Welcome to Palm Harbor - a private gated community offering the best of both worlds! This 3 story, 4 bedroom and 3.5 bath house accommodates ten guests. It has a 48 fot designated boat slip on Cotton Bayou and deeded beach access across Perdido Beach Blvd. Guests have access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and its pristine white sandy beaches. Amenities include a community swimming pool, tennis courts, club house, and BBQ area. This beautiful 3000 sq ft (under the roof) house has two wraparound porches offering private balcony space from the living area and most bedrooms.

The main floor has a greatroom with french doors leading to the balcony overlooking the Bay. The open house plan includes a fully-furnished kitchen and dining room and a laundry room with a full-sized stacked washer and dryer. The master bedroom with its private balcony has a king bed and walk in closets. The master bath has a garden tub and separate shower.

The downstairs second master bedroom has an en suite bathroom, king bed, closet, and another private balcony overlooking the water. The third floor has a private bedroom with a queen bed and full bath. In the kids' room is a double bed and single day bed with a pull out trundle. There is also an additional juvenile bed.

Additional point of interest: This lovely home is located right on the Cotton Bayou biking trail. This paved 15 mile multi-purpose "trail system" consists of six interconnected trails. Guests can bike through six distinct ecosystems, riding over cool creeks, a salt water marsh, sand dunes, and fresh water swamps.
