Conveniently located at the heart of Gulf Shores, with 12 restaurants under a mile away, as well as shopping and entertainment just minutes away. With only 12 units at the Windjammer complex, you’ll have access to a great lounger at the swimming pool. The beautiful white sandy beaches of Alabama’s Gulf coast are less than half a mile away, with convenience to public beach access approximately 1 mile away, wide bike path, and boat launch. Enjoy all that Gulf Shores has to offer while having an economical stay.

This was my daughters first trip to the beach. I was wanting it to be a good family vacation. Although, others did not make it. It was a great trip. The staff at bender were very helpful. Even trying to find us a church for Sunday when we departed. If and when i go back to Gulf shores again. I will be renting there, or with them again. Could not ask for a better staff. Regards, Roger

We absolutely love this place! Beautiful inside and out with plenty of room for our family. Perfect location, close to the beaches, parks, restaurants, and shopping. We had such an amazing time and would stay here again! Bender was a great host and responsive to all of our needs.

Our stay at Bender properties was outstanding! The condo we rented was clean and very accommodating! All the women who helped with our stay and any question I had were very helpful and super polite. We ended up staying an extra night and they were so nice and always prompt with communications. I would highly recommend booking with Bender to anyone traveling to Gulf Shores!

We really liked this little condo! Very pretty inside! Location was also good.
The only problem we had at all was ants, and it honestly may be a hard problem to control with the location unsure. Overall we loved the little place and would stay there again!

Apologies for the ants; they've been taken care of, and pest control is treating the property, inside and out, on a regular basis.
