  Overall very happy, could have been a little cleaner. We had hair all over the sheets on the bed and fake rose petals on and under the sofa bed. But every one at Bender reality was very friendly. The condo was in good condition. We would stay there again.

  We had a great time, the room was perfect for our little retreat! We enjoyed all the following attractions: Mini-golf, the Track, walking on the beach, going to Fort Morgan, eating at some of our favorite restaurants, Sea-N-Suds, Hazel's and Lulu's. We enjoyed going to the Wharf, and had fun creating gifts at "Build-A-Bear." Already making plans for the next time! Bender Realty is the Best!

  The condo was exactly what we needed for our beach vacation. Even though the sofa bed and some of the cabinets showed their age, the kitchen, pools, and location made up for those small problems. We would definitely stay here again.

  We loved staying a Sugar Beach condos. The condo was very clean just needed a little updating. Everyone there was so nice - very family oriented. We enjoyed the Sugar Shack where you could get drinks, snacks, and food right by the pools - GREAT IDEA!!! We plan to vacation at Sugar Beach condos again in the future!!!

  Hide a bed in couch was a joke. Could not even use it. there were no trash bags in the kitchen for us to use. there was no internet access.

  Overall we had a wonderful time! Our room was comfortable, but it was in need of a makeover. The walls were scratched and needed to be repainted and the bathrooms needed a remodel. The pools and beach access were great!

  My friends and I truely enjoyed our stay at Sugar Beach and I would recommend this place. Our only issue was the sleeper sofa should be replaced--very uncomfortable but other than that all was good.

  Our weekend trip was wonderful at Orange Beach despite all the bad publicity of the oil spill. There was not one drop of oil or any tar balls seen at Sugar Beach Condos. We even played in the ocean both days. The condo was roomy, clean, and conveinently located. Loved the access to 3 swimming pools. The staff/security at Sugar Beach was very friendly and stayed on top of their jobs. Felt very secure there. Bender Reality staff were super nice and very helpful with all the reservations, check-in, and check-out. I will definitely consider Sugar Beach again.

  We truly enjoyed our "get-away" at Sugar Beach. The common areas were exceptionally clean and the Sugar Shack was a hit. We could not have asked for better accomodations than those in Unit 329. We will stay here again!!!

  My wife's comment was Cute for the condo! I thought it was very efficient and well laid out! I thought the beach was much closer than the pictures indicated. In times like these it was great to see the entrance was protected by well trained and mannered guards. Being able to park our vehicle in a well kept out-of-sunlight parking area was fantastic! Never had to get in a hot car, because it was always in the protection of the garage. Four great pools. Fast elevators! Plenty of carts to load all our luggage, etc. in! Planning another trip in about three months! Thanks for the fun we had!!!

  This is a great place to stay whether you have a family, or just want a romantic getaway. Very clean and secure and the location ROCKS!!! The pools are fantastic. You'll feel like you're in the tropics.

  It would be nice to have more trash cans available throughout the building. Eventhought the unit itself was cute and charming, the common areas lacked atractives, decorations etc.
  Unit 329 need new paint and it would be very helpful if you can provide more trash bags. The sofa bed is uncorfortable for adults to sleep in, but younger kids will do fine on it.

  Sugar Beach is our favorite place to stay at in Orange Beach. The condos are nice and cozy and always clean. It has a nice family atmosphere. It is also nice to have the Sugar Shack to grab a quick snack by the pool or take back to the beach.

  I would say that the accommodations were what I expected based on the price. It was a good value for the money spent. Unit was slightly dated, but okay. Beach access and pool area was nice. Parking was a little tight for an SUV. It is somewhere I would consider staying again.
