  I would stay at this condo again. The only things I did not like about this room was the mattress was really old need replacing and both bathrooms was in the bedrooms. For the price it was not that bad if only 4 people stay.

  The Bender Realty staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful. There were a few minor problems but they were cleared up as soon as they were brought to their attention. The property is being upgraded to their standards and items fixed and added to enhance everyone's stay. We enjoyed our week and hope to return again.

  We liked the overall condo property but were not impressed with our particular unit. There was only one small TV and the remote did'nt work. There was no clock in the cono at all and very poor lighting. We were unable to cook much because the kitchen did not have the proper utensils and cookware. We loved the swings outside and the pool was good. It was only a short walk to the beach.

  The location is Great,very close to sea and suds however, the unit itself needs some work.The refrigerator looks really old and froze all our food(milk,drinks,eggs,ham ,everything!) and the temp was set on 3, so when we woke up we had to go out for food. Everything in the unit is basically old and out dated. Looks like mold is in the ceilings and they tried to paint over it.There is only ONE Tv about a 19 which is out dated, no clocks anywhere! No Free wifi inside but I did pick up some on the balcony, no working phone either.Sofa bed and some other furniture is pretty worn too.Overall its like staying at a cheap hotel except at a higher coffee filters,no salt,pepper,no nothing! So bring your own everything. The door lock doesn't have any extra security chains for locking the door when your in bed only the one lock on the door knob. Also there is only one elevator and it is very slow.
