That was our second time staying at Surfside Condos and we will definitely go back again. Very relaxing vacation!!
We loved staying at Gulf Shores, waking up to the sound of the waves crashing onto the beach...Bender Realty is number 1 in our book. We would gladly rent through them again. The only complaints we have are as follows...the hinge on the living room door is broken, as noted by several other visitors. The door in the master bedroom does not open. Overall, 2202 feels cluttered. There seems to be an excessive amount of accessories in the unit itself which makes it seem small (added to all of the luggage we brought). Thank you for a great stay!
The only complaint that we have is the floor was extremely dirty. The minute we walked in our feet were black. I am not sure the floor had been mopped in a while. We have a 10 month old that is crawling. His feet and knees were filthy. Other than that the condo was awesome. Great view, great location, nice decor. We will stay again.
Had a wonderful stay and would go back again, great view of the ocean. The balcony door in the living room was coming off its hinges and a few blinds were missing other than that everything was great.
We hadn't been the beach in almost 4 years. We had a great time and will definitely return next year.

The unit was not as clean as it should have been. The floors were very dirty and the appliances were dirty also.
Loved the condo..the only thing I did not like was the blinds in the master bed room were torn and I did feel like I had privacy.
2202 is in need of some TLC. There was some wallpaper/drywall damage. We felt for $1500.00 it should have had a better visual appeal. Also there was a limited number of utensils or what was there look as if someone had used them as screw drivers. When we arrived there was sand on the floor. We understand that sand is part of the beach, but hopefully when you arrive at a condo, someone has at least cleaned the floor. The vacumn cleaner at this condo was pretty much useless. A vacumn designed for tile floors would have been a step in the right direction. The patio furnture was in sad shape. Again, for 1500.00 dollars you would have expected better. Compared to 2302 which our daughter stayed in, 2202 was like staying at a motel 6. I would recommend staying at this location but not in unit 2202.
My family had a great time in gulf shores i enjoyed my stay at surf side although if you are looking for a kiddie pool this is not for you they advertise a kiddie pool but it is 2and half feet deep and that is not good for a todler. the place could have been a lot cleaner
The overall propery was nice. Our condo was a little simplistic, but for the price it was a value. It was fun and we'll be back again.
Although the condo unit was not a 5 star unit the ladies at Bender Realty are more than a 5 star group. They were very nice, informative, helpful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We had a couple of mishaps but they were very willing to correct them and work with me concerning all the problems that occurred.
The room was Okay, but the sofa bed was horribly uncomfortable and the kids weren't able to sleep on it which posed a problem. Also the shower curtain in the main bathroom had mold on it which was gross.
Compared to mine and my families stay in the past with you guys this stay was dissatisifying. The condo itself was dirty. We could not go barefoot in the condo without our feet being black immediately. The door to the balcony was broken and the dryer did not work. I will not recommend this particular condo to anyone. We love the location of Surfside and the employees at Bender, but this stay was a little disheartening.
