  The unit was very nice. We had a fantastic time and the condo was perfect for our needs. The balcony was the best part of the unit...very big and comfortable to sit on and enjoy the ocean below. I would recommend this unit to friends and family!

  The condo was very nice and had everything we needed and more. The only thing was the carpets. There was potato chips in the dining,living and master bedroom. It is a rental so my suggestion is get rid of the carpet. Tile, wood or even vinyl would be easier to clean and more user friendly. The a/c filter needed changing. The vacuum cleaner bag was over filled. Everything else was very clean. I would stay again in this condo. Great location to everything. The beaches are still great.

  Great building and facility. Room was a little stale from not being rented for a few weeks. Furnishings need upgrading. Need a larger TV in living room. Even with all of that, the stay was great. Large balcony, plenty of space in the unit. We would rent it again.

  This was a 3 generation family vacation. Our grandchildren are ages 6, 3 and 3. Everyone had a great time at the beach, the pool and in the condo. The condo wasn't new but it was in good condition. There were plenty of groceries, restaurants and activities in easy driving distance. We can't wait to do it again!

  Nice, clean, well kept. Nice landscaping, pool, fitness, and hot tub areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay at Windward again.

  Overall the unit appeared dated, the carpet needs to be replaced, it is soiled and spotted in several areas. A towel rack fell off the wall in one of the bathrooms. I was a little irritated that when you pay over $200 bucks a night you run out of tissue, what's with no extra tissue? The neighbors above were extremely noisy, at 4 and 5 in the morning they were loud, laughing and someone, not sure if it was the folks upstairs were shooting fireworks. It was just very loud during the night. We have stayed at Windward Pointe before and the other unit was much nicer, just don't care to stay in 804 again. Thanks!

  The only thing negative is we lost a key to the condo unit. Later found the key. Was told I had to pay 25.00 for it when we left and I did. I was told I would recieve a refund for the key if we later found it in our lugage and if we mailed it back to them. I had conformation from the post office they did get the key back but to this day I still do not have my 25.00 refund.
