great close beach access. We would love to come back for another visit soon.

Space is cozy and cute (sleeps 4 ). Well kept and managed with minor AC hiccup but Bender Realty team did an amazing job at taking care of our family's needs. Easy access to the beach, and walking distance to stores.
