  I stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with 2 elementary age boys. The layout was perfect for what we needed. Parking was under cover and carts were available to move luggage. The building is older but in great condition. There is a short walk across the street to the beach.

  The beach access was easy to find. The unit was clean however it could use some updating.

  We have stayed in Gulf Shores five times and each time have stayed at a different location. We have stayed at Sugar Beach, Gulf Village, Casa Del Sol, Seacrest and now Sea Breeze. If I have to rate in order of perference I would place Sea Breeze last. The unit is really showing its age and could use some serious updating. Several other units in the complex have ceramic tile in the main walking paths and I think that would help this unit alot. A little TLC would really help this unit.
