Description

Clearwater 4D is located on East Beach Boulevard in Gulf Shores, Alabama, making it the beach-side charmer you’ve been looking for! This two bedroom, two bathroom unit has a king size bed in the master suite and a queen size bed in the guest room. In addition to the two bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living room and bunk beds in the hallway (bunk beds not suitable for adults, kids only please!). With three TVs, two DVD players and dedicated WiFi, you will be able to stay connected and entertained throughout your stay. Take time to enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico from your private beach front balcony. With a fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer you can keep the amenities and ease of home while you are away.

Clearwater is a low density complex with beautiful beach front location making beach access a breeze. Other amenities of this location are an outdoor pool, BBQ grills, and an elevator for ease of access within the building. Clearwater is right near the Gulf State Park and less than a mile from The Hangout and public beaches. With the Gulf State Park being just down the road, you have access to beautiful hiking and biking nature trails, golf, the 1,540 ft fishing pier and many other things! This spot gives you the feeling of calm, quiet and seclusion but with quick and easy access to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

This property is just okay , every outside door was nasty ! Our condo looked like it had at least been somewhat updated . And when you are charging a 195.00 cleaning fee , you expect it to be clean !! On a good note the floor was clean ! Not planning on staying there again . The property management did offer to send someone back to clean , but wasn’t interested in pointing out everything they didn’t do !

Clearwater 4D was spotless, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare breakfast for four each day. We had excellent views of the beach and the heavy surf.

Great location. So close to the park, and with a pool surf side . Minor issues with the condo as the exh fan on the range was barely working, the tv was missing a remote and the other was broken, and had to stock up in basics like toilet paper, soap, and detergent. Some drains were slow. Condo was showing a little age but in general in very good shape and clean.

There was a new 75" TV and a new Blue Ray player. Laurence from Bender taught me how to use the remotes. Good teacher! A couple things to repair, Leaky Delta kitchen faucet, Crumbling Refrigerator door magnet.

This was our second stay and we felt very much at home: everything was very familiar. I honestly cannot think of anything that we needed to have enjoyed our stay more. Everything was very clean and appliances all functioned well. The one thing that did not function was the vent fan over the kitchen range and the guest bathroom vent fan was noisy.

The unit was in good shape except the blinds by the patio were damaged. Owner came in to correct this. The back bedroom was cold in January and the window was frosting. They were inspected and new ones are ordered

The property is old but our condo was clean, just enough room for 6 adults. The elevator did break down frequently but did come and fix it fairly quickly. The pool was clean but small and no restrooms near the pool had to go back to condo for restrooms. View if the beach beautiful and very large beach! One night after a rain had some kind of Alabama bugs coming in under the door and had to go buy bug spray! If you are looking for a more upscale condo this is not for you but for a basic beach condo it’s fine .

The property was everything we hoped for and just as described. The view was spectacular. The convenient location was close to everything we wanted to see and do. I suppose our feelings about the property were best summed up by the fact that we extended our stay because we didn’t want to leave.

Very nice unit, well appointed and well kept. Kingsize bed very comfortable, queen size not so much - should be upgraded. A recliner in the living room would be nice - not enough comfortable chairs.

I was very pleased with this rental property. We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. My only complaint is there were only 4 loungers at the pool for guests. The pool area was somewhat lacking and needs a significant upgrade. I rented chairs and an umbrella on the beach for the entire 7 day stay which was a bit expensive because there were not enough chairs at the pool to lay in.

We had a wonderful vacation. The unit was perfect for what we needed, and the price was reasonable. Location is great--near all the Gulf Shores restaurants, etc. We like the fact that the building is smaller than most, so the beach is not so crowded. The rules about moving personal property off the beach at night, and placement of large tents, were strictly enforced, so that definitely made our beach experience more pleasant than it used to be before those rules were put into effect. The ocean was perfect--no seaweed or jellyfish. Overall, we had a wonderful time. The woman I dealt with at Bender Realty when we checked in was extremely helpful and courteous.

We enjoyed our time in Clearwater 4D--although it was a short visit. The condo was as pictured, but it was a little small for us. The rooms were comfortable in size, but the bunk beds' space was not big enough for our college age children; and were a bit claustrophobic. The washer and dryer was very convenient, and there was a nice supply of towels(very appreciative for that). The living space was comfortable. Kitchen amenities were appreciated and so beautifully designed with that awesome backsplash!

The one issue we had was involving the elevator--it went out several times the morning that we were checking out. Very, very Inconvenient!!

The view from the balcony is gorgeous! There is easy access to the beach. The condo is spacious and is furnished so as to give off the beachy vibe you expect. The kitchen is adequately equipped and the floor plan provides privacy with each bedroom suite.

