"Caribbean 703 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is a one bedroom, one a a half bathrooms, with a king size bed that is calling your name! This unit can accommodate up to 4 adults, 2 children and even your family dog (one small dog, additional fee)! There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and hallway bunk beds that offer extra sleeping space for your family. (Please note that the bunk beds are not suitable for adults, children only please!) Stay connected while you are away with the WiFi, two TVs, VCR and DVD players, and stereo system that Caribbean 703 is complete with! Enjoy your coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening on your private beach front balcony! The fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit provide the comfort and amenities of home while you are away. The location of this property is perfect with its calm and quiet of being away from town yet in very close proximity to all the best dining, shopping and recreation that Gulf Shores has to offer.

This property has easy access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast while also providing you with both indoor and outdoor pools (heated seasonally). Other amenities that Caribbean offers are steam room, sauna, exercise room, BBQ grills and an elevator for ease of access. Please, No Smoking."

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean, the view was phenomenal, and our 13 yr old dachschund was able to tag along. We had some elevator issues while we were there, and climbing seven sets of stairs was a bit challenging. However, management stayed on top of it! Two things I think need to be addressed. It definitely needs a new fry pan or two. The ones there were pretty old. But that’s a quick, easy fix. The other is the shower portion of the bathroom needs some work. Mold on shower curtain and around tub surround. The whole area needs an update, though that’s a bit major. Overall, had a wonderful time and loved the vicinity, the view from balcony, and the massive beach area. I would recommend this property.

I will be back! The view is unbelievable!

We have stayed at the Caribbean numerous times over the past 10 years. Once again, we were definitely not disappointed. Condo 703 was styled and decorated beautifully as well as sparkling clean. Bender Realty has always been and continues to be our “go to” for our vacation rentals. The staff are always so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Bender Realty and the Caribbean to anyone.

We had stayed in the Caribbean several years ago. The property has aged and not been maintained. On our first full day the elevator was out for about 6 hours and our condo was on the 7th floor. Not a relaxing day. The next day, we needed an extra parking pass and they made me pay $23 for an extra vehicle to park at Bender parking lot. Seems like they could have comped the parking due to the elevator issue. We will look for different options next year.

This was our third time to book with Bender Realty. The check in was easy and fast. The only complaint is the Master bedroom bed was awful. It is very hard and not comfortable at all. One of the advantages of staying at The Carribean condo is how close you are to the ocean. Once you walk off the boardwalk, you are 10 steps to the ocean.

The process to book with Bender Realty was so easy. The lady I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. It was so nice being able to book a condo that would allow me to bring my little dog. The condo was nice and had a great view. The king size bed was very uncomfortable, so much that one night I slept on the couch and one night my husband slept on the couch. The couch was comfortable but sounded like it was about to break when you would sit on it. Even knowing the situation with the furniture I would stay there again.

We had a great time. Only two complaints. The floor was extremely dirty. If you walked on it barefoot, your feet were black. Also, we could not utilize our beach canopy on the beach in front of the condo. Had to walk a good ways down the beach past the public access boardwalk and then wasn't allowed to put it anywhere except the very back of the beach. The kitchen was small but well stocked. Bedroom has a king size bed. Great view with balcony.

It was really nice. We needed a room for a few days and Caribbean was booked I just happened to see that this room had availability for the days we needed but you can only book 7 day minimum online. I called and they were able to reserve it for us. The location and view were great. We have 3 boys and it was great for what we needed. Plenty of room for what little we stay in the room. One shower was tough for 5 of us but it wasn't bad. Kitchen could use some more basic stuff like measuring cups but other than that it was great. Fridge was nice, A/C was fantastic and the room stayed cool all day. Only complaint we had was the master bed mattress needs updating. its hard as a rock and you can feel the springs. We didnt really use the indoor pool or little gym but we did take advantage of the outdoor pool and the easy access to the beach.

So the location was perfect ... close to town, restaurants and attractions..the property and the unit 703 could all use a little freshening up was perhaps our only thing, but it still all very nice. The unit was comfortable and had everything needed, the view was fantastic . Parking at times seemed to be limited in the small lot, as I believe some on tenants were parking there for day use of the beach and at least once I know a non tenant family came several days in a row and used the pool! But it was’nt a big problem and we always parked close at night. I expected our unit to have a few beach toys & chairs, maybe a beach umbrella, but there was nothing. We bought a few inexpensive chairs a left them for the next guests . Overall we had a great time and may stay here again!!

We have enjoyed many stays at the Caribbean. The common areas are always clean even with the Caribbean being a pet friendly condo. Unit 703 is a little dated and the tile floor needs a deep clean or replacement. The bathroom could be updated but it is functional. The ladies at the Bender office are always very helpful and friendly with any request that is made. We love working with them!!

This is the second time we have vacationed at this condo. Different rooms each time. This time the room was the same except the dished and utensils etc were not as clean as should be. We washed everything before we used it. Outside patio furniture could be a little better for the space. Parking is very limited. Plan on parking across the street if you leave the condo during your stay. Make sure you bring your own dish soap/ hand soap and dish towels.Outside pool was dirty This time. Overall the views Outside are great and on the beach in a minute.

We have stayed in this building several times. This is the first time we used Bender Realty. They are very particular about the condition and cleanliness of the unit, to the point if there was a bulb burnt out to call them immediately. They even checked with us to make sure everything was as we wanted. Bender also manages the building and keeps it spotless. Kudos to the entire team for a well managed property.

