Effective Monday, April 27, 2009, the Clearwater pool will need to be closed for approximately two weeks.  New Concepts Construction Services, Inc. has set up scaffolding to begin work on the south side of the building. 

 

Scope of work: Clean, rework stucco as required, reseal caulking as required, prime and paint the south face of Clearwater, including the balcony walls and ceilings.

 

Check and secure balcony hand rails as required. 

The project is scheduled to be complete in approximately two weeks.