Clearwater Condo is in good location. It is s small condo so there is never a problem getting the elevator like in larger condos. We have stayed in 3 different units in Clearwater and 4D has far been the best. Condo was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and unit had everything you need for a pleasant stay at the beach. Beach chairs were also provided. I will definitely return to this unit again.

Had a great time. Condo was clean. Nice place to stay. Could not get the dishwasher to work but washing dishes hass been around a long time.

Over all the condo was nice. Fully equipped,nice view, and pretty decor. Only things I'd change- new coffee pot, dryer makes awful noise (washing/drying uniforms every day for us), and master bedroom didn't get much air/ac. And condo needs a grill. Overall was nice place and enjoyed our time. Thanks!

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The condo was nice and clean. We cook while there and eat out very little. This condo didn't have a whole lot of pans or cooking dishes to work with. Also, Gulf House condo pool was broke and so all their renters were in Clearwaters pool all week.Other than that we liked it and would stay again.

Very nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. The elevator was a little inconvenient, you had to open a door on either side to get to the elevator, very hard if you have a lot to carry in. I would have like a bathroom to be near the pool for guests, had to leave pool and go up to condo to use restroom. Those are just minor things. Overall it was a great place. One more thing, our check out time was 10 am, around 9:15 we were carrying out our belongings, at 9:28 the door code stopped working, thank goodness one of us was in the condo or we couldn't have gotten back in to get the rest of our belongings!

Condo was clean and had an excellent view of the gulf. Was right on the beach. Plenty of room for 3 adults and 1 teenager. Had a great family experience. Great location/proximity to attractions. Close to several great restaurants and walking distance to the fishing pier. Beautiful beach.

Great unit! Well furnished albeit a recliner would be nice for us oldsters (and there's plenty of room for it). Outlet in north bath does not function making a hair drier hard to use.We will request this unit again!

Our stay in Gulf Shores was absolutely wonderful!! The beach was so quiet, not hardly anyone around the first week of September. We saw dolphins, jellyfish, stingrays and sharks, all expected wildlife, between the pier and our condo. Best of all, we saw baby loggerhead sea turtles born and rescued, sent out to the ocean!

My wife and I and another couple stayed in Gulf Shores for a few days and had an amazing time. The condo was beyond our expectations in both amenities within the condo and the view from the condo. The condo was clean and spotless and we would absolutely stay there again.

room fairly clean, really dusty under pull out sofa and bunk beds, & toilets needed a good bathroom by the pool was a big inconvenience. Slow elevator.
View was beautiful, watching the dolphins was awesome.

This was our first time staying at Clearwater. Overall the facility was fairly quiet. The location was fine, though we will likely return to properties on the west side of Gulf Shores. The complex had good access to the beach and the pool was adequate. The unit was in good working order and relatively clean. The grout of the living room tile did crack and buckle while we were there, but that did not detract from the visit.

Overall, my experience was a great one, however, not allowing the parking passes and the keyless entry code to be accessed by e-mail was very inconvenient. If this could have been handled by e-mail or secure mail then we would not have had to go to the realty agency at 12:30 in the morning on the saturday we arrived. Also the inventory person did not know that we were staying up to Saturday the 15th and she came in the condo on friday?? Then the keyless entry code was locked out an hour earlier on check out day so we had to leave one person in the condo to get back in when we were packing up saturday morning. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time. The condo was great, clean, and very close to the foley mall and eating places and of course, always wonderful to be on the beach front looking at the ocean.

It was great will go back again. My wife and I travel a lot and love gulf shores and orange beach area and have been going over 20 years now. The room was just right for 4 adults and a child, the staff at bender was some of the most nice people I have spoken with and was very helpful.

4 friends enjoyed their stay at the beach. The condo was average in décor but comfortable. There were a few touches missing that would have been very helpful..the number one being towel bars or hooks in the bathroom. There was only a double hook behind each door which was good for one hanging toiletry bag. There was no place to hang any towels or suits to dry and they are very adamant about hanging them on the railing. Also two of the door shelves in the refrigerators were missing bars so the space was limited.

We stayed in Clearwater 4D 4 nights in August. The property is an older complex but it was very nice and we had plenty of room. We loved the location. We would recommend this property for your future vacations.

Have stayed at Clearwater many times before but with all the new condos going up some of the things should be updated. Would be ice to have a hot tub by the pool like the others have. Also would be nice to have some individual hoses to clean off when coming off the beach. It would also be nice to have some grills mounted outside to cook on so we do not have to use the condo nextdoors grills. All of these would make a big improvement on the Clearwater property. Many people that were staying there felt the same way. But it is an awesome time there.

Overall a nice quite unit with a great view of the gulf. It was close to shopping and resturants with ample parking. The one downside was the mattress in the second bedroom was way past needing replaced. You will not sleep well in that bed, it needs replaced.
