We stayed in 2B, 08-08-09 thru 08-13-09. Our condo was great. The beds were so comfortable, we even checked the labels to see what kind they were. The location of the Sandpiper Condos was perfect for our needs. A small clothes basket and a shelf in the bathroom cabinet would be a nice little extra something. We are planning on coming back as soon as we can and we consider 2B, our home away from home. Thanks Bender Realty!!

Air conditioner went out on last night. Several maintenance calls to answering service went unanswered. Maintenance arrived next morning to fix during checkout. Bender Reality had contacted us before we arrived home by email and more than made it right. Things can and do happen. We highly recomend Bender Reality and the Sandpiper Condo and Thank them. We've stayed there for several years and will be there next year. The best condo on the beach!!!
A Great rental property. WE always have a great time and look forward to returning. A beautiful area to kick back and enjoy. We also have other family members and friends who rent units at the same time, which makes for a great renunion. Already looking forward to next yeaar. I can still here the waves from the gulf. See ya'll next year!!!!!!!!
The Sandpiper is a dying breed of quaint family vacation spots, we plan to come back every year for years to come. What great memories we are building for our children.
The response to a problem was very quick. Getting the heater to work on the pool. That was greatly appreciated.
Last October was our first visit to Gulf Shores. We loved it! The property was very clean and well kept. Our condo was decorated beautifully. The people that we met there were very friendly. We plan to come back soon for another vacation. Gulf Shores has become one of our favorite family vacation spots.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO AND FULLY FURNISHED. WE HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES, BUT I BELIEVE THIS WAS THE BEST.
Love this place it is great. Security guard could calm down a little. I know she is there for the protection of everyone and to help keep the peace when things go wrong. However, in my opinion she was just a little over zealous.
The TV remote in our unit did not work. We were given a new one, which also did not work. My husband and I got stuck in the elevator, which resulted in calling the fire department. I was just glad none of my grandchildren were with us when this happend. It was a very bad experience for me. Please have it checked! If I ever stay again, I will not ride that elevator!
