"Caribbean unit 304 located at 1057 West Beach Boulevard is the two bedroom, two bathroom tastefully decorated vacation spot you have been looking for! This bright and beach condo has a window in every room, giving you those fabulous beach views. Enjoy fabulous sunsets and the sounds of the crashing waves outside on the wrap around beachfront balcony.

There is a pull out sofa in the living room for extra sleeping space. A large jetted tub and two separate vanities in the master suite add to the indulgent and relaxing atmosphere that this unit provides. With a fully-stocked kitchen boasting a Keurig AND a standard drip coffee maker and full size washer and dryer, you can enjoy all the comforts of home. Your entertainment needs are met with three TVs and WiFi.

The Caribbean complex is in a prime Gulf Shores location, just minutes away from the best dining, shopping and family recreation! With a beach front location there is easy access to daily lounging gulf side, not to mention the indoor AND outdoor pools on the property! Extra amenities include steam room, sauna, exercise room and elevator. Please, no smoking!"

The condo was updated with new countertops, mattresses, sinks and vanities. We have been in this condo building for eight years and love the location, close access to the beach and the view. Bender really does a great job with its customer service. The reps answer all my questions and they always have the condo ready for us when we roll into town.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week. The condo was clean and love being beachfront. Our only issues and concerns were no secured WIFI, parking is limited & tight in front of the building, street sign lighing is lacking and the mattresses could be replaced

We definitely enjoyed staying at the Carribean 304. The condo was perfect,it had everything we needed. Bender Realty was great and very helpful making our vacation awesome. We definitely will be back again. The only thing that needs some attention is the pool and pool area it needs some updating.

This is the perfect location on the beach. It is away from the high-rise resorts. Bender Realty is always so helpful and professional in their customer service. The property is always well-maintained and clean. I would totally recommend this property to friends. I just love being located on the beach.

Our stay in the Caribbean was peaceful and relaxing. Although the entry door did not make a great first impression (damaged and rusted), the unit itself was tastefully decorated and updated, with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. There were a few minor issues with the unit such as chipped paint on the cupboards, chipped countertop, etc, but we didn’t expect perfection. With the exception of the washer, which was very noisy, the unit was very quiet. It was also very clean! The check-in and out were both smooth and easy. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Our condo at the Caribbean was everything we thought it would be and more. We were located on the beach and our room was just a short walk away from the Gulf or from our beach chairs. Bender Reality was amazing, the condo was sufficient enough but beds were horrible, fold out couch was all springs. Furniture was not comfortable. Washer and dryer was nice to have. I’ve stayed on Perdido Beach Blvd and would recommend it 100%. The view was perfect .

Rental experience was great; Bender Realty staff very helpful. Our stay was really perfect for the location on the beach. The pool was awesome!! We also really appreciate a bathroom facility by the pool. While it is a pet friendly condo building (and we knew that going in); we were lucky there were not a lot of barking dogs there the week we stayed. However many showed up on our last night and that being said, we probably would not risk renting this property again.

This unit appears nice at first glance but the furniture is not comfortable for sitting very long. Appliances are noisy, hard to hear TV or difficult to sleep while they are running.

When we arrived, our check in went well, and when we walked into our condo it was all and more than we expected. Ever thing was in good condition and sitting on the deck looking over the ocean was a special site, especially watching the dolphins. We will be back.

This was a beautifully maintained condo that has all necessities for your cooking and day-to-day living needs.
The fitness center was small but adequate The pool was a fantastic size and was well-appointed with regard to its placement next to the boardwalk and with partial shade in late afternoons.
Great stay, easy check-in and-out. Will use Bender Realty again soon.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. Accommodations were wonderful. We utilized the balcony daily. Unfortunately, so did our neighbors who smoked. The prevailing winds brought their smoke onto our balcony, and at times, into our condo. Other than that, though, our stay was wonderful.

My husband and daughter stayed at this particular condo during our summer vacation. We liked it so much, when I saw it was available for the Shrimp Festival I immediately booked it. We tend to like the smaller places. It was in perfect range of the festival for a nice walk.

