Great rental, great location, great vacation.
We plan on visiting Gulf Shores two more times this summer. It would be very good if Bender Realty gave discounts for visiting again within the year since other rental agencies there do. The condo was really big to be only one bedroom. We stayed in a two bedroom this fall that was even smaller than this one! Elevator is slow but acceptable.
We enjoy our stay and will probably be back real soon. We love the condo veryroomy for us. Thank you, Gina

We enjoyed our visit very much. I was really worried about the 4th floor because my dad has trouble with stairs but the elevator was wonderful. The condo was beautiful with most things we needed. It would have been nice to have mats at the door to wipe our feet and a pitcher to make tea, along with some containers with lids, not a big deal but bothersome when you are trying to work in the kitchen. The bed was comfortable, plenty of extra blankets, the balcony was wonderful. The overall experience was outstanding.
The staff at the Bender office was very helpful and friendly. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. The one amenity that could be improved in this unit was the outside furniture. I think I would have enjoyed my stay more if there was comfortable seating to enjoy the beautiful view.
The amenities were lacking. Did not like the tile through out the unit, some rugs would have been nice.
