  My family and I needed a break from chemo and radiation. The staff made sure the condo was super clean and ready for me. The size of the condo was larger than most 2 bedrooms. We were content with our stay and did not want to leave. The staff at Bender made you feel welcome. We hope to stay here again. We have stayed in this area since 1985 and found the condo and staff wonderful.

  The condo was beautiful, tastefully decorated, amply stocked, and it provided the perfect beach experience to complete our beach wedding on May 28th down the road at Perdido State Park (Florida side). My new husband and I have a home in Nokomis Florida that we rent through VRBO and so we could appreciate the experience from an owner's perspective as well. The owners of this condo have done an outstanding job in caring for their property and it shows. Thanks for adding to the wonderful weekend.

  Ideal location, excellent beachfront. Close to the cove (sometimes called "Alabama Point"). Great for watching dolphins, manta rays, and plenty of shore birds. Perfect beaches. Easy walking distance to Florida. Comfortable and secure property!

  This smaller property is just right - not too big and you don't have to walk very far to get to the beach and water. Big condos, great location and security to get int he condo make it an ideal place for a visit.

  We have rented various condos near our favorite beaches for years, and this is the first one that felt more like a home than a rental property. It was wonderful, and the rental staff was extremely helpful.
  A few minor problems:
  the master bath would not stopper, and thus could only be used for showers, not baths.
  Both towel bars in the master bathroom fell with the slightest touch.
  Otherwise, the furniture was comfortable and attractive, and the kitchen was a well-stocked dream! We plan to reserve this exact same condo for our next trip to the beach.

  The only two issues encountered were 1)The door handles to the balcony sliding doors were loose. I tightened them myself but the attachment is too light for such heavy doors.
  2) Ants are working in the bathroom. Probably not uncommon for the area.
  Other than that everthing was good.

  Dead love bugs inside condo and on balcony.
  Windows so dirty we washed so we could see view
  Refrig. drawers full of water
  Refrig missing/damaged leg...tilted every time opened
  Bath faucet dripped
  Comode ran till jiggled handle
  Ice maker broken
  Sliding door from bedroom VERY hard to open
  We've stayed in other units in Perdido Quay and been happy with them. We won't stay in this one again.

  I requested this unit because I like it so much. This was our second stay here this summer and hope to stay there every time we go. Doc the property manager was pleasant as always and the perople at Bender couldn't be nicer. I wish their office was closer to the Orange Beach area. Unfornately our stand was cut short by Gustav but we hope to return soon.

  the manager was very unfreindly you would have thought you were staying at the white house the way he acted and some of the woman owners. you can tell renters are not welcome at perdido quay!

  We loved our condo and the beach. It was so nice and relaxing. I feel like it is a hidden prize somewhere in Alabama. The only issue we had was with the property manager on site. He was rude when we arrived and the first time we walked out to go to the beach he read us the riot act about the rules (we are in our mid thrities and forties thank you). He also sat outside watching everyones moves-he made us feel very uncomfortable at all times. When we did not have to interact with him or when he wasn't at his post-we had a great time. The particular condo we rented was just great like a little beach cottage, very comfy beds and all the amenities you want or need. The furnishings were so nice and you can not beat the view. The beaches here are great too.

  Had a great time!!! the appliances in the condo...some were broken but not a big deal. the sliding doors were hard to open and the screen kept popping off. hard to get in a out of the propert with such a long code to remember. nice condo with great decrations. very great location. will try to rent the same condo again in the future. short distance to the beach, which was great with too small childern!! give it A+!

  Having never used Bender Realty or stayed at Perdido Quay, I was skeptical about what conditions I would find upon arrival. The personal and friendly staff at Bender started the visit off right. The property was perfect from the large kitchen to the beautiful views. The manager (Doc)of the property was friendly and helpful. The owners association President (Phil) was incredible and even made us a hot fresh loaf of the most scrumptious bread because he thought he had offended us when we arrived. He did not. I appreciated the fact that they took such care to keep their property nice for their residents and guests alike. It was a completely a wonderful weekend that everyone in out party enjoyed. We will definetely requests this property again.
