  We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice. only had one problem. The whirlpool tub leaked really bad. Otherwise, everything was perfect!!! Will be back again and will call you all when I plan to come.

  We have stayed in condos with Bender for over 14 years now and have always been happy. The people in the office are amazing and always very helpful. I love dealing with them. The places we stay are always amazing, we have stayed in many places, this condo

  Loved the spacious condo and master suite. The pools, beach access and porch overlooking the beach were our favorites. The excercise room was nice as well. My husband enjoyed putting that to good use.

  Property location was wonderful. Pool and property were nice. Our unit was nice but could have been cleaner. Floors were really dirty, we wore shoes the entire week in the unit. Housekeeping came to reclean but with the entire unit being tile there was not much change after recleaning. I believe only the main hallway was recleaned. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utencils but they were also dirty. Sleeper sofa needs to be replaced. Thankfully the kids didn't the mind the sofa but an adult would have a long vacation trying to sleep on it. Maintenance was very friendly, accomodating and corrected the problem with the air conditioning quickly. Since I was traveling with my kids it was important that my teenagers were not in the unit alone during any repairs & cleanings. I really appreciate the effort made to keep me informed when they needed to enter the unit. Management was very friendly and I believe they really tried to correct the problems with our unit. I would recommend this property because I believe that management will take the time to fix the cleaning problems and the property was beautiful. Watching the dolphins play from our balcony was spectacular!

  bedroom did not work(we bought new batteries to see if it would work,but it didn't work.The second bedroom light over the bed did not work.The condo was a nice place to stay and we would love to come back.Maybe next time it will be cleaned better!!!Since the oil was just coming in the day that we left,we still enjoyed our vacation.If there are any properties that are being deeply discounted we could maybe come back sooner than we had planned to. We love the beach and we don't neccessary have to get in the water,we enjoy the pool much more.Please feel free to email us if you have anything that would be Beachfront and 2 bedrooms that is being rented out a lot cheeper because of the oil spill,please email me with your information.   The elevator broke at least 4 times during our stay. Which was hard since we were on the 5th floor. Our condo was very nice, but the kitchen was not very stock with the usual things, my two sister in laws rooms both had a lot more stuff. It wasn't a big deal since we ate out alot, but if we had plan to eat dinners in it would have been a problem. Overall I would come back and recommend this property to everyone that asked.

  The Caribbean was great. The only complaint was the outside pool was not heated. Another guest said he put in a request to have it fixed but it never warmed up when we were there. Other than that, it was all good.

  Loved it ... will go back to same unit if avail. The Children thought it was great and ready to return. I cooked Thanksgiving dinner and didn't miss a thing in the kitchen. Very well stocked.

  my stay was mostly good .two pproblems arose due to unsupervised kids.one instance ,a teen set fire to our beach towels.this could have been serious had i not spotted the smoke coming from the towels.the second problem concerned kids throwing ice from the fifth floor into the pool.luckly no one was hurt.both room numbers of the kids were reported to bender.we are waiting on a reply concerning these incidents.good place to stay but kids unsupervised can cause problems.overall the stay was good.

  We really enjoyed our stay. As far as the amenities goes, I tried to go to the gym and work out located on the 1st floor and it was locked when I tried to get in. So that was really disappointing! Everything else was fantastic!
