Easy reservation and check in process. House is perfect for a small family. Great location close to the beach access with ample parking. Minimal supplies provided and the kitchen supplies need some updating. Overall a good stay.

Great Little Beach House!!

First of all this location is excellent. Its super quiet and hyou can see the ocean from the balcony! Very short walk to beach and no one next to you. The rooms are big and spacious. The decor is dated but functional. The chairs in the living room are just not comfortable at all. The couch is comfortable enough, but the cover they keep on it to save the couch from messes or whatever gets all scrunched up and looses its purpose because its too small. The cabinets are full of dishes that arent used. There are just too many. We had to move stuff into another cupboard just to fit pantry items in somewhere. We had to hand wash everything because the dishwasher never worked, but it wasnt the end of the world. The kids beds were just fine because my kids dont care. But the king sized bed was so uncomfortable, I had back pain by the end of the week. And its sitting on a piece of wood that kept popping out and gouging my leg. I loved the bathrooms, nice and clean and spacious, and the showers had great water pressure and never ran out of hot water. I loved the makeup remover towels and the other towels were very clean and there were a lot of them, which I appreciated with all my kids. Also the linens were very clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer worked great, I did a load or two every day! The driveway and underneath of the house are clean and spacious. We were able to have family park in the driveway for beach time, that was very nice of the owners. The Owners do live right next door and will have no problems coming out and asking you questions. Felt a little uncomfortable feeling like they were watching us but honestly they only came out like three times. But they were kind and again allowed us to have family use the driveway for beach time during the day. They appreciated my husband knocking on the door to ask if we could have cars park there. The yard is big and clean and the kids were able to play. There is a nice shower for feet and body right at the base of the stairs, we really enjoyed this feature. We were able to keep a ton of beach stuff right there under the house and still had room for all the cars. Overall we had a really nice stay at this house and would definitely stay there again, I just might have to bring a mattress topper for the bed.

Our first visit to Gulf Shores and the location and house were great! Nothing fancy about the house but such an easy walk to the beach made up for only the bare necessities of the house.

The unit is spacious and a great location for walking to the beach. Parking under the house was great for hot days or loading the car in the rain. The deck on three sides was nice! Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Updates in the kitchen are needed for cabinets but supplies were available for use.
Communication was easy and timely.

Property is well located and short walk to the beach. Furnishing are very dated. Kitchen is not well stocked. Overhead fans are noisy and not balanced. Ice maker does not work. Could be a great property with some actual investment and paying attention to the details.