The condo was clean and situated on a wonderful beach. Both beds were soft. The Bender staff were wonderful to work with. I'd recommend the Gulf Shore west-end area for those vacationers who want a laid-back atmosphere on the beach and in the local restaurants/shops. My sister and her husband who went with us said it was their most restful vacation to date. Love it, and we'll be going there again.

We had a very good stay and week as the weather was great. The staff at Bender were great to work with as we really had no issues to to bring to their attention. The condo itself was nice and had a nice view of the ocean and surrounding areas. Everything we used worked { we are not coffee drinkers so don't know about it} the only item we found uncomfortable was the bed in the master bedroom. It was in my opinion uncomfortable as we woke every morning with backaches, so it may need to be considered for replacement. We did not use the other bedroom so I don't know how that bed slept. The furniture was ok, it would have been nice to have a recliner but we were comfortable with what the unit offered. The unit was clean upon our arrival so no concerns their. We did not bring our pillows and that was a mistake as those at the unit were not comfortable and pretty flat, but that was our fault as we should have brought ours from home. The pool was nice as well and easy access to the beach. Overall the property was clean ,maintained well aging a little but a nice stay. I would rate our experience as a 4.

The only complaint we would have is the mattresses are terribly uncomfortable. A mattress is a big investment but last for many years. Maybe adding an egg crate under a protective mattress cover may help. Also, the living room tv scrambles the picture often. I see this is a complaint...someone is sent and then says nothing is wrong with the tv. Might need to have someone who knows electronics check it out. Love Bender and the time at Caribbean!

Overall the condo was great, our dishwasher was broke and the Cable jack in Living room has issues and the beds were very uncomfortable. But the rest of the room was great and very clean.

I enjoyed the facility not being too big. I never heard any of the other guests at all.
The condo was beautiful. The TV in the living room would start making lines and you would have to turn it off after an hour. Washing machine would not drain all the water out after the spin cycle.

It was was first time seeing the Ocean, and after 3 months of searching for condos I decided to use Bender Realty to book my stay. Caribbean 304 was Perfect for us. Bender Realty was great to work with and gave me peace of mind my vacation would run smooth.We had a wonderful time. looking forward to booking our next vacation. The only change I would make would be the mattress on the master bed. a little to firm, but over all was nice.

Condo is very nice. The shower and the large tub were very nice with great water pressure. Internet wifi and TV worked well. Beach and pool are very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect! The toilet seat in the master bath was broken when we arrived but Bender Realty was great about having it fixed almost immediately. The carpeting had some dirty spots and there were black scratches on some of the walls, but other than that it was fantastic. The outside of the entry door was also dirty and did not create a good first impression; luckily, the inside was a lot nicer.

Keep your expectations in check with any and all properties you book. If you want a 5 stay exclusive access vacation you can get that by simply paying for it. If you want to take your whole family on a relaxing getaway to the beach this is the perfect setup. Kitchen amenities were perfect for breakfast and lunch at the unit and even a few dinners.
The ability to do laundry in the unit is a plus with children.

This unit has direct access and a great view of the beach. The only issue we had of any kind was from the other guests, not the property or its staff.

We'll be back!

The view was just as amazing as the pictures show, they didn't do the whole zoom in so it looks closer than it really is. The condo was beautifully furnished with things I would have in my own home. Plenty of dishes and silverware, it was nice that it wasn't a mismatched mess like some condos I've stayed in. Bender was phenomenal and made checking in and out simple and easy. If we ever visit the area again we will definitely use Bender and very likely the exact same condo if it's available I would recommend them to anyone looking to visit the area.

We stayed here in August 2012 and loved the condo. The view from the balcony is beautiful! This is an end unit with an awesome view of the ocean. The condo is updated with fully stocked kitchen and nice furniture. The master bath is wonderful with jetted tub and double vanities (separate shower). A few things we noticed: The condo carpet needs to be cleaned in the bedrooms, light cover missing over bathroom light in the master bath, toilet running in master bath, balcony door did not lock, washer and dryer doors not on track (swinging). We will definitely stay here again and especially with Bender. The location to the beach and pool were wonderful!!

