  Our room was in the perfect spot! We were looking for a place that wasn't so crowded. And this was it!! We were able to walk to the pier to fish daily. It was just the perfect spot. The view was wonderful. It was neat to see the Dolphins swim by. The security
  officer at Royal Palms was so helpful, our parking ticket flew out the window. Bender was going to charge us another $15 fee for another one. But the security officer was able to give us one. That was our only complaint. I wish they would make the parking
  ticket able to hang from the rear view mirror. Something other than just a piece of paper that easily flies out of the window when you open the window. We even put it in the floor board so it wouldn't fly out, and it still flew out. Other than that incident,
  it was perfect!!!

  We have stayed at the Royal Palms for the last 5 years in different condos. This one was decorated very nicely and it was extremely convenient that the owner let us use the closet out in the main room for coolers and beach supplies. Previous units have had it locked. It made a big difference not having to trip over our stuff while we were in the room! The sheets and towels were clean, but when I started looking around there was a lot of hair on the floor in the corners. I expect a little sand, but not hair! We had to pull out the vacuum and do a quick sweep ~ the last thing I want to do on my vacation! Overall was very nice and we would stay again. Hopefully next time will be a little cleaner. Thanks!

  Loved that the property was not too big and that it offered an indoor and outdoor pool. Since the property was located just before the State park, the size of the crowds on the beach were perfect. Also, we were close enough that it was just a short drive to all the attractions in Gulf Shores. Would definitely stay there again.

  Bender Realty was very professional. We had an issue with the hot water heater. I simply called and it was repaired within a few hours while we hung out on the beach. RP 503 is a small but very welcoming condo. Very nicely decorated! The on-site security guard was very personable and professional. No complaints whatsoever from my family! The hot tub, indoor pool and sauna were great! The weather didn't allow us to use the outdoor pool, as the temps were too cool. We will stay at RP again next year. Loved the location!!! Thanks!

  Everything about our stay was exceptional. The condo meet all of our needs, the view was perfect, the location was perfect, the amenities were just right, and the property was well maintained. Royal Palms will be our first consideration on our next trip to Gulf Shores.

  The condo room was very clean and furniture was very nice and updated. The bed in master was comfortable but would have been better if king vs. queen. When we arrived there were only small tar balls and water/beach open w/ just swim advisory. The condo assoc taped off the large deck to the beach. I called about it and they did remove the tape. They provided Dawn, a scrub brush, and gojo wipes at the outside showers. It would be great to have twice as many lounge chairs at the pool (and there's room for that). There were only 8 and sometimes completely full so that makes for a bad experience at the pool. Overall we enjoyed the stay and the condo.

• Great Unit with all the cooking tools one needs. The only thing which would added to the comfort would be to sharpen the knives. My wife and I cook while on vacation rather then eat out. But we got by.

  We learned about steam rooms during this stay and really, really enjoyed the steam room at RP. Our last night there we opened up the balcony doors to hear the waves and ocean sounds all night long. Was just great. Appreciated the on site security and someone there cleaning common areas daily.

  The location of Royal Palms is fantastic. Being right next to the state park and with Royal Palms not being one of the MASSIVE condos the beach was not crowded and we did not have to fight for beach space.
  
  The only two negatives were that the hall bathroom was not as clean as we would have like and the deadbolt on the door was very difficult to get unlockled. It would sometimes take several minutes to be able to get the door unlocked which got pretty frustrating.
  
  All in all we had a great time.

  Stayed in a one bedroom condo. Bedroom was located by walkway which was very noisy. Had to sleep on sofa bed in living room. Dryer and dishwasher were extremely loud. Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

  the only reason that I would not choose Bender Realty in the future is the fact that after paying for our condo we had to pay $37.00 to be allowed to park our vechicle on the premises. I did not feel that this was reasonable.

    Fees for vehicle parking registration are determined by the condo owners association. This type of fee is very common in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Bender Realty, the rental manager, is required to collect the fees at check-in for the association. Parking fees are quoted at the time a reservation is booked, and included in the itemized deposit confirmation.

  This was our second time to visit Gulf Shores and stay at Royal Palms unit 503. We LOVE it! The unit is very nice and comfortable and the property is awesome! We love it because its the last one in the row of condo's and its not crowded on the beach. Gulf Shores is a great get away for the family. We love it and we love Royal Palms (503) and we will be back again...soon we hope! Oh and my 7 year old loves the indoor and outdoor pools...they are very nice!

  I can't praise this vacation enough! The condo was immaculate, exactly as pictures, in a perfect location and was just right for our family. What a beautiful thing to see your 5y, 3y, and 9month old have such a great time! When the baby needed to rest, I could still watch the older ones enjoying themselves with Dad from the balcony!! We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are booking another trip before the summer ends!!!
  If I have one request, PLEASE fix the lock on the is impossible to open with either key we had. I could not open it myself. Otherwise, see you again in August, Bender!

  We loved staying at the Royal Palms, and were very happy with how quiet the beach 's nice being right next to the state park area. One thing that we didn't realize until after we were there for a couple of days was that we needed to have paper goods--toilet paper being an essential. The only toilet paper there was what was on the roll. That's not a complaint, just a fact for vacationing in a condo, I guess. We wished we could have stayed one more day, but we had to return to reality...

  There was mold in the master bedroom window. We called the rental company and it was cleaned but I was a little uncomfortable with it. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. The view was great, beach beautiful white sand. Quiet location, bunk beds are fine for small kids, but not teens. Kitchen and living area were great! Easy location to get around.

  The ONLY reason I was displeased was because the water in the indoor pool was hot! Too hot to swim or exercise. I could only wade around in the shallow end for a few minutes, and then sit on the edge of the pool to catch my breath. It would have been dangerous for anyone with high blood pressure.   My husband and I stayed in Royal Palms 503. When we walked in we noticed how bright this unit was and the view was great. The bathroom could have used a little more attention but overall it was very nice and would recommend it to anyone. We will hopefully be back again! The people at Bender Realty was very helpful, only had to call them one time about the A/C unit filter, and they had someone out within 1 hour. Parking was great, convenience to everything was terrific!

  Great condo, very clean and the queen size bed was very comfortable. The bunk beds were great for our kids, but a larger person might feel uncomfortable sleeping there. Check in and out was very quick.
