Here's a list of the most commonly asked questions about our rental properties. If you can't find the answer here or in our policies, please use our contact form and we'll answer any questions you may have.

Q. What do we bring?
A. Sunscreen, beach towels and groceries (including paper products). You will enjoy the benefit of having a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, and coffee maker.

Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Our accommodations do not allow pets, but keep in mind there are places nearby to board your pets if you have the need.

Q. Do you have non-smoking units available?
A. Yes, we have units designated non-smoking.

Q. When may we check-in?
A. Check in is at 3:00 PM, and our offices close at 5:00 PM.  Arrangements may be made for a late arrival, please call ahead (if possible).

Q. What time is check-out?
A. Check out is by 10:00 AM.

Q. What do we need to do prior to check-out?
A. Before checking out, we ask you to make sure the dishes are washed and put away, the trash is removed and placed in a proper receptacle, and the keys are returned by check-out time.

Q. May we bring our boat?
A. Most of our rental units do not have space to park boat trailers and/or jet skis, etc. Please call ahead to verify parking availability if you have a desire to bring a boat or jet skis.

Q. What about amenities?
A. The amenities will vary with each property.  Most properties offer a pool, and are either on the beach or offer beach access.  Some properties offer a children's pool, poolside hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room, indoor heated pool, outdoor heated pool, and more.

Q. What is the view like? Will I be able to see the beach from our condo?
A. Beachfront condos offer a direct view of the gulf.

A Beachview condo offers a limited gulf view.  Units have either a good, angled or partial view of the gulf.

A Beachside condo has no view of the water, but is on the beach side of the street, so that you do not have to cross the street to get to the gulf.

A Gulf oriented condo is not on the beach, but will offer beach access.

Lagoon front condos directly face the lagoon, which is across the street from the beach.
