Description

Edgewater West unit number 95, located at 1007 West Beach Boulevard, is a large three bedroom, three bathroom unit that can comfortably fit your family of up to six. The master suite contains a queen size bed, the guest room has a king size bed, and the second guest room has two twin beds.. With two TVs, a DVD player, VCR, and WiFi you will be able to stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Note: The first guest bedroom TV is for DVDs only; no cable. This unit has a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer that offer the comforts and amenities of home while you are away. The glass enclosed balcony offers wonderful views of the coast line as well as peace and serenity while soaking up the sights and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico!

Edgewater West is in a prime location to experience all Gulf Shores has to offer when it comes to dining, shopping and recreation! This property is not only beach front with quick and easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches, but it also has a great outdoor pool. There is a BBQ grill for your use and an elevator for ease of access.

Having 3 bathrooms was the best feature of all! The property location was excellent. Some things about the condo need to be updated but it's nice and BIG. Very different from some of the newer condos with tiny bedrooms. Kitchen very well supplied. Plenty of pots, pans, silver ware, etc.

The condo was clean and nice with a perfect view. The screened in balcony was very nice but different. The only negative was the elevator didn't work all the time. We had to walk up and down 9 floors at least 5 times over the five days. My mother, 83, was not able to get out of the room one day because of the elevator not working. The rooms on the 6th floor, either had to walk up to the 7th or down to the 5th, because the elevator could not stop on the 6th floor. All in all, very good experience but fix the elevator. We would stay here again if we knew that the elevator would work.

Totally enjoyed our 2 month break from winter.
Stayed in a great 3bed/3bath unit with bikes of the gulf that were unbelievable.
Great location in Gulf Shores.

Very satisfied with stay. Will definitely stay again. The blender died and we had to buy a new one and we ran out of toilet paper very fast with non stocked there. At 250+ a night, I’d like to have some TP. And the pool was not useable after the storm. However, overall was a fabulous stay and I didn’t want to leave!

The staff at Bender was great!! They were very helpful and were great to work with. The first impression of the condo was it was not the cleanest. My daughter went to the bathroom on arrival and a dirty washcloth was hanging on the shower. It could use a fresh coat of paint everywhere and updating the linens is a must. During our stay, there was some kind of leak in the unit above us. This was definitely not a new problem as evidenced by the ceiling. There was a constant water drip for a day. If the problems were fixed, I would recommend this unit to friends and family.

Edgewater West 95 is a large condo with a terrific view from its beach front balcony. The glass-enclosed feature makes it the place to be during inclement weather or super hot days. We regret the late check in - the Saturday after the Fourth of July proves to be the biggest turnaround day for vacation rentals and is a definite challenge for housekeepers and realty companies alike.

The views from the condo are great! The rooms and bathrooms allow plenty of room! The only negative was the appliances and furniture are a little outdated and almost all the dishes hadn’t been washed well at all and had to be washed before using them. But overall I would def stay here again especially with a big group or family because of the space it allows! The Bender Reality ladies at the office are also some of the nicest I’ve ever dealt with!

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 bedroom/3 bath very much. It felt homey and beachy. Property was clean. Had to purchase cleaning supplies such as toilet bowl brush which we thought would be included. Appliances were satisfactorily, could of used more plastic containers to store food. Property location was great, near restaurants. The pool was not heated. Master suite bed was Awesome. Need to replace King bed in the other bedroom. The dryer needs to be replaced, Took several hours to dry towels, even with cleaning vent frequently.Recliners in living room would have been more comfortable. Couch and chairs were very used.

We loved the location of this condo, from being Right on the beach to being just off the main drag. So much to do & endless places to eat fresh seafood. The condo could use a little updating, however it was clean & neat. It fit all our needs. We did have a water leak issue (from the condo above) that caused the need to adjust rooms a little. But Bender Reality handled the problem and we were able to enjoy our time to the end. Overall, we'll be back!

This was my family's 41st annual beach vacation. We started at Dolphin Island until Hurricane Frederick and then came over to Gulf Shores. We have rented at Edgewater West for probably 30 years. I have rented Condo 95 for 4-5 years. We had a wonderful time and great weather. The main problem I have with Condo 95 is that the Master Bedroom has a queen size bed that the mattress is too hard. I would love a king size bed in the master bedroom. There is a king size bed in the bedroom by the front door/ washer/dryer. My husband and I like to have the bedroom facing the beach. It would be nice also if the bathtubs were upgraded.

We received a call from Bender Realty on our way down. I thought "thIs cannot be good". The condo we were booked at was having the patio door replaced and the agency was worried it would inconvience us so they switched us to a bigger condo, an upgrade! The folks at Bender could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

We loved the condo especially the closed in balcony. We discovered the cable did not work to the televisions. Called Bender and someone was there in 30 minutes to check the cable out and then the cable company was there in about 2 hours. Such great service!!! We had 3 cars (could only have 2 at the condo) and Bender even gave us permission to park one the cars in their parking lot for the entire weekend. Bender Realty is awesome!!!

Loved the condo and the pool. The elevator was out of order on check in day and condo was located on the 9th floor. Kitchen was stocked with anything u would need. Couldn't get the DVD player to work. But overall pretty nice.

We brought our family with 4 little girls and 78 year old sister to the beach. Only 1 problem and we were placed in another condo quickly...if you can do that quickly with kids and an older lady. The ladies were very kind in accommodating us.

The condo was roomy and comfortable. We had a good week and the little ones enjoyed it very much. The kitchen light needs so e attention. It went out, the tubes were changed, and before we left the light was flickering again. It rained the day we left and there was some water on the balcony floor when we got up that morning. Those were the only problems we had.

