The location was great. The sunset's and sunrises were amazing. The only thing that we would change was the metal guard infront of the patio door, was a trip hazard. If it could have been removed while the condo was occupied and put back when vacant. Also, the TV needed to be upgraded. We would stay there again.
Housekeeping need to do a better job,as well as guest upon leaving unit.Other than that everything was great. Bender staff was great 5 star plus.Also propertymaintenance was 5 star as well.great.
This was the first time that I ever rented a condo versus a hotel, I was nervous , scared of being "taken", I am so pleased - competely 100%,and will never go the hotel route again.The location was perfect, the unit itself was beautiful and had more amenities than I could have hoped for. The Bender staff helped me with directions . Check in was quick and painless, check out even easier. New photos were placed on the website days before our stay, eveything was beautiful, i recommend this realtor to everyone , and this condo - Bluewater 902 as well. I, and my family could not have been more pleased. 5 stars doesn t begin to explain it, and yes we are looking at dates for next year.
I have stayed in other condos managed by teams. This condo ROCKED! No complaints. Will book again for next year.
The tub in the master bath was really dirty and the towel rack was held together by duct tape - it could have been cleaner but overall it is a great place to stay - great beach - would love to do it again .
Everything about my stay was awesome; from the indoor/outdoor pool to the beachfront location. I give it a 10 on a scale of 1 to 10. Will visist again. :)
Might consider putting a thick, open-patterned mat for added traction in front of the rise-off areas that are used when coming from the beach. The walk way is very slippery from everyone rinsing off, and I slipped and fell on my hip & absorbed the fall with my arm and shoulder; I'm still sore and it's been (4) days since my fall. I'm not the 'suing' type, but the next person may not be so understanding.One minor observation; our shower curtain had mold growing on it as well. Lastly, the metal strip that ran along the base of the sliding door was missing a screw in the middle section that whould have bolted it to the base of the door securely. We were constantly getting something snagged on the loose metal strip, or tripping over it, since it would fly back when the door was slid open. We used a velcro tie we had to secure it in place. We later found a screw in the drawer over from the dishwasher, that looks like it would have fit, but obviously, we were lacking the tools to repair. Everything else was great; we will definitely be interested in returning.
The staff at Bender Realty were the most pleasant and helpfull staff that I have come accross throughout my traveling experience. Furthermore, there were a few things minor things that needed replaced in the condo and they were amazingly prompt to fix it. I would like to say thank you to the staff for making our stay so pleasant.
The staff at Bender Realty was excellent. Everything went as planned. There were no unexpected hoops to jump through. The condo was wonderful. Thanks for helping our first family vacation to be wonderful!
Was disappointed the sanua was not working during our 7 day stay. The indoor pool was a lot of fun in the evening and on cool days.
I rented this condo for my daughter and her friends as a college graduation gift at Spring Break 2007. I was at gulf shores in September of 2006 when I stopped in the Bender rental office to put down a deposit. The person I spoke to was very nice and assured me that my daughter and her friends (all over 21 years old) would have no problem checking in. When they arrived at Bender to pick up the keys (the fee was paid in full by check) my daughter, who is not easily intimadated, was very embarrased by how she was treated. My daughter said the person that checked them in stated that they would be responsible for any damage and was not going to give her the key because they did not have a credit card number. My daughter reached me on my cell phone and I gave someone my cresit card number. The person I spoke to on the phone said she thought I would be there to check in. I made this very clear when I made the deposit that I would not be there. I have vacationed in gulf shores for the last 15 years. I usually rent from Kaiser and have no problems. I spent alot of money for my daughter's gift. She and her friends had a great time and enjoyed their stay. I am not sure if I will rent from Bender again. At the time I had decided not to make a big deal about this issue, but since you asked.......
Over all the unit was standrad. Little things like paper towels, extra toliet paper, and extra towels would be a nice touch to the over all experience. Bluewater was nice, but I've been to much nicer units for the same or less price.