Our Condo was furnished with very modern furnishings like you want in your home. It was very centrally located, directly on beach, 1.5 miles from Walmart, near restaurants & attractions. Views of the beach were great and the beach itself was great. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool and the kids liked the fitness room. Very family oriented. My only complaint would be the bed in the master bedroom, it was cheap and uncomfortable.

The property was ok. The elevator was not working everyday. There were a few days when it was out most of the day. The condo looked clean but when the kids walked around without shoes you could tell it was not clean. I went and bouight a mop. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay. The rental company was very nice and helpful.

The staff of Bender Reality was great. Easy check-in and very helpful. There was some things I think could have been better see below:

The outside pool had a lot of dirt in it everymorning. I saw guests cleaning the pool out with the net.
2. It said that the condo had 2 queen beds but it really looked like the bed size was full size instead. And they was very hard to sleep on.
3. There isn't enough parking space in the parking lot to park your car. There is extra parking across the road. Some units have reserved parking under the building. The first couple of days the parking across the road was under water due to the rain.
3. The wifi connetion in the unit will kick you off at times.

The condo itself was furnished great very pretty. The big tub was a plus very nice. We enjoyed our stay there but just could have been a little better. It was close to every attraction and eating place we went to.

Our condo was clean and in good shape. A door to the washeer/dryer did come loose while we were there. Would have like a little better selection of utensils (grilling) but made due with what was available. Beds were okay. Furnishings overall were great. 2nd stay at the Caribbean and had a great time again.

Never visited Gulf Shores before. It was exactly what we were looking for. Had a nice trip with are kids. The beach was great and the facility had a lot to offer the kids. We used grill, outdoor pool, indoor pool and workout room. The amenities were great. Would recommend to families or couples.

The view from the balcony was a great! It's a corner unit so you have great views and nice breezes. It was a great spot to eat our meals with the view and sounds of the waves. The balcony table and chairs are very comfortable. The condo is extremely nice - up to date in every way. The kitchen is well furnished - didn't need to bring any extras. The beach is so close. The indoor pool and sauna was warm and a great spot to go after spending day at the beach to relax. This was our first time to stay in Gulf Shores - have stayed in Destin previously. We were very pleased with our stay. The beds are comfortable if you like firm mattresses. It was great to have a full size washer and dryer to wash our beach towels and swim wear. Convenient to shopping, Winn Dixie, Walmart on 180 just east of 59, lots of beach attire shops, etc. We ate at a place called "Cotton's" on Hwy 182 east in Orange Beach - food was exceptional. We also attended Gulf Shores United Methodist Church on Sunday and found everyone there to be very friendly and made us feel welcome as visitors. We brought our bicycles and rode on the nicely paved trails in Gulf State Park. It's a great park and just down the road (Hwy 182 east) a mile or two!

Love the condo decorations and location on the water with the great views.I love your nice, warm pool.

Our family vacations in gulf shores every year for labor day...we have stayed at the Caribbean several times and have always loved it. The room was by far the nicest room we have stayed in...its nice to relax on real furniture other than something wicker. The view was awesome drum our bacony and as always the staff was superb! Well for anybody that will be checking in late, for this particular room and you want to have access to the pool, don't waste your time calling the after hours operator. She will tell you that you can't have access until you have officially checked in during the office hours. Come to find out when we went to wash clothes in our unit we saw a key for the pool hanging in the utility. So, we could have in fact used the pool the first night we arrived. Secondly, make sure if you decide to go during off season, you may want to ask if they will be doing maintenance during your stay. We were awakened every morning with loud noise. Hammering, drilling, things being dragged across floor, etc. Nothing you would enjoy waking you up at 8:00 in morning on vacation! So make sure this is scheduled during your vacation.