It would have been nice to have more than 1 trash bag, 1 roll of TP in each bathroom, a Teflon frying pan and TV's that worked in all bedrooms. Other wise the place was great and we had a great time.

We rented a condo for first 4 hours there AC ran but didnt get cool called and tch was there. Could not be fixed so with in 6 hours of check in we were at this condo. great time. great location. everything we needed was provided. Will be back again

We enjoyed our stay this year at Edgewater West 95. My only complaint is not to do with Bender Realty at all. I am very concerned about the walk way to the beach. We all had episodes that we slipped and fell. I am sure some of us were hurt but too embarrassed to admit it. I think the walkway needs excellent skid resistant tape put down and checked periodically. There is s lawsuit waiting to happen and I hate to see it. Save the seaoats but not at the expense of human health and well fair. Looking forward to next summer to come back to the beaches of Gulf Shores.

We were in Gulf Shores to celebrate the wedding of some friends. Edgewater West 95 was a good choice for three couples' lodging for the weekend. The condo was very spacious, provided privacy with three bathrooms, and an added treat of a sunporch with a pull-down shade. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils. The new television was an added benefit for the guys who watched games while the women shopped. Very convenient to everything we wanted to do. We could have not asked for more out of the owners or Bender Realty. Both made our stay very pleasant. We will return again to Edgewater West 95.

We were very pleased with the condo, its location provided easy access to resturants & attractions. The only concern was that there were not any screens on the windows causing a saftey concern especially with younger children, otherwise we had a very good time

THE CONDO WAS GREAT..LOTS OF ROOM FOR 8 PEOPLE.THE BEACH WAS A BIG HOLE FULL OF SEAWEED,THE SMELL WAS SO BAD IT MADE YOU ONE CAME TO REMOVE IT OR PUT SAND IN THE HOLE.WE HAD TO GO DOWN THE BEACH TO SET UP TO SUN.GOOD CONDO BAD BEACH....!

We prefer low density complexes and this one was great! We usually stay on East Beach, but because we waited until the last minute to book our vacation, we didn't have a lot of choices. But we were very pleased with Edgewater on West Beach. We usually stay on a lower floor, but the only condo available was on the 9th floor. But the elevator was fast and we never had to wait long. I highly recommended unit 95 if you need a 3 bedroom. The layout was great!

We love Gulf Shores and we particularily love Edgewater West. The condo is getting old and could use a bit of a make over. The fire alarm went off 3 times while were there and it was disclosed that the alarm was faulty. I was a bit aggravated that some of our family will go somewhere else next year!!! I was aggravatged also and did call the Realtor to voice my complaint. After that we had no more alarms go off. We bring our own barbecue pit and it would be so nice to have a permanent pit located at Edgewater West. Can that happen???? I will return to Edgewater West and I love Bender Realtors!!!

It was very good once the floors where mopped. Easy to get around Gulf Shores and the condo was very nice. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Great Experience, can't wait to come back.

This is an excellent location. The condo is perfect for a family. The condo was clean and well appointed. The staff of the property mangemnt company is very friendly and professional. The view is absolutely amazing.

Functional but not elegant. Lamp shade held on with tape let go the 1st day, kitchen light worked – sometimes, water damage on the ceilings, faucets dripped. Minor things, but for $1400 per week we’ve had nicer units. My biggest complaint was the unreliable internet. We had 8 people and really utilized the enclosed porch. Nice layout. Pool was clean and the ocean view was fantastic.

Our problems was with the internet..we were without it for 5 weeks. The owners on floors 4 and 6 had it ok but not on 9th. I had talked to Century Link,backup computor, to no avail..
Very disappointed in this service..Two owners felt we should have some consessions for this as I carried computor and printor to library daily to conduct business back home. I kept calling backup computor...and the last two weeks never received a call back. Hope they get it fixed before we arrive on Jan 1, 2013 for our winter retreat.

Over all the condo was great. Very spacious & clean. Very close to the beach, great view. Would rent again. I didn't care much for the enclosed balcony. My husband loved it. I would like to just sit out,hear the ocean & feel the wind. I did appreciate
the owner coming to lower the widow guards when the rain from tropical storm Lee was blowing in on the balcony. Several other guest had to mop water up all week end. We had to wash towels everyday because only 8 were provided, I suggest you bring your own
towel.

kitchen cabinets were dirty and greasy, no scour pads, one dishwasher tablet, 1 papertowel, fridge did not work well everything froze, there were 3 boys and two adults, not enough toilet paper, toilet in twin bed room wasnt working properly, beds very uncomfortable, one garbage bag? small at that - view and beach and pool was nice

Property location good. Condo needed some minor updates and minor cleaning. Expected a little nicer for the price paid. Didn't care for the enclosed balcony; railing too low for kids. Would have been nice to know where to find the cart for unloading upon arrival.

Our stay was awesome! We will definitely be back. Hopefully this summer!!!!

We left a camera USB cord when we left. Bender had found it and promised to send it to us. We appreciate it, and are waiting.

The elevator was not working when we arrived. It was fixed about two hours later.

Elevator is somewhat of an issue- only one of them for whole bld- so when staying on 9 you end up waiting a long time. AC seemed to be struggling- unable to cool unit when cooking in condo. Never able to cool during heat of day. Would rather stay on lower floor so can take stairs if elevator slow. TV in den small and only one bedroom with very small TV. King size bed not in master bedroom??!!!Otherwise pretty comfortable.

We stayed here last year also and really like the condo and location. The only complaint we had was that the elevator was not working on the Saturday we arrived and was not fixed until around 3 p.m. on Monday. This was a BIG headache since we were on the 9th floor.