Super nice pet friendly unit! We’ve stayed here with and without our pets. Unit is very nice! King sized bed, updated kitchen and bathrooms. Very comfortable during our stay! Very conveniently located to shops, restaurants and BenderRealty office. We’ve never stayed this time of the year ( just before Thanksgiving) and it was very enjoyable. Have already started planning our next trip! We’ve stayed in 2 units at Caribbean and in both units we found it difficult to open balcony door. Nothing that would keep us from staying here though.

This particular condo, while clean, was not the most comfortable we've stayed in. The bed felt like a straw mattress and the sofa/chairs were also uncomfortable. We did enjoy the table and chairs on the balcony. The condo is small, but perfect for two people. This is our second time to rent from Bender Realty and they make it easy!

We found the Carribean 703 apt. as advertised...clean, well-equipped, and delightfully decorated. The bathrooms were quite sufficient for the two of us ,and the kingsize bed very comfortable. We so much enjoyed the beauty of the ocean view and sounds each morning as we awoke, and miss the ocean and this view very much. We felt the price was very reasonable and will book again, if we can for next year. The Bender staff was very friendly, non-intrusive, and we felt always available if needed.

Overall, very good short stay. A great view from the balcony. Unit, could have been a bit cleaner, especially the floors and throw rugs; and shower curtain liner needed replacement. Kitchen utensils lack a coffee scope and had only one sharp dinner knife; only one small spoon. There is no security on the elevators, stairs, or pool. Access/View of the ocean and beach excellent; you will need to bring your own chairs and umbrella for beach, or rent one from the local vendor, which we did.

The room was great! Right on the beach! We stayed at this condo last year as well, just a different room. The only problem we had was someone drilling in a near by room early in the morning, which happened last year as well, but it was only one morning. We have stayed here twice, and plan on staying again. The bender staff is really sweet and helpful! Not a 5 star condo, but we came to be at the beach, not inside the whole time.

Our family of 4 rented Caribbean 703 for Spring Break. It was a great stay and we plan on coming back next year. The building is family friendly and the location makes for a nice walk to The Hang Out, Bahama Bob's, and all the shops. The unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and relax comfortably while watching the ocean from the balcony.

It was a very nice condo. The view was spectacular, especially the sunsets. The mattress was very hard and the stackable washer and dryer could use an update, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed it. We would stay there again.

We have rented from them several times in the past six years and have had a pleasant, relaxing vacation. This particular condo could use some deep cleaning, all in all it's a very nice location - Quick to the beach, quick to go to dinner,(dancing optional), and a quick trip to the ever so famous, Wal-Mart! We stayed for 3 nights in August 2013. You can't beat the location. Close to many restaurants, shops, etc. and not far from outlet mall in Foley. Being right on the beach is awesome and is why we booked this condo rather than a more updated one on the other side of the road. Also loved that there was an indoor and outdoor pool. There were some minor things that could be improved including the overall decor (furniture in living room was not the best quality) and there was just way too much green for my taste! One pillow was stained yellow so we would not use. The shower curtain liner had mildew on it and needs to be replaced. The top bunk did not have a rail or ladder, so we were not comfortable using it. Also looked like the bedding on the bunks has seen better days. It would be nice to have some sort of dresser in the bedroom (maybe in the closet) to store clothes instead of living out of a suitcase. The appliances all worked great, but the washer and dryer are very small and the dishwasher was very loud. But I was glad they were available. For the price, it was not a bad deal and we enjoyed our stay very much.

After reading the mixed reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! It had everything we needed and the fact that it was right on the beach was great! Good - Clean, nicely furnished, well-stocked kitchen.

Not so good - Sleeper sofa was HORRIBLE. Would not have been able to use it the entire week. Toilet in master bath did not flush well, had to hold the handle down until bowl emptied. The dryer quit working and although the repair person showed up within 1/2 hour of our call on Wednesday, it still was not fixed when we left on Friday.

Bad - Renters in 702 were horrible. Since Bender did not rent the unit, nothing can be done to prevent them from renting next year. Police and Condo security assured us they were being evicted due to them throwing beer and cigarettes off the balcony. However, they were not evicted. Very disappointing.

We had everything we needed to cook and clean up after ourselves. We will definitely be returning to the Caribbean. I think everyone has a complaint about the fees that they charge, they are outrageous. I think personally people would rather pay more for the room than see the.crazy charges on the invoice. Also, when I booked the room.i was not informed of the charges, she just have me an ending balance (which was reasonable). Therefore, I felt like they were trying to keep that from me until it was already to late to question the amount. Just ask for a detail of the charges beforehand. This was my first time renting a condo, so I wasnt aware of the process. And lastly they didnt inform me that you have to check-in at a different location than the Condo. My 2 yr old was furious that she had to get back in her carseat. It would have been nice to know ahead of time. Overall, the experience was great, once we got to the condo!!

I was very fortunate to reserve such a great spot at the last minute. My family and I had a great time. The only complaints I have is that the condo was not very clean considering the amount we are charged for the cleaning fee. The condo itself was great, very clean. However, the owner needs to put some type of window covering up in the bedroom. There is a patio light in the breezeway that shines right into the unit making it very difficult to sleep in that bedroom - spent a few nights on the sofa! Other than that the only flaws we found were that the pool was extremely dirty - perhaps an issue with the filter and the elevator was extremely slow - a lot slower than would be expected for a unit with only 8 floors - caused a wee bit of the relaxation of the trip to disappear! Overall it was a great condo in a great location and we will definitely return in the future.

Just what we needed; a week on the GUlf with sunshine and friendly people. THanks for your help. And we were happy to bring some tourist dollars to Gulf Shores on the anniversary of the oil spill. It looks great again. Glad Gulf Shores is back in business.
